Doug came out at 11pm after finishing an install for another customer. Fixed my non cooling issue quickly and was fair on his pricing. Great guy to keep his word after already having a long day. This guy is an reputable contractor.

I cant say enough good things about Doug Tergerson in the 2021 snow apocalypse he showed up fixing my heating system and saved the day. He was very professional and sweet, Very fair priced and even when he left my house at 6:30 at night he was still off to help more people. If you ever need someone that you can trust to do great work call Doug. I will recommend him every time. Thank you Doug to have a life time customer.

Tergerson Heating and Air has been absolutely amazing!Before Doug came out to our home we had already had 3 other companies look at our system and misdiagnose our problem. Doug was able to accurately diagnose the issue and give us a fair price for parts and labor. Not only was he able to fix our initial complaint but he also caught other issues that 3 other companies didnt. Our unit now works without any flaws. I 100% recommend his company and will continue to call Doug for all my heating and cooling needs.

I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about this company! They came out for a unit not cooling. I had been told I needed a complete new unit install. They were honest and told me I just needed a new condenser. They worked late into the evening to have my system back up and going as soon as possible with the triple digit heat rising. These guys are dependable, affordable, and extremely professional! Will be using them again for sure!

Doug came out to replace a unit for us in Temple. his prices were affordable, he came on time, completed the job. we had an issue with the unit turning off. I called him and he immediately came the next day and fixed it. unit has been working well since then! I would def use him again for any ac issues.

We got to know Doug through one of the warranty companies and after seeing the character that he displayed while in our home we were very impressed and we have used him numerous times for various jobs. He is Curtious, honest and talented. If he wasnt all three of these I would never give him five stars.

I will definitely be calling him for any of my ac and heat work he came out late one evening on a cold 🥶 night and look at my furnace and told me what was wrong fixed it partially so the kids room would have heat and came back the next day and fixed it to where the entire house had heat. very quick and very professional.
