My 16 year old evaporator coil on a Trane unit needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, those coils are in short supply since the government has mandated change to 454B refrigerant standard from 410A. Gerald saw this shortage coming and purchased (many) 410A evaporator coils to meet customer needs. Luis came out to scope the job and service techs were there the next day to install a new coil. True Fix to the rescue!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. We had some furnace issues. Another hvac company told us we needed to get a new furnace entirely, overpriced by at least $1500. Got a second opinion from True Fix, and all it ended up needing was an upgraded electronics board. If you’re looking for an ethical, fair, and very reasonable hvac, consider having True Fix be your company. They’ve been great for us!

The guys at True Fix did a very thorough job of inspecting the whole problem with my ducts and furnace that was necessary to do the job. My house is older with a few space challenges and they brainstormed to come with a brilliant spot on plan. They installed top of the line equipment extremely fast, and at a fair price. They have since checked back with me twice to see if I was happy. If you want a mix of honest hard work, great customer service, and a company that will go above and beyond to get it right then by all means choose True Fix. They are amazing and feel like family.

We just had Gerald with True Fix Air Conditioning & Heating come out to check our heating. Our electricity was on and had been on since yesterday but it was still 51 degrees inside the house. We could hear the unit working but it clearly wasnt heating. He came out yesterday and found that the limiter switch wasnt working. Fixed it and we are heating up as I type. Woohoo!Its dangerous on the roads today and freezing. He was friendly and professional and the price he charged was fair.We recommend this business.

Everything about True Fix Is top notch. From scheduling, communication and service 5 stars does not give them enough credit. The techs, Adalyd and assistant went above and beyond to fix my ac issue. If you are in need of any ac or heating work, I recommend True Fix.

Recommended by my realtor. Technician Ben was on time , super nice guy and very thorough in his diagnosis of my HVAC. His recommendation to replace the below spec capacitor would extend the life of the compressor due to voltage fluctuations. I will definitely use them again

Hands down the best customer service around and very knowledgeable technicians. I was refereed to these guys from a friend who has had them out to his homes before and I wasnt at all disappointed. AC went out at about 7:00pm and they called me back at 8:00pm. Scheduled me for the next day and by 2:00pm the next day everything was up and running. I think I was lucky by having them come out so quickly but if my AC goes out again and I am unable to schedule them to come out the next day I would rather wait a few more days just to have these guys come out to the house. The repair was minor and the Technician walked me through every single process he was doing. I had no idea what was going on and he could have very well told me that something needed to be repaired and just billed me and ripped me off because I would not have known any better but he didnt. He was extremely nice and patient with me and gave me a AC 101 course while he was here. If you get lucky and have Luis as your Technician you will know what I am talking about. I will be referring them to everyone and anyone I know who needs trust worthy and quick AC repairs.

I had a warranty replacement for a Trane coil from True Fix. The service was amazing. Very friendly and straight forward. They answered all my questions and were very upfront about all the costs. The cost was very reasonable and the people are wonderful.
