Vital Air has been incredibly knowledgeable and service oriented with our company. We switched HVAC maintenance providers because we were not getting good customer service before, and working with Vital Air has been a night and day difference. They are able to quickly identify issues, provide estimates of costs that are reasonable, and quick response to our calls. In addition, it is evident they are committed to customer service by going above and beyond in giving our team the information we need to operate our system on the day to day. I would highly recommend Vital Air, and trust their expertise greatly!

Vital Air was and has been such an amazing company to work with. After dealing with a horrible MEP engineer for our commercial space and no help from them, I was able to luckily find Vital Air. They are the most caring group that checks in after services, not there to put a bandaid on something but really research solutions and most importantly, honest. They are professional, responsive, and detailed. They don’t upsell you on anything like most hvac companies. If you’re looking for quality & professional work you will not be disappointed.
