    I have used Webb’s Electric For both my home and my business over the past 20 years. I wish they had actually installed my system, but they sure as heck fixed it My most recent maintenance visit by technician Tucker, was complete and educational. I got a complete checklist of all working parts and functions. It was comparable to a full-blown blood test. Pluses and minuses, what needs to be looked at, and what’s working perfectly fine. That’s the way it should be done. Every tech is polite and professional. The office staff is every bit as on the money as the guys who come to your home or business.

    Kyle and Joseph came out on Saturday cause our unit was not running. Ended up being a bad breaker and Joseph replaced it. Kyle had to do some extra steps necessary to get us heating and cooling properly with our heat pump. I would highly recommend this company! Great service! Thank you Webb’s Electric!! They both should get a raise!!

    We are more than satisfied with Kyles performance, called on a Saturday afternoon and he arrived less than 30 minutes, he diagnosed the problem in less than 15 minutes a bad blower motor. He said he would have to order a motor, but instead of him leaving us high and dry he drove back to the shop and brought out 2 portable air-conditioners and said he should be able to find a motor Monday ,So 8:30 this morning (Monday) he called and said he had found a motor, so by 10:30 this morning Kyle and Lucas had everything repaired, and did a excellent job. I would highly recommend this company.!!

    Webbs outperformed my expectations! I am always hesitant regarding service companies I have no personal experience with but Webbs did NOT disappoint. They were always prompt and communicated well keeping me up to date on progress. My old unit needed a complete replacement and their price near every other estimate I received and they had a better quality product. Their installers, especially Justin and Larry, were fantastic. I have and will continue to recommend Webbs as the best place for HVAC service and replacement. At a time where it seems getting anyone to follow through and provide good customer service, Webbs is a shining star. All of their staff I dealt with were very nice and clearly service oriented.     My a/c of 15 years died. Called these guys, Collin came by to see of it was just a capacitor(nope). Lucas came shortly after, did his measurements, ordered a new machine, and told me most likely early the next week. Got a call the next morning that they located all the parts(lucky), and could they come by to install. It is 100°+ outside, 75 in here. Phenomenal service!

    We had to replace our aging, struggling HVAC system so we hired Webb to install a new one. Justin, Toby, and Nick (I hope I got all their names right!) arrived at 8:00 AM sharp and had the new system in in just over 4 hours. They were professional but also very friendly, they didnt leave a mess, and they explained the new system thoroughly. We are SO happy with the new HVAC, and weve been impressed with all the Webb guys weve dealt with. I HIGHLY recommend them.

    Great experience with Webbs Electric! My air conditioner stopped working Saturday night, so I scheduled an after-hours service call for Sunday morning. The technician, Kyle, arrived promptly and identified that my A/C motor had gone out, which meant we would be without cooling for at least 24 hours while waiting for the replacement to arrive. Understanding the discomfort we were facing, Kyle went above and beyond by volunteering to loan us a portable A/C unit to keep us comfortable until the repairs could be completed. I absolutely recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs!

    Outstanding service!!! This was my first time using Webbs and they did not disappoint.     Great install service and competitive price on a Carrier Performance 5T 16 SEER two stage A/C with an 80% AFUE 90,000 BTUH gas furnace. The guys were on time, courteous, and professional. They stayed on the job until everything was perfect. Also got an awesone Ecobee wifi thermostat that does everything through the app!

    I cant say enough good things about Webbs! We had our AC stop cooling overnight and woke up Monday morning to a house that was steadily warming on a day that ended up over 100 degrees! Webbs got a tech out to us by late morning and diagnosed that the capacitor was bad. They replaced it quickly and went on their way with a minimal charge since we are signed up for their maintenance program. A few hours later the system stopped again when the fan failed (likely due to the stress from the bad capacitor). By the time they diagnosed the problem it was after 5 pm and the tech informed us they didnt have a fan in stock and would have to come back in the morning. We were preparing for a night in a hotel when he came back and told us the owner himself had located a fan for us. Now well after 6pm, the tech installed it and stayed to be sure it was all working properly before he left. On top of this, they gave us a great deal on the fan too. Thanks Webbs!

