    Excellent Service! I had an issue with my dishwasher not having water pressure and the Dish pod not fully dissolving to clean the dishes. Drain was fine. So called in Victory Appliance Repair from a neighbor reference. And glad I did! Varun was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable right from the get go. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the issue clearly, and gave me a fair estimate before proceeding with the repair. He kept me updated all through.The service was completed efficiently, and my dishwasher is now working like new! I really appreciated the technician’s friendly attitude and attention to detail.     One of the burner on our electric stove was not working. We reached out to Vee from victory appliance. He communicated what could be the problems and the possible solutions.     I called Victory Appliance Repair because another company quoted me almost $600 & told me my ice maker was broken & needed to be replaced. We’re senior citizens & on a limited budget & could not afford it. Ethan called me & set an appointment for the following day. He arrived on time. He determined my ice maker wasn’t broken. It was frozen. He removed the ice & poured hot water from the faucet over the inside of the unit & it worked! Ethan was professional, explained to me what I needed to do if it happens again.     We had our electric dryer stopped working and called Victory appliances. It was a pleasant experience that Vee showed up at exact time as promised. His speed of working was very commendable .He exactly knew what was wrong and replaced the broken parts and the price was also quite reasonable.     Honest, efficient, and helpful. Vee did a great job in quickly diagnosing my GE refrigerator. He helped me to consider whether it would be worth it to repair or replace due to the cost involved- unfortunately my moving company damaged the freezer drawer, meaning it would be a very expensive fix that might not result in it being functional. I appreciated paying only $60 for the service visit by a guy who clearly knows his stuff and is local, and who helped write an invoice to possibly make a claim with the moving company. Ill use him again from sure!!!

    Varun is the owner of the business and main tech and he was a delight. He came quickly (and during the time window he provided), worked fast, and was very professional. My dryer was banging around and making a horrible squeaking noise, but he fixed it in under an hour for a good price. I will definitely call him again if any of my other appliances decide to act up!Update a year later:V came to check out my fridge and he continues to be the most punctual, professional, skilled, and kind repairman I have ever encountered.     They came quickly to check my old but trusted subzero fridge which was malfunctioning. The tech was great, took him less than 5 minutes to do a diagnostic and confirm what was needed. Came back a couple of days later, once the parts came in, replaced them in about one hour, and left everything in tip-top shape.     I had Vee repair my washer a year ago when it quit working, he was able to diagnose over the phone most likely the circuit board would need replacement and he was right. Did the repair and so far no issues. Last week my washer inlet valves went out and once again Vee had the part replaced and was very quick and responsive, also very personable and honest. His pricing is very reasonable and saving me from replacing my appliances!

    I asked my realtor for the name of an honest appliance repair company because I was selling a house and the buyers inspector had come up with some concerns about the dishwasher and garbage disposal. They were so so easy to do business with and told me the truth about what I needed to get repaired. I will be calling them in a couple of weeks to make repairs in my own home.     Victory Appliance Repair did a great job fixing our Jenn-Aire glass top stove. He was very punctual and quickly identified the issue. At first he wasn’t sure if he needed one or more parts so he ordered all of them to make sure he could complete the job when he came back. When he returned he quickly made the repairs and the stove top works great. FYI he only needed the one part he originally thought was shorted out and he only charged me for the one part. I am very satisfied with Victory Appliance Repair’s work and price.

    I’ve used Vee a couple times now, and he always gets in touch with me quickly and services my appliance as quick as possible. He is very up front and honest with work and cost. This time, my fridge/freezer combo was showing a message on the screen that it wasn’t cooling, and my appliance had started to warm up. I called at 8pm at night thinking he would get back to me first thing in the morning. He answered on the first ring and walked me through what to push on my fridge to get it to start cooling again. One of my kids had messed with the buttons and put it in a waiting mode. Fridge fixed in 2 minutes. This guy works off the clock, and I really think he cares about his customers. I’ve recommended him to several people. And would highly recommend him to anyone.

