Jeff was professional and easy to work with. We installed mini splits in the garage -converted bedrooms and ran into issues with the HOA a few times and Jeff patiently worked with us to get the issues resolved. Very satisfied with the work and definitely will call them out again for the next service. -

Another company gave an estimate over $1200.00 to repair a heat pump problem. We saw an ad for Thermo-Tex, called Jeff for a 2nd opinion. He did the repair for under $400.00 (which included the service call). My son, who actually dealt with Jeff, said he was very thorough, explained the problem and the solution and took care of it. -
