Sunbelt Portable A/C was providing backup A/C to the FAA Radar facility in Austin Tx while our existing system was being replaced. An A/C failure occurred and the facility , being VERY sensitive to temperature, was on the verge of failing to provide critical Radar service. I called the office and explain the EMERGENCY situation we were in. A Brad Kenner was immediately dispatched to rectify the problem. He was clean cut , knowledgeable and very articulate. Within minutes of arrival, he had the 2 units up and running. Facility temperature was dropped 20 degrees in 30 minutes. Brad stayed on site to verify complete operation of each unit. As it turns out, the backup unit was not operating to its full capacity. Brad took it upon himself to run get another unit to replace the poor performer. Brad stayed on site until he was satisfied both units were working perfectly. Brad then came to our office and briefed management on the whole situation. The boss was impressed with his level of knowledge and his ability to explain clearly what had occurred. You can expect GREAT service from this company.

Rental of Commercial Ozone Generator.First, I have to speak to the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge in relation to their entire staff. I had an incident where I needed to urgently remove an acrid smoke smell, as a result of a sawdust bag from a belt sander that ignited and smoldered. I called my usual go to rental shops, and they all referred me to Sunbelt, that alone says a lot. I looked price to purchase at Home Depot and Lowe’s, but those machines are not industrial grade. Sunbelt Climate Controls has that covered. Ran the Ozone generator for 3 days for an area of 600 sqf, but with the directions provided by the team, running fans, it neutralized an area 1680 sqf. Price to rent was attractive and cost effective. Totally awesome, and they have my business for life. Highly recommend. Also, had a few guests come by and they said it smelled like a freshly cleaned 5 star hotel room. Other benefit, any bug (mosquitoes in my case) dies. The machine, the company, and team are great!
