The whole team at Tri-Point are good people that obviously care about their customers and providing great service. Its nice to have a company in the Austin area that is reliable and fair! Highly recommended.

I had them come out to diagnose a problem with my ice machine. They showed up promptly and told me it was not worth fixing. They then were able to sell me a used ice machine that was within my budget and installed it promptly as well. Im very happy with their prompt and courteous service and very fair pricing.

Honestly, I selected Tri-Point Refrigeration because of Psalms 127:2. After meeting with the owner my company discussed moving forward to try them out. An amazing company, they have acurate record keeping and are always on point. I enjoy seeing the work they do as they provide pictures of the ice maker cleanings for all our PMS or any other work they complete.I would like for all my other companies to be as effective in thier work as Tri-Point has been. Awesome people and an awesome company to work with.
