Called at 8:30am and Rafael was at our house by 10:30am. He had everything fixed by 11:30am. Very prompt service, and did not try to price gouge us. He let us know about their maintenance package, but was not pushy when we said wed consider it later. Rafael was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Would definitely recommend to friends and neighbors.

Brandon was the best! Called out for an issue with the thermostat and basic maintenance. Brandon showed up on time and was quick and efficient. He diagnosed my issue with the thermostat quickly. Lucky for me the thermostat was covered by Webb’s insurance plan which was purchased by the previous home owner.The thermostat needed replacing and within 24 hrs I was contacted by Webb. Can’t remember who called me but she was so nice and very understanding when I explained I was out of town and needed them to come in a few days to install.Brandon answered all of my questions making it easy for me to understand and walked me through my new thermostats operation.This is an honest company who will treat you right.Webb, you guys have a great employee in Brandon. They answered all my questions and provided a thorough fall inspection of our entire system. Both were a credit to Webb and I’d have no difficulty in recommending Webb for any of your HVAC needs. BTW I would highly recommend the Carrier HVAC system!

On 02/22/24 I contacted Webb Air (Certified Carrier Repair Expert) regarding a surging malfunction (off/on) with my Carrier Infinity smart thermostat. The first tech that came out didnt listen to understand my issue, even after seeing my thermostat surge off/on. Upon touching the thermostat, he noticed that it was semi loose from wall bracket and by securing correctly, he stated issued resolved (young arrogant🤦🏾‍♀️). He proceeded to diagnostic test AC unit and concluded AC was operating effectively and nothing was wrong with Thermostat.🤔 As the tech was leaving my home I explained to him that if surging returned, I needed my Thermostat to be REPLACED it was still under manufacture warranty. A couple hrs later I received a follow up call from Webb Air Service Manager Jason regarding my prior service tech issue. We clarified a better understanding of my concern and opted to replace thermostat, if surging malfunction continued.Contacted Jason today (early morning), 02/23/24 to inform him that my thermostat surge malfunction had resumed from the prior evening. They scheduled a Senior Tech, Brandon, who came out and REPLACED thermostat with no additional questions. Brandon was AWESOME🤩 and AC knowledgeable😇! He setup and explained the enhanced functions of my upgrade thermostat thoroughly. Im thankful for his seasoned demeanor in communicating with me.👏🏾 Well done customer service!🎯

Just had my 20+yo heat pump system replaced by Webb yesterday.Cannot recommend them enough. Honest, trustworthy, and professional!I worked for my uncles HVAC company down in the Austin area for a couple of summers in between college semesters - I picked up enough experience to know what a quality and trustworthy company looks, acts and performs like. Webb hit all the boxes - from inspecting my old system, to quoting a new one, I was able to trust them completely.The install yesterday went smoothly and the pictures speak for themselves - clean, professional, and attention to detail. Timothy and Hector were my techs and they were very professional the entire time, they made sure I felt comfortable with the install before they left and cleaned up after themselves as if they had never been there.You can trust Webb Air to be honest, trustworthy, reliable and professional. They will be my HVAC company as long as we live here!

Webb installed a new unit a few years ago. It’s been efficient and runs like top even though I’ve neglected some maintenance. But beyond the high quality units they provide, they really shine in customer service and their techs are top notch. Always go above and beyond with clear instructions on what they are doing with more than fair pricing if repairs are needed. I can’t recommend them enough rather replacing or just wanting a reliable maintenance contract with a trustworthy team.

