Fernando from Texas Pro was very knowledgeable and straight to the point. He worked on my unit and found the issue right away. He gave me a detailed explanation of the issue after troubleshooting and how he would go about providing a resolution. All in all he provided great Customer service and got it working the same day. Will be working with his company for all my other rental properties.
