    Dusty and John are always very friendly and considerate. John came for our furnace maintenance and noticed I had purchased the wrong size air filter for the attic. He gave me different options to order in the correct size and came back another day to install it for me. He’s always very detailed and specific with information after his inspection. Stafford Air is very trustworthy!

    Needed to find a new provider to replace my previous one who retired. Did some reviews research and decide to give Stafford of Bellaire a try. John came out and did a full inspection of my HVAC system, prepping for the Winter (someday). He appears very knowledgeable and went over all the issues I had and what to do to resolve them. Apparently my extensive remodeling contractor was sloppier than I had already thought (had to fire them). Cost for todays work was very reasonable. I think going forward John will be my go to guy.

    We have used these guys a few times and the service has always been great.I have gone through a few AC guys over the years. One sold me a unit he didnt know how to service, another was clearly maxing out my warranty by replacing items too often at extra expense to me.Two separate crews from Stafford Air have come out to my house and they both have known what they are doing. Very helpful guys and familiar with the ins and outs of AC. They worked to minimize costs, went above and beyond to get me fixed up quick, and did it for a fair price. Ask for John Miller if hes available. You wont be disappointed with the service.

    Our main AC unit stopped working in the middle of the night, so I called at 7:30 am the next morning to see how soon they could come out. They had someone at our house by 9am and repaired it within a couple of hours for a reasonable price. This is the second time they have done repair work for us and they are really the best and very responsive!

    Update! Text Stafford Air on Tues April 2nd 1:56 and John was pulling up at 2:05 to diag my cooling problem. He arranged for a warranty to exchg part. chgd labor and charging system. So courteous. Im back in a nice cool house on Wed Apr 3rd 12:47. Now thats customer service!Dusty, John and team were exceptional. Had another co out to diag my issue told I had to get new equip ductwork etc for $15k+. John came quick figured out ac drain line wasnt dripping because it was disconnected. Other co w warranty co didnt even catch that because it was under some foam. Then John verified my evap coil was sufficient for my new unit ( other co said it wasnt).My airflow was bad on my addition (flat roof) Stafford sent me an est for dampers to redirect the air. (10% of org est from other co) They came out this am and did the job in about 2 hrs and cleaned up. I highly recommend Dusty John and team! Thanks so much!!

    Stafford Air was amazing! Our a/c wasnt cooling so we figured it was due to a freon leak. We submitted a request online for an appointment (they were highly recommended on NextDoor) and within minutes, they called and let me know someone would be at the house that afternoon. An hour later, they called back to say someone could be there in 5 minutes. Dusty listened to the issue and started checking the unit. He confirmed the problem and fixed it in less than an hour. He explained everything very well and the total cost was very reasonable. We will definitely use them again!

    Bought a house last fall that needed a completely new HVAC system before moving in. I called Stafford Air for a quote and Dusty showed up within an hour to give me an estimate. His quote came in lower than the other two companies I spoke to, and noticed several problems with old ductwork that none of the others could figure out. His quote also included a larger tonnage system with a higher SEER efficiency rating than the others and it was still less expensive.The crew showed up two days later and got it all installed in a day. The new unit required an additional air return and they added one without uncharging even though they had the opportunity.I have had them back twice in the past 6 months to address other issues (not with their work, but with the ducting and infrastructure of my 80 year old house) and both times Dusty responded immediately and the work was done quickly. Again they had opportunities to charge me more than they did and chose not to. To me this is the mark of an honest contractor.I have dealt with many over the years and these guys are up there with the best. Can’t recommend them enough.

    If I could give 10 stars on my experience I would. It was almost 5 o’clock on the Sunday before Labor Day and I noticed my ceiling dripping water. Stafford Air was the second place I called and I was greeted with the kindest person on the other end of the phone, we shall refer to her as Mother Mary. If it weren’t for her, I’m fairly certain my AC would have eventually fallen through the ceiling maybe, probably. Mrs. Mary told me they were done for the day but she could hear the concern in my voice so she made a call and found someone willing to come save the day. By the end of our phone call Mrs. Mary was my hero. Colby came out and had the very best personality. He fixed my AC without any problems and even tried to educate me on how I could prevent the problem in the future. Moving forward, I’ll never use a different HVAC company. These people are saints. I’m forever grateful.

    My AC stopped working and I called One Hour AC. I was told my 12 year old compressor was shot and ABSOLUTELY had to be replaced for $7k! I decided to get a second opinion and my neighbor recommended I call Stafford Services. I was hesitant at first because I live in West U and thought they were way out in Stafford, TX. Found out they are actually a Bellaire company and their last name is Stafford. The owner of the business, Dusty, showed up within 45 minutes of me calling and diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor. That was it! Complete unit did not need to be replaced at all. He installed a new capacitor and the unit started right up. He also gave me a 5 year warranty if the new capacitor should fail! Awesome, honest company and I will never call anybody else for any AC issues besides Stafford Services!

As the night was dwindling down and temperatures were dropping I gave Stafford Services a call, phone rang once before Mary answered and let me just say she was a nothing for of an absolute blessing. She had her sons at my house in under 20 minutes of the call. The guys that came to service my heater were real cool guys, respectable, knowledgeable, and professional. Turned out my heater had a bad flame sensor, took little under an hour for them to replace it and check the heater system. Just like that BAM I had heat again.     Highly recommend Stafford Services!! We were having heater issues before the ice days and called a different AC company that quoted us on a new furnace because ours was “beyond repair.” We wanted a second opinion and called Stafford Services. The owner’s son Dusty showed up within a few hours and told us the problem was a bad flame sensor. He replaced the part and we paid a fraction of the cost of what the other company had quoted us!!     My family got home from a few days at the beach to find our AC was not blowing cold. I called a company out that we had used for a few small repairs before, and after checking the system out, they informed us we needed a new system because there was a restriction in a refrigerant line and the compressor was not running properly.I called Stafford Services to get a second opinion; they were out within an hour of having called them, and within minutes they had diagnosed a clogged drain line (which, in turn, filled up the drain pan, which tripped a switch to shut the system down). They fixed that, of course, and checked the system out and found no other issues.Stafford Services did mention the system was older and would probably need replacing in the next few years. I asked for a quote, which they sent over that evening. They also texted and told me that they would recommend simply waiting until my unit failed because it was possible I could get another four or five years out of it.Obviously, Ill be giving them a call when it fails!