A big shoutout to Webb Air! I had a great team come out to take care of a clogged drain that had shut our AC system down. The office staff was super friendly too and facilitated getting someone out quickly. In triple digit heat that was much appreciated. Service technicians Brandon and Bryson immediately diagnosed the problem and recommended replacing a section of the PVC pipe that was clogged. They fixed everything and had the house cooling again right away. A bonus was how nice and professional they were. I definitely felt that I was in capable hands with Webb Air. What a great company!What a great first time experience using Webb Heating & Cooling! I needed help with our new AC system not cooling properly. And the company sent someone the same day I called. Rafael Elias was an outstanding technician. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. 5 stars is not enough! Our AC went out this morning, I sent in a request to a whole bunch of places around 6 am, Webb Air states they open at 8 but they reached out to me around 7:30 saying they can get someone here within an hour. And they absolutely did. They are located in Fort Worth and we live in Arlington so they definitely don’t mind a little drive in case anyone is wondering about locations they service. Rafael Elias is an amazing tech, super fast and courteous. It’s not even 9:30 am and he’s already gone and our air is blowing cold again! He is very knowledgeable and gave us tips on how to keep things in tip top shape. I’m sure y’all will get calls from us every summer from here on out haha. We absolutely recommend Webb Air! Great experience with Webb Air after our A/C compressor fan stopped running leading to hot temperatures with it being 97F outside. Despite the after hours call (~8pm), Webb had a technician to our home within 30 minutes! Hao quickly troubleshot a failing fan capacitor but evaluated the unit for well over an hour to ensure there were no other issues. He also cleaned the condenser coils as part of the work in order to keep the system running at peak capability. Thank you to Hao and Webb Air for your top notch service! Our family is greatly appreciative!

Highly recommend Webb Air Heating and Cooling in Fort Worth. Two years ago when I moved into this house, I looked for a residential service company, researching many companies, looking at number of years in the business and positive reviews. Webb came out on top. I am very happy with their routine maintenance twice a year but I am exceedingly happy their response to the two separate after hour/on the weekend emergency calls I have had. This past weekend my AC unit had issues over Saturday night. On Sunday morning everyone from person that called me back to the service tech were super helpful. Dillon explained the problem and the fix. He was knowledgeable and efficient and I was again impressed with Webb and their service team. Great communication about appointment. On time and professional.

My family and I have been Webb Air customers for years and have always been very happy with the service they provide. Tonight was no exception! We got home late after a long roadtrip and found that our air conditioning unit was not working. We called Webb’s after-hours service, and Hao came out at 10pm. He quickly figured out the issue, replaced a part, cleaned some coils, and then stuck around for 30 minutes to make sure everything was working before he went home. We are very grateful!

So happy I called Webb! It really was a 100% great experience. Heres why: (1) although the real problem may not be the source of the error code, Jason the service manager was able to tell me the service charges for likely actions needed - after reading reviews of many companies online I wanted to know what kind of labor charges I might be looking at as some of the review mentioned exorbitant labor fees (2) an actual service time window - not sometime today, (3) arrived within the service time window - as it happens at the beginning of the window but I would have been happy for anytime in the window, (4) Brandon the service tech was great! He checked what needed to be checked based on the error codes and only replaced what actually needed to be replaced! He did not suggest any other replacements. Again, based on reviews I read for other companies there seem to be many inexperienced/commission driven service techs - NOT the case with Brandon. Additionally, Brandon showed me some other features on my unit that I never really paid attention to. Will definitely schedule maintenance with them in the fall.

Four years ago, I had the unimaginable happen. My air conditioner fan broke in the middle of a Texas summer. After calling several companies, Webb Air came and saved us. Pablo and Kyle (and one other person whose name I cant recall) worked in 100 plus degree heat over 2 days to accomplish the installation and always kept us informed of their plans.A week after the installation Brandon visited our home to verify the system was working properly and provided additional training on the thermostat.We highly recommended Webb Air for any heating and cooling needs. He then educated us on filters, talking about the merv rating and which one to use. He then proceeded to checkout my inside unit, checking temps going out and coming into the unit. He quizzed me on how often I poured bleach down the condensation release tube and the proper way to do it. After thoroughly checking the inside unit and thermostat he went outside to check the refrigeranlevels and cleaned the condensor coils. When compleyed he returned inside giving me a full report! Our experience with Webb Air was beyond phenomenal! Our A/C fan blew out amidst record high temperatures as we were trying to move in. We had two different people come out to look at our unit and were told that it would be weeks before we could have it fixed. Since it was going to be very cold this weekend, they located a new board that same day and returned to replace it. Since we have an annual maintenance contract with them, we got a 10% discount which softened the blow some. All in all, Webb got us back up and running before the arctic blast.

