I had been waiting on my homeowners warranty to accept or denied a claim for about 5 days. My house was extremely hot. I gave up on my homeowners warranty and did my own research. I found Vortex Air Solution in Yelp! Erik M contacted me and he came out the next day. He was professional and on time for our appointment. He came to give me a repair and replacement quote. He was very knowledgeable and friendly answering any questions I had. His quote on replacement of inside & outside unit saved me over 5 thousands dollars from other companies quotes. I was also able to get incentives and discounts. The day of installment Alex and Erik came on time and ready to work. They worked all day 7a.m.-5p.m. Alex installed the unit and they informed me of any needed adjustments at no additional cost. They wanted me to stay informed. Before you make a decision on your A/C project . At least call them out for a quote. They are the best. I will recommend them to everyone I know. These guys take pride in their work.

Service was AWESOME. We called them the day before the winter storm of 2025, they sent their technician over and he had the gas valve replaced and the heat running in no time. The cost for this was lower than the first company was asking for. I HIGHLY recommend Vortex Air Solutions and intend on using them for my business and home needs.PS. I was so impressed by their service and professionalism that I also signed up for their quarterly service to come out and maintain my AC/Heating unit.

Our AC went out on a Friday evening and we called first thing on Saturday. Alex was able to come in and take a look at things, got our AC back but educated us on how to address the root cause of the issue without breaking the bank. We were happy to have him and his team back out soon to make the necessary adjustments going forward and Vortex even presented us a great financing option to cover the invoice.Additionally, they offer a maintenance plan so we dont get caught off guard like this again - would 10/10 recommend to anyone in their service area.

Excellent service, we were visited by Alex for the initial evaluation of our system. He was friendly, courteous and polite. I had attempted to diagnose the failure myself before calling them when I realized it was beyond anything I could do myself .There was zero pressure to either have the system fixed or replaced by them, no sales pitch of any kind.We opted to have out replaced and were visited by Erik later the same day. Again, a very cordial visit without any push to sell us anything; we were presented with the options they could offer and even their financing partner. It took us a couple of days to decide and purchase a new unit from them.Once all the paperwork was completed later on Friday, our new system was installed and in working order the following Monday!

Update... Just had my winter maintenance done! So happy I went with them over the big guys! Awesome people Great service! And my electric bill has literally gone from 500 plus to under 150 a month!These guys were super amazing! Awesome job! Start to finish they replaced the whole kit and kaboodle... Ducts AC inside and out added insulation and repair the vents connections. They made sure to clean up after their self and even cleaned up for me too! Hands down they have a life time customer here!... Update...Had to add this on... Its cold in my house now! 😁

Excellent service I had my a/c go out on me due to the motor blower going out, Erik from vortex came out detected the issue quickly and got it up and running, also cleaned out the condenser outside and it’s running better than ever, without this Texas heat my ac is now able to keep up and cool down my house without any problems!!! The initial shock of the cost to repair was quite frankly, shocking. But Eric, the owner of the company, took time to make sure the system was in warrantee. We found out that it was and the cost went down. We worked together to find the best way to keep my units running well and I even signed up for their Maintenance program, where they come out twice a year to Maintain the systems for us. It was an excellent experience and I would recommend them to anyone with an A/c system.

I contacted Vortex Air Solutions when my AC stopped blowing cold air. They quickly determined my issue and suggested the best option for permanent solution.With incredibly easy finance options, and even with my difficult limited attic space, Vortex Air Solutions were able to come out and replace my entire indoor/outdoor AC system in less than a day!!They also managed to fix an issue with my master bedroom not getting air where other hvac companies failed to resolve.Big shoutout to Christian and the rest of the Vortex team for taking care of us! 11.04.2024 - I was trying to leave a review for todays service but it kept pulling up my August review ! So, I will just add to this one! My AC would not come on inside or outside. It was already 87 degrees in my home when I realized the unit was not working. Again I called Vortex and spoke with Eric who said someone would be out between 2-4 this afternoon. Eric himself arrived around 2:45 and had my AC running and blowing that wonderful cold air in no time!!! Like I said back in August, should I need HVAC/AC service in the future, I will be calling Vortex.My less than 4 year old A/C in my home started blowing room tempature air yesterday, the 19th of Aug., 2024. Through Yelp I found many HVAC companies and choose to go with Vortex Air Solutions @ 9:51 am today the 20th of Aug., 2024. Erik Moreno, the tech with Vortex sent me a text saying he was in route to my home @ 10:04 am. He arrived by 10:50 am and had my A/C up and blowing cold air and out the door by 11:40 am. Mr. Moreno was very professional as well as polite and answered every question I had and even gave me some very helpful information on the unit in my home. Should I need A/C service in the future, I will for sure call Vortex Air Solutions and hopefully Mr. Moreno will be the tech that comes out.

My parents were happy with and recommended Vortex Air Solutions services to me...Every interaction I had with Vortex was friendly and professional. They showed up on time, diagnosed the issues of my AC unit, and offered several options.I ultimately, but reluctantly, decided to replace the unit. Primarily for the price of a product that I did not want to pass up after hearing previous quotes for a similarly rated unit from other companies Ive trusted and used in the past.Vortexs installation crew did an impressive job and, I think, left the job site a little cleaner than before it was than when they showed first up.The new unit seems ready to do its job, but time will tell. Our heat started giving us issues yesterday they came out same day within hours of our call and gave us a fair and honest opinion that we are more then likely in need of a new furnace, we were hoping for the best with a temporary repair and they were right heat stopped working this morning. We gave them a call back and they replaced everything same day at a very respectable price and top tier service, Cristian was professional, courteous, patient and communicated from start to finish. The owner I spoke with as well was so nice and understanding and followed up and delivered as promise. My furnace randomly started making a loud vibrating noise. Erik Moreno was prompt and was able to found the issue quickly (bad blower wheel). He was able to locate the part and fix the problem the same day. He even took the time to check my whole system to make sure everything was running correctly. He educated me in the importance of doing preventative maintenance and joined their membership for a reasonable price.

Highly recommend 100 starsI woke up the other morning and my house was 76 degrees, super hot and I know it was just going to get hotter throughout the day and sure enough around the afternoon my house was 86°. I was worried about All these companies charging me an arm and a leg are not being able to see me that day. I saw a ad on Facebook for these guys and man they responded fast, They came out the same evening and Did a whole diagnostics on my a/c unit and found the problem within 1 hour. These people are awesome! My kids are at home because of summer break and I was worried about them being in that heat. The guy that came out to my house, His name was Alex. Real nice guy and he was straightforward, he told me wheres the unit, Let me get started. Highly recommend.
