    Lucas was here for my regular heater maintenance and was incredibly friendly, prompt, and efficient. I appreciate your assistance this morning! After my condenser unit broke down, I decided to replace my entire heating system, considering that my furnace was more than 30 years old. I chose to make a complete switch to 410a. Kai and Clarence, the technicians handling the project, did an excellent job even on a very hot day and inside a sweltering house. They showed up exactly when they said they would and finished the entire project on the same day.     My furnaces main drain was clogged, causing water to leak from the secondary pipe outside, so I reached out to Unified Heating & Air Conditioning. A technician named Lucas arrived and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He cleared the clog from the drain P-Trap and also checked the filter and coils. The filter was quite dirty, and he explained that it should be replaced every 6 months to a year, giving me information on where to buy a new one. The coils were in excellent shape and didnt need any cleaning. I’m very pleased with the service and found it very helpful. 5 stars!

My 19-year-old furnace wasnt turning on even though there was a strong signal from the thermostat and the rest of the unit was fully powered. A pressure switch malfunction error code was the issue, so I contacted three furnace repair services for estimates. One technician from a different company came out, but refused to repair it and only suggested replacing it for a hefty sum. Another company told me they could fix it for a high charge, or replace the whole furnace and air conditioner for an even larger amount. Then, Lucas showed up the following morning, exactly on time, and with great communication beforehand. He was neat and respectful. In a mere 15 minutes, he had diagnosed the problem and managed to replace the faulty part for less than 10% of the cost of replacing the whole unit - including both parts and labor. Incredible! The furnace started up perfectly after the repair and is currently functioning fantastically. Dont let the larger companies overcharge you.     Got a brand new furnace system installed today! Its said to be an improvement over the previous one I had. However, only half of my house was getting warm air from the vents initially. My old one at least kept my house warm. Edit: The next morning. Theyre dispatching someone to inspect the furnace, will provide an update soon. Edit: Later in the evening, the furnace is performing much better! Theres heat on both sides of the house, so our bedrooms should be warm!     I dont usually rave about services, but this experience truly deserves it! One evening, our home’s air conditioning system suddenly stopped working, and with the temperatures dropping, we were quite worried. We began calling around to find someone who could come out for emergency repairs, but we weren’t too hopeful since it was a Sunday night before a holiday. To our surprise, we received a call back in just a few minutes from a local technician. He arrived at our door in only 10 minutes! After assessing the situation for over an hour, he discovered that our unit was old and had several issues, including rust and a freon leak. He explained all our options without any pressure, and we ultimately decided to invest in a new system for peace of mind. He assured us that he would return the next morning at 8 AM to complete the installation, and he did just that! To make things even better, it snowed overnight. Not wanting to risk a delay with the supplier, he arranged for one of his team members to drive to the other side of Austin to pick up our new unit as soon as they opened, ensuring we wouldnt be without cooling for long. It turned out to be a smart move since the supplier closed for the rest of the day due to the weather. His team worked diligently in the cold to install both the indoor and outdoor units, and now our home is warm and comfortable! Plus, the price for all this excellent service was fantastic. You couldnt ask for better care or a more honest technician! We highly recommend reaching out for any HVAC needs!
