Soltex was sent out through my home warranty company. I was very pleasantly surprised to get such a great technician sent out and so quickly even on a Saturday under my home warranty. Saul was professional, nice, informative, and answered any questions I had. Will definitely call Saul again even if something is not covered under my home warranty.

Saul was great! Professional. He had to meet with my mother-in-law because my husband and I were at work. She felt comfortable with him and stated how professional, kind and took the time to explain what he had to do. He followed up with a phone call to me as instructed. I too appreciated his professionalism and customer service. He did repeat to me what he did and what type of self preventive maintenance we could do as well. We appreciate contractors like this.

Man!!!! I highly recommend Sol Tex!!!! You will not be disappointed. He is super thorough, very friendly, he shows up when he says he will, and he has great service. He came out to check my AC it was a simple fix. Didn’t charge me. I was so amazed. Seriously use this company. Why go anywhere else?