    Called Victory because my fridge refused to come back on after a power outage. No lights, no noise, nothing. No breaker was tripped on the master circuit breaker. All symptoms pointed to a blown main board. During the initial call, the tech asked me if I had tried plugging in another device to see if the socket was providing power. Of course I had forgotten to test that simple step. Lo and behold, the socket was indeed not providing power. My sockets are in sequence and one had popped the individual breaker and needed to be reset. After this the fridge came back on properly. Just wanted to say thanks for suggesting I test this instead of keeping quiet and charging me to come out to do that in person as very well could have happened with another company. Smart man to know this is a common issue and also one with integrity to mention it before you owe money, so despite not having to use their services I would highly recommend them just based off a 2 minute phone call!

    Vee is one of the most honest & thoughtful repair persons around! By phone he was able to tell me exactly what the issue was with our Samsung dishwasher when the Samsung online help desk was NOT! By him sharing what the sensor that was going off meant, where it was located and what we need to do we were able to fix the issue simply and quickly. We probably saved a couple hundred dollars on this and are grateful for Vees experience and his willingness to share. Highly recommended!

    Victor was awesome! Explained the parts delay, but followed through brilliantly once it came in after 1 week. So we just had to live with takeout for a week and a lost of about $150 of food + Vees total repair $250 = $400, and that was MUCH less than $1300 on a new Samsung refrigerator !

    Extremely efficient and transparent. I called Vee and he set up the appointment immediately for Jeremy to come over the next day. Jeremy was prompt and assessed situation. He came back 2 days later with the new parts needed and provided tips on how to keep our washing machine clean and effective for years to come.     Vee is extremely professional. fast and trustworthly. He has repaired our washer/dryer, fridge, stove and dishwasher. When we have needed to replace an appliance he has given us advice and direction on what brand/make/model he thought was best for our needs. And when he was called back out to fix our washer instead of charging us to fix it and continue to fix it he said he would be happy to at $amount but honestly it was a better idea to replace it with a new washer then once we decided to replace it he didnt even charge us for the service call.     Vee remotely diagnosed an issue I was having with a 6 year old LG radiant cooktop, then took the time to wait on hold with LG more than once to troubleshoot/come up with an estimate to fix the issue. When the mostly parts cost +labor came in at 75% of the price for a new cooktop he fully understood/even suggested it was probably not worth while doing the repair. No charge from Vee. But if I have another appliance problem in the future, he will be the first person I call because of his professionalism and integrity this time around.

    The owner of the company made a run to my house. It was worth every dime. It was a challenge to coordinate schedules as I own a business and he does as well. But after texting and calling and great personal communication by him, we finally got things squared away. My washer and dryer had a service agreement for the first 3 years. Never again. Victor showed me where there were missing screws and clamp for the vent which allowed for lint to be sucked into the machine. This could have had over time caused a dryer fire. I’m glad it was a pulley that gave out and caused me to find Vee. It was pretty cool to see someone work their craft and no it inside and out. So confident in him that if anything goes down with my fridge, stove, oven or washer dryer, Vee will be my go to. I appreciate his education of me on simple things that I can do to keep my appliances healthy. More so, I can see he’s busy and people want his services, but he still have me personable attention. I wish I could post a pic of what can happen to you if you get someone to service your dryer who does it haphazardly. Funny, my wife came home and said, “is the dryer even on”. We just accepted the loud noise as normal. It was not normal.

    I was told I was going to have to throw away my bisque double oven that matched all my other appliances. The company that sold it to me (where they also have a repair shop) told me this. Thank goodness I found Vees on my neighborhood board. He was very good about calling me and letting me know when he was coming and what was going on. He had to send out control board and when it came back he told me I have a 2 year warranty on the board repair. My oven now works. I couldnt be happier.

    I had an old but good Dryer break down. I didnt want to blindly replace it. VEEs came in and identified a faulty switch and replace it on the spot. The unit has been working fine ever since and I dropped he idea of buying a new dryer. Great job they did. I highly recommend them.

    Had the dreaded metal screw jammed in the garbage disposal & tried to free it with a broom handle--bad internet advice! Garbage disposal came loose. Vee to the rescue! Could not come by until the next day, but called later to say he could be there earlier than hed thought. Did the work quickly, provided me with an allen wrench and showed me how to properly free up a jammed garbage disposal. And the price was very fair. I put his refrigerator magnet card on the fridge and will definitely call him again!
