Dustin is the definition of customer service! He communicates with you during the whole process, he gives you options to meet your budget, and he is very professional. He also goes above and beyond with service. He came to my home over the weekend to make sure that my broken a/c unit would cool the house until the install date. He did not have to do this, but this is the level of service that he gives. I would recommend his company to anyone thinking of getting any a/c work done.

Great experience with Shuping’s today. They responded to my request for a quote to replace my AC evaporator coil with a reasonable estimate—no need to re-diagnosis the issue for themselves. They also picked up the coil in SA and had it swapped out same day.
