The pricing was very reasonable and transparent, which made the experience even better. It was much more affordable compared to other companies, but the quality of service was outstanding. I will definitely use them again for any future air conditioning and heating needs. Highly recommended!

Professional, Knowledgeable, and Honest!Our AC stopped working on a Friday afternoon. Someone from The Chan Air Conditioning was able to come out in just a few hours.The owner was able to accurately diagnose our issue with his tools. He said he previously worked as a contractor at one of the big AC companies for many years. He did not try to overcharge us, and he had all of the necessary parts to successfully fix our broken AC. We can notice a difference in the coolness of our air. He also provided several tips on maintenance too.We would definitely use The Chan again!

I got to know this company through a friends recommendation and had my air conditioner tuned up for the first time in six and a half years since moving into my new home. The technician arrived exactly on time, thoroughly inspected and cleaned the air conditioner, and carefully explained how to replace and maintain the filter. I run a small business, and early this morning, our heater broke down. I contacted the owner of “The Can Airconditingand despite it being 5 a.m., he immediately checked the message and came to the store. He spent hours tirelessly diagnosing the issue and eventually fixed it. He even charged such a reasonable price for the repair that I felt almost guilty. I truly believe he is the best technician I’ve ever worked with. Highly recommended!

My 30yrs old HVAC flew cold air only even though I turned on heating. I called some HVAC technician through my home warranty service, and that technician told me that I have to replace whole furnace and it cost ~$2200. I searched other technician to get second opinion and Tony just repaired my unit replacing some parts. It began to work well again. He exactly knows what he should do! Strongly recommended!

I had a great experience with the A/C technician. He was very professional, using the right tools to diagnose and explain the issue. Our house was extremely hot in one day after broke the A/C, and my daughter and mother were suffering, but he provided an emergency solution that made the house cool again. He scheduled a date to replace the coils and arrived as promised. He removed the old, broken unit and installed a brand new coil. It wasnt a quick job; he spent an total five hours making sure everything was working perfectly. He even returned a week later to double-check that there were no freon gas leaks and running perfect. The price was very reasonable—almost $1000 less than other companies I consulted for the same service. I really appreciate the excellent service and for keeping us cool during the summer!

My A/C went out last week when it was about 103 degrees and I was panicking. I ran into The Chan A/C who was fixing my neighbors A/C. He came over to my house on a very short notice and replaced my leaking evaporator coil the very next day! Tony at The Chan A/C took his time and made sure not only my A/C is back and working but made sure all aspects my A/C was working properly. My A/C is working perfectly and I feel like I now have brand new A/C!! He did not try to tell me I needed to get all new system and the fee he charged was extremely reasonable and I would have paid thousands more if I called one of those big A/C companies. Thank you so much Tony for what you have done for me and my family!!

Mr. Ro from the Chan Air Conditioning provided great service, was professional, and the cost was reasonable/good. I would hire the Chan AC again and refer to the others.Our ac downstairs stopped working all of sudden in the evening. Got in contact with Mr. Ro and he came out the following morning for diagnostics. We had to replace the ecm motor in the attic and capacitor outside, and Mr. Ro ordered and replaced/fixed the parts the same day.Thank you!

However, three months later, the AC developed a major problem and stopped functioning correctly. I contacted Chan AC, and they quickly identified and fixed the issue. I wish I had hired him from the beginning. He is very knowledgeable, have all the necessary diagnostic and repair tools, and are incredibly honest. He suggested two ways to handle the problem and their fee was very reasonable. I strongly recommend him for both residential and commercial services.
