Anuar came out and found the problem with my A/C, he told me to wait for it to unthaw and to turn it back on in a couple of hours. I wasnt able to restart it on my own so I called him back. He had arrived home already but because I had a house full of children he came back to make sure the A/C worked for us. The service is TOP TIER!!! When I say LIFE SAVER, I MEAN IT!!!! We are definitely STAYING KOOL TONIGHT!!!

Great communication and fast response. Im horrible with names, but it was the owners son who came out. Diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than five minutes (seriously, just call them in the first place to install a new thermostat rather than trying out some lacking DIY skills).Extremely polite and a perfectionist, he even made sure to wipe his fingerprints off the new thermostat and adjusted my askewed mounting job. He made sure I had a new filter and did a complete checkup of the entire system and cleaned off the condensor while he was there. If hes the next generation of this company, theyre in good hands for a long time.

These guys are great. I have been doing business with them for over 15 years. Over the years I have referred them to my brother, son and many neighbors. Not uncommon to see them in the neighborhood helping others. I believe referrals are the best measure of how good someone is and I would refer to anyone. Call them if you need A/C or installation. During panic season (June 2015) for AC contractors, Stay Cool replaced a gas fired 3 ton AC unit inside and out in one day the next day and didnt ask for money up front. The product & service were a good value. Efran, the technician, was professional, courteous, personable, very neat and he explained the entire system to me carefully. It was a tight space in an old home, but they made it look very good. I am a commercial general contractor hiring many commercial subs every month. These guys were A++. I would highly recommend them. They were less than anyone I found on Angies list and several days quicker. We Stayed Cool because of Stay Cool!

Great service!! Ricardo came out and fixed my AC during July, imagine how hot it’s been. Three other companies came out before Stay Kool and did not fix the issue. Ricardo came out early morning, identified the issue and came back with the part to repair it same day. My home went from really hot miserable days to pleasantly cold days from sun up to sun down. Thank you, I greatly appreciate it!

We had a heating issue a Friday. Can you imagine, during a weekend. I called them Saturday, they went to my home the same day without charging more because was an emergency or during a weekend. Ricardo checked all the system (he went with other technician), hit the problem and fixed my unit. He explained me everything in a really clear and simple way that I understood and I know what he did to my AC/Heating unit. They were very professional with also a great price.I really trust Stay Kool AC and Ricardo, hands down. I will definitely call them again when needed. They also speak Spanish.Tuve un problema de calefaccion un viernes. Se pueden imaginar, durante el fin de semana. Los llame el sabado, ellos fueron a mi hogar el mismo dia sin cobrar mas por ser una emergencia o durante el fin de semana. Ricardo verifico todo el sistema (el fue junto a otro tecnico), dio con el problema y reparo mi unidad. El me explico todo de forma muy clara and simple de forma que entendi y se que fue lo que le hizo a mi unidad de aire/calefaccion. Fueron muy profesionales con un gran precio.Realmente confio en Stay Kool AC y Ricardo, sin duda alguna. Definitivamente los llamaria nuevamente de necesitar. Tambien hablan Ingles.

I had a very bad experience with an air company A-star Air conditioning, my air broke down and they wanted to charge me $6000 to change the unit and it had not even been three years since they had installed it for me. In desperation, I called this company and they came to help me. the service and they explained to me the problem which was the filters, I was very happy because they solved the problem very professionally and for very little money compared to the other company that wanted to scam me. I 100% recommend this company since they are honest and help Latin people...,,,
