I was struggling with my A/C since weeks. Two companies tried handling it but was of no use & I spent a lot of money with no proper diagnosis & repair. But for Michael from Southern Comfort Air, he was very professional, took time to diagnose the issue, explained me what went wrong (apparently a bad thermostat) & immediately fixed it.Very impressed by Michael from Southern Air. With our austin homes getting older & temperatures erratically changing, I would definitely recommend him to any of my known friends & family in North Austin who need A/C repairs or maintenance.Just beware, there are lot of scams on the name of A/C repairs.

First I need to talk about the customer service! Brenda was amazing. After dealing with my Home Warranty Company several times, and getting sent round and round, she worked with me directly, coordinated with them to get me scheduled appropriately, and was communicative every step of the way.Michael, the owner and technician that serviced our AC unit, was quick, efficient, and addressed the immediate concern. He quickly got a new condenser fan motor approved with the home warranty company, and ordered from Carrier!I honestly cant say enough about the service this organization provided. They will be my requested technician from our warranty company!

I really appreciate Southern Comfort for the same day appointment to address. my HVAC issues. Michael gave me a good explanation of the issue and the fix for it. I highly recommend them and would hire them again.

Michael James knows his business, and he is one of the best and very knowledgeable on,HVAC and air conditioning that I have had the privilege to meet. Can fix the problem and takes care of the work that he does and he is very professional about his job. If anyone ever has a problem with there air conditioning call on Michael he is one of the best in the business.

In the middle of selling our home, we got a report from the inspection stating there was some a drip from our suction line. We called Southern Comfort and within half an hour they showed up, and issue was fixed within minutes. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Their service is impeccable. My service request to my property management was entered and they responded to it and came the next day at 8 am. They diagnosed the issue and got the thermostat replaced promptly. I was having humidity issue with the old one.
