I had a great experience with 3 service technicians on two separate tune visits, first visit with Jesus, second visit with Matthew and Able. Each encounter, the technicians were on time for the appointment, courteous and respectful of my time. They gave me a full report of what they found good and bad with my a/c unit, gave a thorough explanation of what needed to be done to correct the defects and made sure I had a good understanding before I made a decision to have them fix the defects. It took a while for someone to pick up the phone on a Saturday, but once I set up my appointment for the service of the unit, it got done quickly. The issue was identified and fixed without problem. Both technicians (Jesus and Noel) were delightful. Jesus explained to us the problem, what needed to be done to fix it, and the cost. The following day, when Noel came to complete the job knew exactly what to do and did it quickly.

I called for service today and within an hour their service professional was at my door.Mr. Noel was very polite and professional on finding the issue. He recommended a furnace tune up would be my best option. Well, the tune up did trick and the system began working. He also showed me other service options that would help keep my HVAC system running and would save me in the future. I noticed their brochure had a UV system that could be added to my furnace to remove mold, dust mites, bacteria and help with allergies throughout my whole house. The information was very helpful where I ended up buying two systems one for each furnace. He also recommended service options on spring and winter deals where routine service would be scheduled and would add substantial savings throughout the year. He also mentioned a senior or military discount could be added to my tune up service. Remember, when you need a great quality HVAC service team who are you going to call, no not ghost busters, The Air Conditioning Company. Thanks Noel! After getting estimates from several companies, The Air Conditioning Co was the last one. I expected them to be higher, but amazingly, they were not. Wiley was helpful, explaining everything. They even loaned me some portable units for the 2 days until install. Everyone was either one-time or early! The complete reinstallation of my refrigerated unit and heater took about 7 hours. Practically everything was replaced. The electrician changed our old circuit breakers. Installers Jonathan and Simon worked like a well-oiled machine. Matthew, QC, made sure everything was perfect. Great job, folks!

Professional and honest company. Very responsive, on time, and knowledgeable. Jesus the maintenance tech did an awesome job, he was very thorough throughout the cleaning process and testing for accuracy, he provided updates in between the cleaning and provided a very detailed receipt as to what was done as well as recommendation and costs for possible repairs, if not warranted. Jesus also followed up the next morning after confirming setting requirements for the type of home and area I live at, he did not have to go out of his way to do that, but he did and by doing so saved me hundreds of dollars in unnecessary repairs. One of my two AC units started blowing warm air at the start of the summer but the temperature would not go below 83 degrees. My wife was already telling me for a week now to go and get it fixed. I searched the internet and found the Air Conditioning Company. The staff got me scheduled right away for the next day. The tech came at 2:30pm he was quick and polite and came took a look at my faulty AC unit and got it fixed. After he informed me that they had a maintenance program to cover both AC units for the year which will keep me protected. I was super happy to hear that since my house is only 4 years old. I had Wiley, a sales representative come out to do an estimate on a cooling system for my home. They couldnt help me because they dont deal in Mini splits or the system I currently have. However, this young man was very helpful and kind. He said hed have a look in my house anyway and could give me advice on my options and which types of cooling systems would be most cost effective and efficient for my home. He didnt have to do that. He gave me some good options and recommendations and was very personable. Even talked about his grandmother and what ac system they had for her and how well it worked for her. Just an all around nice young man.So if you want an honest Air-conditioning company thats friendly and knowledgeable go with these guys. 👍🏼

Jesus (HVAC Technician) did an outstanding job fixing and doing the maintenance needed for 2 indoor furnaces. He was on time, courteous, very knowledgeable, and had no problem answering my questions. I established a payment plan for maintenance services and received a 15% and 5% military discount for parts and labor. Military friendly company. I did have to reschedule, and the HVAC tech couldnt find the address due to an error from the main office. But excellent service.

My husband is elderly and gets anxiety when things go wrong and are not fixed. Anyways, I asked Ms. Paredes if there was any cancellations, she said no they were very busy. Then she said you know what let me see if I can get Rick to go today. He is out of town, but let me call him and then she called me back and said yes he will be there at 3-330 today is the time convenient for you. I was very happy to hear the good news wow... amazing. Over the weekend I was talking to friends about how customer service had gone away, man I ate my words on this place. Ana went out of her way to make things happen. I was a manager at one time and I would have hired Ana instantly. She is awesome, and I cant thank her enough. I also want to thank Rick for helping us through his busy schedule as well. True professionals. I have an older ac system that was giving me continuous problems. It was recommended by the technician that the wiring harness was old and failing. They recommended to replace the wiring harness, which they did in a timely and efficient manner. I must say so far so good. Good listener, but not afraid to contradict the customer when the customer wants something that doesnt make sense. Presented a range of choices and once the contract was signed completed the work promptly. After the winter heating season a tech came out to check on the system and replace the filter before the summer cooling season. For FREE. We are very happy and so are the renters. This review is for the routine bi-annual service winterizing i got last week. I believe the service man is Jose, he was friendly, fast and thorough and came on a Saturday. He explained the different components of the unit, the parts and how it worked. Where to shut stuff off, how to change the filters, how often and which brand to use. The bi-annual service pre-paid package is pretty reasonable.* * Two Stars for this company - The downside of this company is an unprofessionally noisy phone reception area where it is difficult to hear due to background noise.The brand new units pump had to be replaced 3 times in the first year and we got charged for two of them. Then we were charged more than $100 for de-scaling after just one year which they did not tell us upfront.I wouldnt recommend the unit we bought because of this, though when it works its great.There is also a requirement by the service person to deliver a sales pitch for additional costly upgrades which I had to listen to at length then verbally decline each one (noted on his iPad using button declined offer) though I said upfront - No upgrades now. No. None. This was inappropriate and intrusive, and I can see it could be predatory on elderly people, especially during a pandemic or illness. It certainly was not the servicemans fault.The owners need to change this policy and have their staff simply ask, would you be interested in hearing about some upgrades that can also purify your homes air? Im sure the upgrade is good but if I want it I will ask for it. I despise all forced sale pitches. This tactic backfired on them in a big way. I will never upgrade with them. - Thank you.

I called the air conditioner company to find the unit under warranty and parts were covered. Unfortunately, The Air Conditioning Company was not an authorized servicer. The tech explained they would waive their service call to allow an authorized company to provide the warranty service and save money. I recommend using their service for servicing and repair. I have signed up for their service for the upcoming year.