    I had an air conditioner breakdown late on a Saturday, I called Webbs and a technician responded very quickly. I was particularly pleased because I had house guests and the bedrooms were on the part of my house serviced by the air conditioner.     We had a small mix up with scheduling an AC repair visit, but Sheila got it straightened out very promptly. Within a half hour there was a technician at our home.     Thank God, an honest company!! Sadly it wasnt until this Arctic blast that I realized Hunter had put on the wrong kind of thermostat, a base model that wouldnt energize the heat strips. First I called Hutchins, who had done plumbing work for us (I didnt trust Hunter to come back out, since their own winter service check also failed to notice the problem). Hutchins sent out a guy who took off the door to the unit, stared inside for 5 minutes, and said the whole unit was shot, needed to be replaced, and would not survive the storm. Never even examined the thermostat. So we asked him to leave and called Webb. Thank God for Larry, who came out in pretty short order. He looked over the thermostat, checked out the unit, and in no time flat we had a new, proper thermostat that recognized the heat strips. In a very short time we had blissful, wonderful HEAT. Thanks to Larry for being so nice and HONEST - Webb is the only company we will call from now on.

    This is my first time to use this company and I am always a bit leery. IT turned out to be a wonderful experience. I had what I thought was a bad roof leak because there was a large wet spot on the floor of the garage with standing water. Plus he ceiling had a stain from what I thought was a roof leak. But then I heard a loud dripping and it wasnt raining. I decided to start with the AC as it needed a good going over. Webb had a lot of good reviews so crossed my fingers and called. The young lady I scheduled my appointment with was very polite and helpful, and was even able to get me an appointment for the next morning. The young man that came out was also very polite and wasted no time taking a look at the unit. Turned out the drain line was clogged. He also said there was no cap on top of the tee. So the water traveled out onto the sheet rock not into the pan. He had it fixed in no time. They also what I call a maintained plan they come out twice a month and go over the unit to be sure everything is in good working order. If I had that plan before this happened it would have been caught and I wouldnt be looking for someone to fix the ceiling. I dont think you will be disappointed if you give this company a try next time you need some HVAC work. I’m motvddiyg

    My 5 ton AC unit gradually stopped cooling over a 24 hour period and I called Webbs at straight up 8am to schedule an appointment. By 8:40 Kyle, the service tech was at my front door. He was efficient and within a few minutes of making a quick assessment of my outdoor unit, came back inside and told me my fan was working, but the compressor was not. He said other items would need to be checked before the problem could be identified. I thought to myself ughh - the compressor - thats going to be an expensive repair! Several minutes later he showed me the failed capacitor and explained to me that it was the component that powers the compressor. He said he had one in his truck and within an hour of his arrival, the new capacitor was installed, and the entire unit was assessed and evaluated and determined to be fine. Freezing cold air was blasting and my artificial environment was on its way to being just the way I like it! *smile. It was the kind of visit everybody always hopes they will get. Fast, reliable, efficient and HONEST! The young service technician - Kyle - was professional and old school courteous. Ill never use another HVAC company. Webbs is the BEST!

    I’ve been a Webb customer for years. Always great.When my house inspector guy did his walkthrough of the new house I asked who he thought did the best installs in the Denison area. Yep, unprompted, Webb. They didn’t do my install unfortunately, but whatever.After the builders warranty was up I went to Webb for the maintenance contract. Kyle S. calls ahead to make sure I was there, stops buy introduced himself and gets to work. I explained some things about the system behavior over the last year so he would have the background and see if perhaps our concerns were symptoms of something larger. Kyle took the time to understand, and explain his process to make sure any concerns we had were taken care of.Yes, I could 5 star the review and move on, but the experience was far larger than that. Kyle is a proud student of Grayson College HVAC training, is very knowledgeable, but more than that, polite, patient, articulate, and detailed in his explanations. He knows his trade because he’s serious about it. Refreshing.He’s a valuable addition to the Webb team and simply reinforced, actually enhanced, my already positive experience of Webb Electric service.

