Ive used Ray and Third Coast since they acquired Jim Owens. Ray has always treated me fairly, and I really like all the people they send out to my jobs. Ive replaced 2 old units, one 20 yes and the other 13+. Ray has always treated me very fairly.My last unit failed on Saturday evening, and when I called Sunday Morning, Ray came out himself. I have recommended Third Coast to all of my friends, and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to work with honest hardworking people.

Third Coast helped us get rid of our offsite storage unit by installing a Mitsubishi Electric mini split in our garage. Their team did a great job - the install went very smoothly. Between the savings on our storage unit and the tax credit, this unit will pay for itself in a year.

My A/C went out on a Sunday morning, but thankfully Ray was quick to respond. He was honest and very reasonable. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them if you have any a/c issues.

These guys are lifesavers. Each time I have had to call on them it was on an afternoon and both times they found a way to get to me same day. They had to replace one thing or the other but the important thing is I had my AC back same day. This time on the Friday late afternoon before Memorial Day. I was so so so grateful they are here to call upon. The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable and I couldnt be happier. Thank You Guys!

I cannot thank Third Coast enough in just this post! They came out to complete a second opinion inspection after a very large commercial company came out last week. After a less than 10 min inspection by other company, I was told the unit had a leak and the only solution was to replace by spending $16K.Third Coast arrived to their appointment on time and spent at least a hour troubleshooting with the unit before understanding the issue. They consulted me about the issue (copper wire damage) and while yes there was a leak, this could be resolved. It was also realized the disconnect cable to my unit was missing and this needed to be replaced. Techs had most of the equipment on hand, less the parts, and went to retrieve. They returned very promptly, went to work, and had unit up & running in no time.I will use Third Coast moving forward and highly recommend.
