I rarely give 5* ratings but my dealings with SPECS Refrigeration was beyond reproach. The service staff were very easy to deal with and paid close attention to my concerns. My equipment was repaired in a timely manner. I couldnt have had a better experience with them. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone that is in need of refrigeration service.

Great Service!Got to our problem quick and figured out what it was for us (even when it wasnt directly the ice maker on our machine like we thought. …he kept problem solving to figure out the most likely issue for us which saved me tons of time in the long run.) Super grateful they care about the customer and what we are facing; not just the machine.

Specs did a great job fixing my grandfathers refrigerated coke box. No other shop in town would even touch it to get it going again, but specs stepped up and went above and beyond getting it up and running. Definitely not a typical job and probably not worth it to many people but for us it was priceless.Edit December 23: Had to get a new ice maker for the grandparents. They made ordering a new flaked ice maker as painless as it could possibly be. Came in quickly and works prefectly. Another great experience with Specs.

SPECS Refrigeration did a wonderful job of taking care of our commercial Ice machine. They even noticed our filter was restricted and quoted and replaced it. I often forget to call for scheduled maintenance, but they call twice yearly, and we always get it handled. I would recommend them to anyone with a large ice machine.

They are easy to work with! Very friendly, explains everything and asks for the green light before actually performing the work. Love the easy access to schedule your own service online. Will definitely continue to use them for my clinic /home needs.

We contact Spec’sto come out and repair a beverage cooler that a local company came out and serviced. They informed us that we had a leak and came back during our non business hours and fixed it. They have AWESOME customer service!!!

Air conditioner died on a Friday and my attempted home repair probably made things worse. Specs sent a tech out on Saturday who quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Very professional service and I got out for a little less than I expected for a weekend call!