    Our air conditioner just stopped working one day. The temperature was getting to 80+ and I decided to give Webb’s a call. Being a holiday I did not expect a quick response however I received a return call within 10 minutes of leaving a voicemail and a technician (Kyle) showed up at our house 30 minutes later. As he repaired the AC unit he explained to me what he was doing and how the AC worked in general. He also gave me maintenance suggestions that I could follow to prevent any future damage. After fixing the issue (burnt out safety switch) Kyle left. Approximately 5 minutes later the AC shut off again and, because I had been educated, I checked to see if there was water in the drain line. I called Webb’s back and Kyle came to my home again (that same night even though it was 10 on a holiday evening) and flushed the lines for me! Kyle was super polite, courteous, professional and kind. He knew his stuff and made me feel confident in his work!

    Kyle Shaffer is our hero! Our AC stopped blowing cold air late Saturday evening so we gave the emergency line a call.     We had a drip in the line that lets you know something is blocked. Kyle came and arrived on time and was a very polite and friendly.     Update 7/22/2019: After Speaking with Webb Sanderson, I have decided to update my review to 4 stars. Although I still disagree with how my service went, I believe the majority of the issues would have been solved with better communication up front from the service tech and the team at Webbs Electric. As stated in my original review, I have never had an issue with the quality of service. There are times when unfortunate issues arise and this is one of those cases. Mr. Sanderson and I spoke and I truly feel he will do what he can to work with his staff to improve their service.I chose to update my rating to 4 stars because if you are looking for good service, you will not be disappointed. I am hopeful my service was an isolated incident.

I had an after hours emergency and being in the profession I am where we too take emergency, I know what a drag it can be to get called out in the night sometimes.     Recently purchased a fixer upper of a home, and honestly wasnt comfortable turning the heat on until the unit was checked.     Webbs has done the electrical and HVAC service at my place for over 20 years. Ive always been pleased with their work. Today was no exception. A new tech, Kyle, came over to do the yearly maintenance on the AC. He encountered an unexpected overheating issue, communicated it well to me and was able to solve the problem.     12/23/2022 My HVAC has had issues keeping my house at the set temperature of 68 degrees since it was installed in 2018. The previous repairman did not fix the issue and I accepted that the system could not keep up with sub freezing temperatures. Kyle Shaffer, with Webbs Electric, performed routine maintenance last month. He explained that I need to use emergency power mode during extreme winter weather. Last night, the thermostat read 66 degrees, although it was set at 68 degrees. I remembered Kyles recommendation that I use emergency power mode, but I was unable to find the setting. Kyle came right over to my house when I called. He evaluated the problem and found two issues. First, the thermostat did not have an emergency power mode setting. He installed the correct thermostat. The temperature continued falling down to 61 degrees. Kyle went up into the attic to discover the second issue. The emergency power had not been activated when the unit was installed. He activated the emergency power mode and it immediately put out warm air. I slept well with the temperature at 68 degrees all night.Kyle made a follow-up call today to ensure my HVAC was working well.I am very grateful Kyle searched until he discovered the problems and completed the repairs.

    Hands down most reliable, affordable and honest company I have ever dealt with. I had a company out of Dallas quote me over $15k for new inside and outside unit.     Yesterday, we noticed that the temperature in our home was creeping up to the high 70s. This time of year we keep it much cooler than that. I checked the outside unit and it wasnt running. I called Webbs Electric Heating & Air about 2:30 in the afternoon. The person answering the phone was very helpful after listening to my story. While we were still on the phone she advised me that a technician was headed our way. The technician that arrived at our home was very knowledgeable and explained things in a manner we could understand. My husband jokingly referred to him as a air conditioning guru/geek. After being burned by other companies, we were apprehensive about the repair cost estimate. Three parts had to be replaced and the total cost of parts/labor was extremely reasonable. The service was efficient and he went about his work and finished before he estimated he would. We will absolutely use Webbs Electric any time we have a problem.

    The technician, Grayson, came out since our heater was on the fritz. He was punctual, efficient and very experienced. He found several hairline cracks in our heat exchange which meant we needed a whole new HVAC system. Webbs was able to install the system the next day and were so kind and professional. There was a system alert as soon as they left, and the after hours people came right out and attempted to fix it. Two days later another technician came out and finished fixing the alert (it wasnt anything major). Called to set up install on Monday and Tuesday, the crew was on site.     I was very pleased with the service I received from Kyle and Chris. They were on time, came out the same day I called, and knowledgeable and friendly. They fixed my ac the same day I called.They replaced two capacitors. Total cost for parts according to invoice was about $400. Now the parts sell on Amazon for $35 so figure $365 was labor. I’m not sure bc the invoice listed $250 and $153 for each capacitor. 2 total. This is my only gripe.I would use them again but I’d ask next time that they list labor cost separately.

