I cant say enough great things about Doug and T&C. He always takes the time to explain my HVAC system to me, what he wants to replace or repair, WHY he was making those repairs and what to expect. HVAC is no longer a worry for me because I know Doug and T&C. I trust that it is fixed at a great price but more importantly EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE.

As a fairly recent homeowner, finding service people who are honest, transparent, and reasonably priced has been a challenge. Our HVAC system needed replaced and after receiving an exorbitant quote from another company, Doug at T&C was recommended to us. He explained everything very thoroughly and gave us our options: what needed replaced, what still had some life in it, and different quality levels of HVAC units. There was no pressure and no scheming. As it was most cost effective long-term, we ended up replacing the entire system and got a better unit at a cheaper price than the previous company quoted us. Dougs work was thorough, efficient, and high quality, but most of all we trusted him. We appreciate that we have someone to call that we trust for any work we need in the future.

I reached out to Town & Country Heating and Air after receiving a recommendation from a neighbor. Our air conditioning unit was not cooling and we needed an expert that we could trust. Doug came out and told me it was a capacitor failure which was a quick fix. I feel like most ac companies would have tried to sell me something I didnt need. Its great there are some honest business men still out there! Highly recommend! Call Doug...you wont regret it!
