    I have had many issues from my kitchen sink to my AC unit AND its draining system. This man and his business have showed up same day as call every time and handled the issues with grace. Very personable and easy to speak with. Respectful of my house and home. He knows what to do and how to get it done fast which is all any of us want. I would recommend this gentleman and his business for any issues and I personally will be calling him in the future if the situation arises.

    I had a bit of a an emergency on my hands when my AC stopped working in the middle of the night. Thankfully, I called V&S Mechanical and they came right out to help me. This is the second time Ive used this company and both times they have been extremely reliable and easy to work with. I enjoyed my experience with them so much and would happily use them again. They had my AC working again within less than two hours of my appointment time. I cant thank them enough.

    I had a perfect experience with this company from start to finish. The technician was absolutely amazing and had my AC fixed in no time at all. He explained what the problem was very clearly and answered all of my questions. They even gave me some helpful tips to avoid future problems.     Venson was amazing. He expertly diagnosed the problem and took care of it in a timely manner. He advised me that I had some issues that needed to be fixed at a later date, gave me a reasonable price. This is the kind of professional I want to deal with.     I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends and family. I called after normal business hours and Venson was more than happy to come right away but since it wasn’t dire need I told him the next day was more than fine. He was here first thing and quickly found that our unit was too small for the square footage of our home. The very next day he had a better, bigger unit installed and we even got a great deal. Very professional and quick turnaround.

    These guys are good. I called in the morning and the ac issue was fixed that afternoon. They are responsive, responsible and get the job done. My problem was in Charlotte and I live out of town. They txted me the issue, fixed it and were able to take payment online. It makes everything very convenient. Honest guys with a great work ethic. Give them a chance.

    Ac was freezing up, I made a call to V&S and they scheduled me same day. They kept me up to date on their eta which made it easier for me to plan my day around and to make sure I was home when they arrived. They came in found a potentially issue fairly quickly, topped off my freon to make sure it wouldnt freez up again before they could come back with the leak finder. They scheduled me for my next appointment before their departure. Vincent was very informative and helpful with my questions about another project Im hoping to use a mini split unit on. Thanks V&S!

    Venson responded to my frantic call about our A/C not working with a speedy response. He and Mike explained in detail the problem with our A/C and options. Realizing we needed a new unit, he went out of his way to order one in expedited for the next day at no extra charge to us, hurried to get it, and installed it the very next day with the help of Isaiah. Each gentleman treated me with respect and support. I had to leave my home to pick up my kids from school, and I rarely trust people with my home--especially when Ive only first met them. Venson had already made me feel I could trust him, and I left Venson and Isaiah at my home to finish the installation. Incredibly professional, honest, and hard-working group. Also, thank you, Venson, for your military service. Im grateful you were available when I called! One last note--I didnt know what cost and installation of a new unit usually average. After research, Venson actually charged us a few hundred dollars less than competitors!Update 5/28/2021...Our A/C stopped blowing cold air late in the evening. I knew there was only one person I could trust and thats Venson. He even answered my call at 10:30 at night! He came out the next day and told me we needed a new attic unit, something hed mentioned a couple of years ago but wed decided not to do it at that time. He checked on us in the evening, saying he was ordering the unit ASAP...an extra touch you just dont get nowadays. He went out of his way to get the last unit available for us and install it in record time. He even followed up a few days later to make sure we were cool and comfortable. I highly recommend V&S and youll be happy with the professionalism, the care, and the sincerity provided!

Repaired additional problems of condenser drainage and Bad breaker panel. He worked in a courtesy manor with my tenant in a caring way. Im confident to use this service again with no reservations.     Great husband and wife team. They are very hard workers and did a great job. My a/c was not working properly for about a month and a half. Venson is very knowledgeable and detected the problem right away. They just installed a new outside unit and things are back to normal!! I highly recommend this team! Thank you V & S!!!

    Our central unit began freezing up just before Memorial Day weekend. I called the AC company that the previous owner purchased the unit from. They were unable to respond for a few days. I then called V & S Air Conditioning, and spoke with Vincent. After explaining the problem he advised theyd be there in approximately 1 hour.... and they were!!! Vincent & Shannon were awesome! Its nice to have a service provider that takes the time to explain everything theyre doing and why. Their customer service is great and very professional. They had my unit up and going in no time. I definitely recommend their services. Thank you again, you were life savers!

    This company is Very professional. I own a NEW TATTOO STUDIO in Pleasanton, Texas and my AC Unit wasnt doing the job. It wasnt cooling down anything. Called them with there busy schedule and they made time for me to install a mini split. This unit worked wonders and now it gets to cold lol. Best money spent and didnt even break the bank. All other places wanted to charge an arm and a leg. Reasonable price that cant be beat. ☆☆☆☆☆s hands down. We highly recommend them.

    Vincent did a terrific job in servicing my AC unit and then adding needed freon. When I called him last night he even offered what I should do until he made it to my home today as the line was plugged up! He made suggestions on how to keep it in the best running condition. They came out same day and did maintenance work, cleared a clogged drainage pipe, installed an addition to the CD line and replaced a blown fuse.They were prompt, polite, and explained everything they did.     We have use Venson countless of times at my place of employment. He has always provided excellent service. We have called all hours of the day and night- he response very quickly. He has gone out to different areas of South Texas to service our equipment as well as taking care of any AC Units here at our Company Yard. I would and have Highly Recommended him for any AC Work.

    Venson and his assistant replaced an old AC/Heat unit and did a great job. We had them return and replace the other two units that were equally as old & not performing well. The new units are all under warranty. They also installed 3 upgraded thermostats. They kept all work very tidy, cleaned up afterwards and hauled off old units. We are now ready for winter & summer weather. We will call upon V&S again and highly recommend.

    Every business I encounter I apply the 6 sigma model. This focuses on the overall product and service as a whole. They take pride and the utmost care in their work and are quick to respond/resolve deficiencies in timely manner whether they install the system in previous years and or it was installed by other contractors. It doesnt matter the system they will service as needed and they are highly professional with their customer base. If you have questions or concerns do not hesitate. They will take care of you and for a fair price.

    These guys totally deserve 5 stars! Every time I call they are there with in the day to help us out. When our AC went out yesterday evening they arrived with in 30 minutes and had it diagnoses with in the house. They picked up my parts the morning and got it up and running today. I appreciate them so much for everything, they even gave the dogs some love and let them out for me. 100% Recommend them!
