Vary happy with Climate Guards Service. Found out about them from my brother in-law and called when my air went out. Turns out my 19 year old carrier unit had a big hole in the side of the out door compressor. He showed me in detail what was wrong and gave me multiple repair options. We opted to replace the system and he was able to do it next day with a great price.

Furnace stopped working at 9pm on a Friday, we were expecting single digit temps and snow the next few days. We contacted Climate Guards at 10pm and explained our problem. They were at our house in 15 minutes and had us back up and running in an hour. Very friendly, transparent and fair pricing. I highly recommend and will be using this company for all future needs.

Superior customer service! Transparency in business model and in service needs translates into no upselling so I know I can trust the diagnosis.One of our units is 23 years old and they told me, “although you could replace the entire unit now, with this $50 part we can keep it going for a couple years!” That statement alone earned my loyalty as a customer!I love how much I learned about my AC systems while observing the work- it was so educational to receive such a detailed explanation of the system and the tests being conducted.Climate Guards has earned a customer for life and a highly recommend them for honest and thorough AC repair work and maintenance!!!

Guys were great. Not only did I not have to get the services I was informed by another company I needed but, the tech was able to identify and correct the problem the other company couldnt fix. They saved me both time and money during my service call. Additionally, the tech was great and true professional.

Called this company in a pinch when our ductless system was refusing to function properly. They sent somebody out within the hour. You could not ask for someone more knowledgeable, professional, friendly, or helpful. Our issue was resolved shortly, and we finally had heat to our house. Could not recommend these guys enough.
