    I had a great experience working with this company. Everyone was friendly and professional, and Salvador, our technician, did an excellent job cleaning our home’s ducts. He also installed the RM2 UV light system, which has given me peace of mind since we live in an older home. Salvador was thorough and took the time to explain how the system works and how it would address my concerns about air quality. He made everything easy to understand, and his attention to detail really stood out.It’s been a few months since the installation, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in our allergies. I’m really happy with the results and highly recommend their services!

    I had an amazing experience with texaire, thanks to their technician, Salvador. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work. He cleaned our ducts and installed an RM2 UV light system, which helps purify the air in our home.     TexAire staff are kind, courteous and professional. The dispatch team was patient and answered all my questions and prioritized getting a team out here ahead of a pretty bad freeze. Service included email and text reminders. My favorite part of this experience was the photos and bios included in the text reminders. It was reassuring knowing exactly who was coming to my door. Their vehicles were also very clearly marked.Salvador and Rafael were kind and had positive attitudes throughout a multi-hour repair. They were courteous and consistently wore shoe covers when entering my home. I appreciated their honestly during the process but they never tried to upsell or cut any corners.I will continue to trust TexAire with all future maintenance!

    Rafael was highly knowledgeable and quickly fixed my heat pump - he was very helpful in explaining how the auxiliary and emergency heat settings worked and what I could be doing in the future to keep the unit(s) running at their optimum level. The cost was reasonable and produced almost immediate results - I recommend TexAire to anyone wanting to get their HVAC equipment back to normal fast!

    I thought I left a review with their last visit but apparently not. I have been having an issue with my HVAC since the first winter after install. No one could ever figure out the problem because it always self resolved before a technician could arrive. In 2023 when I had the same issues I called and explained my issues they sent someone out right away. After a few days they figured out what the issue was after 8 years. Due to a glitch I did not receive the estimate so I never followed up. A few weeks ago I get a call for a free tune up. So I used the opportunity to service my system and ask about the quote. Salvador and Manny arrived promptly and worked throughly to inspect everything. Long story short the company that installed did not do my duct work appropriately. I am currently waiting for quotes so that I can resolve this issue once and for all. No doubt I will be using Texaire!

    Chris arrived on time. He thoroughly checked all aspects of our HVAC in the attic & outside. Took lots of pictures.Chris listened to our concerns & checked other areas, he then spent time explaining everything to the s with the pictures & recommendations.We received separate estimates for all recommended services so we can decide what needs to be done first & know costs upfront.We have requested to keep Chris as our technician for all cleaning, repairs, & future visits.     Barry was very personable, knowledgeable and professional from beginning to end. Also great with communication! The blower motor had died and when we went to order the part through the manufacture, they were on backorder. Barry stayed in contact with us and kept us updated daily on the part status. Once part came in, he was here next day to install and save us from the heat. Everything was back up and running with no issues afterwards. We will use TexAire in the future. Highly recommend!

    Our 30 year old air conditioner was limping on its last leg and killing us on electric bills. David asked me several questions and suggested a 17 SEER Ducane unit. His quote was very fair and better than others I had ever received. He was able to get me scheduled in only two days. He and his crew were excellent throughout the whole change out. They were on time. They were very respectful of our home and laid canvas down from front door to attic ladder to protect our floor as they did their work. In summary, I have nothing but great things to say about this experience. If you need a HVAC repair, upgrade or purchase of any kind, give TexAire a call. You will be glad you did!

    The men were all polite and knowledgeable. I never felt pushed into a purchase vs fix. They explained everything without talking down to me and let me decide which was best for my family. Starting with the initial prognosis they came on time and worked diligently. They laid down drop clothes from door to attic to keep my house as clean as possible and cleaned up after themselves. They went above and beyond tacking down loose wires found in my attic(not ac related) so I would not trip on them anymore. Knowledgeable, polite, and decently priced. Would recommend and use again.

    This new company has been great. We’ve used several HVAC vendors over the past year, this one is the best so far. Our home warranty company installed a new AC unit last summer but did the bare minimum (as many warranty companies do). Texaire came out quickly, isolated the issues, explained the issue simply. The installers covered their feet and my floors, and even the owner stopped by! This company sets itself apart with a very high standard of customer service and honest pricing that seems uncommon in that industry. David and Barry are running a tight ship. Highly recommend.

    Fantastic service and extremely thorough. After two rounds of storms, our thermostat went blank and nothing was working. Between a power surge and some rodents outside chewing on electrical lines, trouble shooting took some time. In the end , everything is running great and, given the amount of time and parts to fix things, it cost me much less than I had thought. I would highly recommend TexAire.

