A Friday evening call for help was met with a polite and professional technician. My AC went out when the outside temperature was 100°. Jordan came quickly and did a great job of cleaning the unit, adding coolant, replacing a part, and got it working again. Even in the extreme heat, he was polite and friendly. You know it’s bad when it’s just as HOT in my house as it is outside, so i turned to facebook since I’m knew to the area. Let me tell you the kind people around here started blowing up my post with a company named Weeks Cooling and Heating its a local guy right here in Ragley. I hated making that dreadful call because it’s raining and it doesn’t look like it’s stopping anytime soon well guess what Jordan answered my call and with 30 minutes give or take a few he was at my house in the rain checking out my unit. Well I needed a new unit he did his thing and before you knew it he called to let me know he was coming to install it. I couldn’t believe how quickly everything took place from start to finish it’s not hot in here anymore it’s kicking off like it should. I highly recommend Weeks Cooling and Heating you will not be disappointed. -
