    We had a new unit installed with a different company that we kept having problems with. We then had 3 other companies come out and not figure out the problem until we called Robby. He figured it out, fixed it, and we haven’t had problems since. Now he takes care of our other units and is always very responsive, professional, and most importantly - knowledgeable and very competent. Thanks Robby!!

    Put in the request in the morning and got responses very quickly and the same day service was scheduled which was very much appreciated on this cold weather. Robby D. Was the one who came out and he really explained the situation in detail and gave us a basic understanding of our issue, we don’t know anything about heating or a/c and he didn’t mind explaining the issue and even suggested the type of equipment/filter that would fit our household with pets. It was a great first service and will continue as a yearly service. The pricing was fair too that’s why we opted in for yearly services. Highly recommend.

    Very pleased with our service and new system. Jeremy and his team were professional and quick. I called for service on Friday. He came the same day and fixed us up for the weekend. Our new AC was installed working on Monday. Jeremy answered all our questions and gave us several options to fix/upgrade our AC. I highly recommend!!!

    I’m very pleased with the services I ordered from Strickland heating and air. From the second I contacted them someone came out to my property within a couple hours and made an estimate for me. They were there the next day to complete the job since it wasn’t urgent. They were very professional and treated my home like their own. The place was spotless when they left.*Edit: Strickland heating and air came out to my house for a winter tune up and to check the integrity of my hvac system. Robby Dollar was my technician and was very professional. He was very knowledgeable at his job and gave me tips on how to take care of my hvac system and when to replace or clean parts. He left the house spotless after he left.

    I have been so pleased with Strickland AC and heating since I started. They have great prices and all their techs have been awesome. They have a great deal on your yearly inspections, which also benefits you for repairs. They have also helped me be aware of some things that would’ve been problems down the line. Instead, I was able to make minor adjustments for a lot less money. Highly recommend them.

    20/10 across the board! I had originally called Strickland HVAC out for a few issues we were having and to get a quote on an entire new system. Both Rafael and Jeremy were amazing!!! Super knowledgeable, honest and very helpful. We decided to go with an entire new unit, made more sense. Within two days, they were back out with a crew and installing the new HVAC system. The entire process was smooth and easy for us as the homeowner. After installation, we did a walk thru where they were both, again, very helpful and thoroughly explained everything. Highly recommend!!

    Outstanding customer service. The circuit breaker on one of our units tripped very early this morning and I couldnt get it to reset. Called Strickland and was promised a service tech by early afternoon. Robbie arrived about 10:15am and quickly analyzed the problem to be a required system software update. He got the updates installed in short order and thoroughly tested the system to make sure it was working okay. I recommend Strickland Heating and Air to anyone who needs AC service or installation.

    Wow! The previous reviewers were not lying when they said that this was a good company to do business with. On a hot August Texas day, my AC blower stopped working. I called Strickland in the evening and spoke with Jeremy, the owner. He was able to set me up with an appointment the next day. Rafael arrived on time, and proceeded to diagnose the problem. He worked efficiently and did not try to upsell. Would trust them for future repairs. A+++

    I contacted the company on a Sunday and since it wasnt an emergency they said they would come out Monday morning. Tech arrived pretty quickly and was very professional. He diagnosed the problem with our AC as well as made a few recommendations.Rafael (the Tech) was not a pushy salesman, just let us know how we could improve our system. My husband asked him to address a few of the areas of concern as we know small maintenance things can relieve large repair bills. We were very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of the company. Definitely will be calling them for future issues.

    Jeremy came out to my house while we were in Florida. My elderly mother, who is wheelchair bound and oxygen dependent, let me know the AC was not cooling.     We have had two emergencies with our AC this very hot summer. Different problems each time. We so appreciate Strickland for fitting us in and working long hours getting it up and running again.     Jeremy took the time to go over my old system with a fine tooth comb and answered all my questions. He pointed out issues with both my systems and gave me options for replacement on one. When I finally decided we worked out details and Austin and crew did a fantastic job of both installing new system and remediating an existing system to bring it up to code and get rid of mold problem. The result is the cleanest air I’ve breathed in the house since moving in and no more worries about my children’s health. You get what you pay for and these guys are true professionals.

    Jeremy and Austin are absolutely amazing. We had to purchase two new units which is quite the investment and we wouldnt have made it through without Jeremy. He was honest with his recommendations and worked above and beyond to try to bandaid our old ones. Once they were installed, both Jeremy and Austin made sure everything was good and Camilla has even called to make sure we were cool and everything was good.     Jeremy and Austin and their crew are ACES. They took on the challenge of my 80 year old home and installed a whole new ducting system with all the bells and whistles and did a fabulous job. Took down the old, put in the new and meticulously cleaned up after. Here is the real info you need. This family owned business cares about the service they provide. No cut corners! Which is rare.     AC went out yesterday with forecasted 107+ highs for the week and 4 severe weather warnings in DFW. Called Strickland and they showed up within 2 hours and I had cold air blasting a hour after that. Austin the tech was comfortable explaining everything and was open to questions while doing work and his partner Muhammad showed that teamwork was the way this company gets work done. Fair pricing on replacement parts and labor. Plus they taught me how to maintain the system properly to avoid costly repairs down the road. I signed on for maintenance with them to ensure this won’t happen again. Leave it to the pros. Highly recommend.

    The reason we are not giving 5 stars is only due to the quoted cost to repair our issue. The part is under $15 and it took less than 5 minutes to replace it ourselves. We understand many factors go into creating repair charges, but the charge given was too high for what needed to be done. The service we did receive was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We will not hesitate to call on Strickland in the future if needed.

    I was informed before any work was started of what the process, checklist, procedures, diagnostic of the HVAC system would be, also what parts may need to be repaired or replaced, and what the cost would be before any part was replaced, and I would have to approve the price for said parts before they were replaced. Jeremy was vary professional and polite. I had already tested what I thought was the main problem, but there may have other issues that were there as well, when I was told what the price of the part to be replaced was, I already knew as it tested bad when I tested it myself the day before I just didnt have it on hand, I had replaced others before myself and solved the issue on other units. I stated that he could stop there and not proceed any further. I know the price for the same part that can be purchased locally, by anyone, as I have done before but there may be other issues to complete the fix/repair. I decided that the price offered was not ANYWHERE close to what I would pay for the same. I also know there could be other parts/ issues with my system that may need attention but decided not to proceed. I visited with him, stated my reasons and he was 110% professional. I paid for the service call which was fair, but was $40 more than the price for the part itself would be. granted I stand by that there may be other problems, I could not justify proceeding. Otherwise I am very satisfied with everything and would probably call and/or recommend Strickland Heat and Air. Jeremy was great and understood.     UPDATE AFTER INSTALL: Everything went so smoothly I just had to update the complete experience I had! They had me completely done by early afternoon. Amazing how fast the install crew had the system up and ready for the lesson of how to use my new upgraded and super cooling A/C unit!!