He was able to relay the message to our property manager and even recommended getting a restoration company out promptly to determine whether more preventative work was needed before it became a problem.     I had a very good experience with David. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He also gave the most convincing diagnosis of where the rust on our flue pipe had come from. One company a few years ago said they thought it was rain coming in from a leak at the exit point in the attic and offered to replace it. A later company thought it was from a wrong size flue-pipe connector that was causing cooling in the exhaust gases and the cooling was causing water vapor to condense. They offered to fix it too. But David noted that the rust was on the side of the pipe, which wouldnt make sense for either explanation(water falls). Most likely he said it had previously rusted and when the previous owner had the furnace replaced the company re-used the pipe that had rust on it from a previous roof leak, but rotated the pipe so the rust was on the side (not what youre supposed to). Nonetheless, because there were no new signs of rust on the bottom, there was no reason to replace it. That makes sense to me and saved me some money!

    What a great team! Right from the start I knew the service was going to be stellar. The guys were very professional. They put covers over their shoes before entering our home. They explained what they were going to do and went right to work. It was a routine seasonal checkup but they discovered a fault on the furnace. They actually contacted the manufacturer and found out that my unit was still under warranty which was awesome! They quickly pinpointed the fault and repaired it on the spot. The service fee was very reasonable and the service was above and beyond. I highly recommend giving them a call to fulfill your HVAC needs.

    Max was super friendly and very professional! He diagnosed the problem with my AC pretty quickly (i.e. loose wires and blown fuse in attic AC component). The high temperature for the day was 106 and it was over 90 degrees in our home! So my family was super grateful for how quickly Max was able to get our AC working again.     Sent a message through Yelp (overnight) and received a response first thing in the AM. Have an older system thats working fine but wanted to have a system checkup done. It appears we are in for an extremely hot summer and I wanted no surprises later on. They texted me immediately to confirm appointment time and as Max was on his way (actually came early as previous appointment finished early). Max showed up, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I didnt need much done to the system as its functioning fine.     My AC stopped cooling on a Friday evening. I called my home warranty company and they couldn’t come out until the following Tuesday. It was 97 degrees in my house and 107 outside. After numerous attempts to reach them, I called for outside help.I’m so grateful that I called Texaire. David answered right away and had me on the schedule the same day within two hours.     Absolutely how a service business should operate! Our 2 year old AC, while running, stopped cooling. Temp climbed to 81. I contacted builders sub (big company). It was Monday 10am. Best they could do Tuesday pm. I explained one of us had heat initiated breathing issue that got worse above80. Response, ok, see you tomorrow afternoon!Pure luck I contacted TexAire. David answered, listened to situation, responded we can get tech there in about an hour! Shortly thereafter, we met Max. Wonderful person and very competent. Diagnosed, got us back up, but explained is only temp. Real problem likely installation problem. Oh no….the big sub. Made the call and quickly realized the same responsiveness’s earlier in the day would prevail.Bottom line…TexAire has demonstrated competence , customer concern and earned our trust. They will be here later this week to do the 5-6 hour permanent fix. No more Big Company for us. We’re TexAire customers now!!

    I had a friend of mine recommend this company. They told me to ask for David specifically. David came out to look at giving us a quote for a new heating and air conditioning system. Our unit was about 23 years old. Not only did it seem like we were having to make repairs on a semi annually But our electricity bill was absolutely killing us. David came out and did a full system inspection for us. He told us the system was certainly getting up there in years and for the amount of money that you are spending in electricity and repairs we could easily look at getting a different system. Myself attempting to be a informed homeowner had already had an idea of what type of system we wanted. We did a lot of research and found that the two-stage train system would be what is best for our scenario in our opinion. David also agreed that a two-stage system would be a very good system for our installation purposes. He had a different brand that he said he sold. My wife was fairly adamant about the train though since she spent all of the time and effort doing the research. we asked him although it’s not what he typically installs if a customer would really like to have a different brand of unit would that be something that he could do. He said absolutely although it would cost us a little bit more. We were fine with that and less than 72 hours later David was over installing our new train two-stage AC system. He was very kind and professional, locked us through absolutely every step of the process before he ever started, went out of his way to make sure that our boards were protected, our walls were protected, and he did a fabulous job of keeping his area clean and tidy. We were so incredibly grateful for the service that he provided for us. We will definitely be using Texaire for all of our heating and air conditioning needs and definitely referring him to anybody who asks. Thank you so very much for being so very helpful David!
