Texas Total comfort is one of the best a/c companies Ive ever used. Casey was very professional, respectful and very knowledgeable. He did a great job finding the issue I was have with one of our units. He even had work out in the pouring rain and found the problem for a good 20min and didnt even complain. Great guy. Ricky and his team did an awesome job to replace our dying 22 year old A/C system in a expeditious manner. Sara provided us with a variety of estimates to replace the system within a day and answered all our questions. On the day of replacement Ricky and his team came out and professionally removed our old system and installed a Daikin system and got us up and running in the middle of crazy Texas heat. I’m posting this review for my 3rd experience with Texas Total Comfort. In each of my experiences, the staff have been professional and provided exceptional customer service. They utilize a very efficient system for confirming appointments, communicating the technician’s arrival time, and billing. The technician’s are experienced and have been able to diagnose and resolve the problem quickly and at a reasonable expense. I have 2 properties and they both are now setup for semi-annual maintenance with Texas Total Comfort.

He told us just to keep an eye on it, when I told him we couldnt afford to replace it that day.Well my husband decided to install a new thermostat on his own, so we requested Daniel to come out and make sure everything was working properly. Daniel noticed again that the motor needed to be replaced but this time is was really struggling to work. Yes we followed his advice and replaced it. Ive used this company for years and this visit was for a repair issue. I knew for a couple of years now that the HVAC unit very old and on its way out, and it went. After going over options on a prior visit, my entire system was replaced with an updated heat pump system. The work was completed much quicker than one would think. The technicians were professional and friendly. They took care to insure nothing in the house was damaged when installing additional vents, went over special request as to vent and thermostat backplate placements, and thoroughly cleaned all work areas when done.

My husband and I moved our family in with our mother in law. She had been living in her house for the past 7 years with no air conditioning. She had portable units that she used when needed. During one period it was 96/97 in our house. We bought another window unit for downstairs while we shopped around trying to find a new complete AC unit. The whole staff at Texas Total Comfort was so helpful and very professional. Someone came out in just a few days and they had us back up and running. It was 74 degrees in our house for the first time in a long time. The guys who came were friendly and clean. They were in and out in 4 hours. I had one company tell me it would be a 10 hour job. Not here. Would def use TTC again and will refer them to anyone who needs help with their AC/heating.

A true measure of a company is how well they stand behind what they sold you. Texas Total Comfort install a new HCAC for us 11 months ago. Today we experienced our first opportunity with that unit. Turns out it was very minor issue, but our entire system was down. TTC had someone out and the unit repaired before it even got warm in our house. That’s incredible customer service and something you don’t see much any more. I also would like to praise their serviceman. Mark was on time, neat and orderly and kept us informed on each step he took to get us back up and running. If you are thinking about upgrading or replacing your HVAC, this is the company to use. From the time we noticed an issue until they had us back up and running was under 2 hours.

This is an awesome company to do business with. Every member of the team is polite, helpful and always willing to answer questions. Great company, saved us a ton of money. Had another company come out last year try and scam/screw us. Texas Total Comfort Systems were recommended by a friend, called, they came out and basically said the other company was trying to take advantage. We bought 2 complete systems from them (Hobsons said we needed all 3 replaced) at almost half the cost. Called them back out today for basic routine service, and they touched up a few things… and the third system Hobsons said needed replaced is still going strong. Jordan came out and although the fix was somewhat simple the diagnostics to figure out why the new system which appeared to be in perfect condition had stopped. Finally found an evap line was clogged that should maybe have been blown out at install was the culprit. I believe that was the whole issue resolved and finding the outlet for that line was not easy due to the storage of boxes in the way.

UPDATE 11/1/3023: Mark came out to conduct system testing for Winter under our INEXPENSIVE Maintenance Plan. He also inspected our AC Condenser that was damaged by a construction crew’s Bobcat Front-loader accident(END OF UPDATE). Three weeks into winter and the heating system was acting flaky and not running as expected. This was a new system, so I called for help.The cheery voice was a great welcome. Since all the techs were assigned and working, I was told someone would be here around 3:00 pm and Id be texted when he was on the way.Surprise! Text alerted me that Daniel Carrillo was on his way. It was about 1:30. He started working in the attic and 15 minutes later another tech, Adam Mc Crary, arrived to assist!!! I knew Daniel and asked him to change the filter which he gladly accomplished.After about an hour of testing, the problem was isolated. They took time to inform me exactly what they thought the problem was, but their test device device was broken. The system was operational and I was told another tech would arrive the following day with the diagnostic tool needed to conclude the testing.Unbelievably, tech #3, whose name I cant remember, arrived later in the afternoon. He thoroughly retested everything and used his working diagnostic tool. It took about an hour. When he came down he took time to succinctly explain exactly what he was checking, including the ducting pressure. He adjusted the fan speed and other elements. We were up 100%.Whats most important to know is that the company installed a complete new HVAC system a few months before. Compared to other companies we contacted, the price was more than fair; well below everyone else. We were promised a year of no cost support, and we got that in Spades.Do Not Hesitate to call this company for help or to purchase a new system. There is no B.S. involved at any level. You will absolutely get the best professional support possible. We also love the wonderful office staff. They make things happen...

Steven is an excellent HVAC technician and very professional. However, last Monday morning when I was expecting a follow up call to discuss additional necessary repairs, I never received any such call from their office and I had to call them as lunchtime approached to find out what was going on. In response to my call I was later emailed a quote for additional repairs; still no phone call; I guess I was just lucky that I saw the email when I did. The quote had a single line item with no breakdown of details and again I had to call to ask for an explanation and to get the ball rolling on repairs. The receipt that I received for a payment made on the previous Sunday was $60 short and when I asked for an explanation I was told someone would call me the next day - nobody ever called. Again, Steven did a great job out in the field and was courteous and professional; the business might need to take a hard look at the personnel and practices going on behind the scenes. Throughout the repairs and to this day no one from this office has called me to follow up or discuss any information. I don’t expect to have to chase down information from people that I’m going to pay to work for me.

Their owner is a salt of the earth guy, and it trickles down through his employees. You should be careful who you trust, but rest assured TTCS will always take care of you and will make your family comfortable no matter what!
