The same day I called my unit got serviced. I have replaced my houses whole HVAC system and Randy Vance was instrumental in all steps, from the decision on which system to pick to the post-installation follow ups to assure everything was working as expected and that I was satisfied with everything. I was extremely impressed with the efficiency and attention from him and his team on the installation. The product quality was crowned with a very neat system installation setup at the attic, including the replacement of the air ducts. I could not believe how different, better and cleaner the new set up was, compared to the messy attic I used to have before, with the old system. I definitely recommend them!

I dont even know where to start!! Every aspect of dealing with them was perfect!! From the first phone call to have them come out and look at my old unit, to them installing a whole new unit was a great experience! Johnathan and Mr Vance are two of the kindest men out there.. I trusted them from the start. All the work was done with care and they are cautious not to leave a mess. The employees are very hard working thats for sure! My new a/c unit is a dream! I know my house is safe! During initial inspection they found where when my roof was replaced a couple years ago, the interior vent from furnace was never reconnected to the exterior vent.. therefore, carbon monoxide was being released into my attic!!😳😳😔 The hot air was also burning my boards in my attic. So thank God I had them out when I did!!Thank you to Vance Air Conditioning for everything! You were absolutely wonderful to work with!!!

Awesome service! Randy Vance is man of his word who provides exceptional service and care, and to top it off he’s a veteran. Im not sure anyone wants to replace a HVAC system with the rising costs, but we had to replace two complete HVAC systems. Randy did it on budget, quickly (in less than a day), and they left house cleaner than when his team got here. We woke up on a Saturday morning and realized that our a/c had not been cooling all night. I did a little Google search and came across Randys website. I sent an email inquiry and within 30 minutes he responded to let me know he was available to come and check our system later that morning. He did a thorough inspection, replaced some parts, cleaned everything out and had us back to a comfortable temperature within an hour after he arrived. My AC stopped working, on a Sunday no less, several hours before visitors from California were set to arrive. Vance sent out a tech within an hour of my call. It was the owners son, no less. Not only did he get my AC fixed (it was a blown fuse on the furnace board), he also checked the refrigerant levels on my dual units, and reinstalled the panels that I had removed while attempting to troubleshoot the issue. He also informed me that I would probably see an improvement in cooling if I cleaned my condenser coils, which I hadnt checked since I moved in. It was an excellent customer service experience and I wish all companies were as responsive and helpful!

Vance A/C came highly recommended to us by two coworkers who turned out to be totally right! We noticed our A/C was out when we woke up in the morning and were able to get an appointment with them the same day. Our cheaply sourced capacitor was shot, so Jonathan replaced it. He also recommend a few other things to help our 6-year-old A/C unit stay in “good health”. That said, I never felt as though his recommendations were strong-arm attempts to up-sell me. He even pointed out an item that didn’t need to be replaced right away, saving us money. Jonathan was great at explaining our issues in layman’s terms, as well as making a point to show me pictures of our issues. From now on, this awesome family owned business will be our go-to A/C repair team should we ever be in need – I’ll be recommending them from now on to all of our family, friends and neighbors!
