We are 1st time homeowners and Steve has rescued us twice now in the first 6 months. He is honest, fast working and reasonably priced. Both times he showed up on the same day and solved our problems. I highly recommend him, he is definitely my go to guy for heat and AC problems.Ps. He has never tried to up-sale me anything or try to say that my ENTIRE system needs replaced. He actually believes in fixing things! Thank you Sir 😊

Mr. Baser did an amazing job at assessing the problem with my air conditioner when it stopped working. Additionally, Mr. Baser showed up to my house and waited on me until I made it home from work. We called Steve Baser Tuesday, August 20, he called me back and came within an hour. Our air conditioner had stopped cooling and a fog was in the house. He immediately found the problem and ordered a new aluminum coil system. It was delivered the next morning and Wednesday we had air again. Very professional and no charge for two visits and turned out to be a warranty claim. Steve Baser is without a doubt the best in the business.

We called Mr. Baser for a broken ac. He called right back and came out that very next day to repair our unit. He came out 3 times in a week to repair different issues that occurred. He is about repairing what is wrong before going out and replacing the entire unit. He is very professional, honest, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. His charges are VERY fair. I definitely recommend calling him. He will be our go to for future ac needs. I cant recommend him enough.

One company told me I needed a new whole air conditioning unit for $4500. Someone recommended Steve Baser. Sure enough he was able to repair it for a nominal charge of $250.00 when the other company told me it could not be fixed!! He was quickly available, honest and professional. Cant recommend him enough.

Steve is extremely friendly, very down to earth and very polite in demeanor. He is also very knowledgable in this line of work and, very willing to answer any questions you may need answers to. He sacraficed his time for our family today to make sure our two babies had heat before the freeze came. Give him a call for your heating and air needs. Rest assured it is a call you will not regret. He is also very reasonable on pricing and very fair!