After our heat pump stopped working and a miserable night spent with no AC in this heat, I called several places trying to find someone who could come out today. I was impressed by the good reviews Webb Air had, and they were able to send Jason out by 3. I appreciated that I got a text/call to let me know when he was heading my way so I didnt have to wait in the hot house for too long.I was worried that wed need an entire system replacement, but Jason immediately found the part that wasnt working and was able to get things up and running just by replacing that. He spent a while talking to me about my options if I do decide to replace my unit (25 years old!!) in the future, but at no time did I feel like he was pressuring me at all. He seemed very knowledgeable and was very chill, just a nice guy to sit and chat with. He answered every question I had without ever making me feel dumb for asking (I honestly have no idea how heat pumps work but always love to learn new things). Carrier Corporation told me Webb was a local dealer that won a presidents award. Called them and got a fair price, available part and appointment next business day. In June, we had someone came and checked because we had little to no cold air. That guy (not Webb Air guy) said we should replaced the evaporator coil. But then the system worked again so we just ignored it.HOWEVER, on Sunday (9/6), our HVAC broke down. This time was more sever. We knew we have warranty so we looked up on Carrier website and found Webb Air. We requested for an appointment through Carrier. They called back within the next business hour. Over the phone, I described my concern about the evaporator coil. The guy on the phone said they prefer to fix over replace the system.So we got Lee to come and check out our HVAC. He found out that only the capacitor, not the whole evaporator coil, was malfunction and replaced within an hour of setting appointment. Lee was able to answer all of our questions regarding the system.Overall, my first experience was Webb Air was amazing. They are professional, fast-response and know what theyre doing. Brandon and James were very professional I asked them to keep their noise to a minimum since I had a sleeping baby in the other room and I barely even knew they were in the house they were so quiet. They finished and left without leaving any mess. I’m happy knowing I’m in good hands with Webb.

Today is July 28th 2022, DFW has had over 52 days of no rain and well over 30 days of 100+ temps.In 2019 we started a major remodel on our home. Virtually the only thing left after the demo was the foundation. Unfortunately we had major issues with our original General Contractor (GC) and had to fire him about 1/3 of the way into the reconstruction. I had an independent engineers review the work done to include the HVAC. The HVAC was improperly sized and it was recommended it all be removed and redone. Our new GC recommend we use JD Webb. Our experience has been so much better. JD walked us through every phase. He proposed a couple of different systems, gave us plenty of information on the pros and cons of each. JD Webb is mostly a Carrier installer but in our case he presented an option of using LG. We compared the three options JD proposed and decided to go with the LG heat pump. I love it. It is clean, quiet and so far even though construction is ongoing and people are going in and out leaving doors open while they work on them, in 100+ temps our electric bills are about 1/3 of what they were before we did this remodel. It should be noted the system we had before the remodel was installed in 2010 and was a forced air system with gas heat. JDs install team on our house was led by Tim, He was was excellent, he is respectful and listens to you. To this day I have found this trait in all of JDs employees. They are all welcome back to my home anytime.Our house is large (well over 4,000 SF) it includes a 800+ SF Mother-in Laws apartment. We installed two LG mini splits in it. I really questioned JD about his recommendation, I was concerned about the balance, and unsure just two power heads would be adequate. JD assured me they would work just fine; further he promised he would do whatever necessary to make sure we were satisfied. JD was correct, the minisplits are working great and keeping the entire place cool with no hot spots. We did have one unit freeze on us last night, it was leaking water down the wall. JD had a service tech Brandon over here first thing today, it just looks like with all the construction still going on and the record heat we have been experience the system has a little more dirt than normally would be expected in this short time. Brandon and Raphael cleaned the system up and i expect we will be back on track this evening.In closing I will say I have been in the construction business for over 50 years. I am very pleased with all the subs our new GC has used and would put JDs team to include Brandon, Raphael, Tim and JD himself as one of the best. They came into a bad situation with very distressed homeowners. They calmed us down and helped us find the best solutions. JD and his employees to include his secretarys integrity, honesty and willingness to help us find the best solution to our problems were invaluable. A big thank you to all of them.If you are looking for someone to help you with your HVAC systems, service or installation I cannot recommend JD Webb enough. And, I promise I am not related to them in any way. Please if you need HVAC Service give JD a call, you will not regret it.