    I had Webb come out for a quote to replace the unit. The tech was professional and honest. They give free estimates... makes me wonder how contractors pay for the overhead for those free estimates, cause I dont think selling capacitors near cost and labor per the minute will keep them in business very long.Im writing the review in the response to a review Webb was given 2 days ago regarding overpricing. What the customer doesnt understand is that the price they were charged is the going rate. Yes, capacitors are cheap, yes it takes literally seconds to swap one out. What isnt cheap is being insured, bonded and licensed. So if you want to save money and not get ripped off, educate yourself, diagnose the problem, order the part on amazon and fix it yourself. I dont want to come off too abrasive, and I understand the frustration, you see a $20 part and get a $250 bill. How do you think people without medical insurance feel after a doctors appointment or taking their pet to a veterinarian?

    Well. We bought the top of the line Carrier about 3.5 years ago from Webb Electric. The new technology crack resistant pan, had a crack, and a good size water stain appeared. Called Webb on their emergency number. I gues it had a technical glitch. So, the next day, we got one of their guys to show up, but said that the wearhouse is shut down for the weekend due to Covid. They said they would be back on Monday.Due to parts issue they missed calling us back to inform us. After I visited them in person, we got things resolved. Webb Electric managers worked hard to get Carrier to support this endeavor. Webb people did do a good job after resolving the glitch. I moved it from a 2 star up to a 4 star rating.

    I called Webb because my AC had not been cooling. Grayson was prompt and checked everything. The AC was found to have a hole on the coil and was a manufacturing defect. My issue us still up in the air.Webb has been in contact with Amana, the manufacturer, since the unit is less than 3 years old.Communication is needed. I called today to follow-up and find out when I will possibly have the AC repaired...they said the person finding out about the warranty has to get information from Amana. I just wished I could get better updates on the progress, especially since weve been without a working AC for well over a week.

    I had a luxaire AC system and my house was extremely humid. I had Webb’s come in and install a Carrier 2 stage system and I could not be happier. They were able to get my system installed within a week of me calling. The installers were professional and finished the install in a timely manner. With the new system the humidity in my house dropped from an average of 75-80% down to 50%. Their price is also competitive with other HVAC companies in the area which was a huge plus since my family and church uses Webb’s to service their units.

    Our AC went out unexpectedly and every other company said they couldnt come out for at least 3 more days. I called webb and within ten minutes our tech James arrived and within hour or two the AC was back up and running. We appreciate how fast and efficient james was especially because we have a baby and a toddler. James was very polite and explained things well to us and didnt seem to mind my husband being an audience. We will definitely be calling webb if we have anymore problems.

    Daniel came out and helped fix out heater problem. The heater was only pushing cold air. He came right in and assessed the situation. He quickly discovered what the problem was and was very informative of what was malfunctioning. He had everything he needed to complete the job and now my family is warm once again. Daniel was extremely and impressively kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I even asked him some questions about a previous issue we had with our duct work, he explained and showed me why a few things didnt look right. I then told him that we had REYNOLDS ELECTRIC AND A/C SERVICE out here a year ago and the guy could not even adequately explain the issue to us and didnt resolve our issue. But with WEBBs, we now know what we need to do to solve the problem. I am very pleased and satisfied with WEBBs work and Daniels expertise. These are our go to guys from here on out!

    This is the HVAC company you want to call, going through my home warranty company I was without A/C for three weeks, the contractor they sent after $1000 claimed my compressor was blown due to a power surge and not covered. I called WEBB for an estimate to replace my system, when they arrived they checked my old unit and had it running in 8 minutes. Now being the price to replace was so reasonable I had them do the job anyway, their crew was professional and a pleasure to have in my home. After dealing with several HVAC companies over the last 10 years WEBB is the first one I wouldnt hesitate to recommend to anyone.

    I cant say enough good things about these guys. They nursed our old hvac unit for 10yrs and then recently replaced it. Just recently before this arctic winter storm the thermostat was stuck and they came out the same day to replace so the house would be warm. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!
