Freaky fast service. I had to replace my entire HVAC unit. It hey came out Monday afternoon, had quote on Tuesday and unit was installed and running early Friday. Jeff and his crew was helpful and let me know items that I did not need that the previous company installed.Highly recommended! -

Shelburne was recommended to me from a friend. Called at 8am scheduled for today since I had no air. Got a call at 8:20 they were on their way and they arrived by 8:40. Checked unit filled with freon. Super nice guys, were done by 9:15. Will definately use again. Thank you for your great customer service. They even played with my crazy cat. -

I used Shelburne as second opinion after Graco heating and air told me I needed $8k worth of new equipment. The system is only 7 years old. Shelburne showed up on time and acted professionally. They throughly checked the system and gave me an accurate estimate for repairs. I spent about $850 with Shelburne and the AC is working again. I’m glad I called them. -

Last week was the 2nd time Ive used Shelburne Hearing and Air. Each time was for an annual checkup on my system. Each visit from their technicians was very pleasant and their knowledge and thoroughness left me feeling confident in my system coming into the heat of the summer and into the winter months thereafter. Last year they found the capacitor was nearly depleted and I had them replace it on the spot. This year after I explained we had issues in the past with the condensate drainage piping and had an overflow which caused damage to our ceiling, the techs suggestion was to install a couple of safety devices that would prevent damage in the future. He had everything on his truck to do the job and had it finished in no time flat. Great work Shelburne!!! HIGHLY recommended. -

This is my first time to have Shelburne Heating & Air help me with an issue I was having with my air conditioner. Im so glad I happened upon them looking up HVAC repairers in my area. The person answering the phone was very pleasant and seemed genuinely concerned about getting a tech out to my house and helping me with my problem. The diagnostic fee was much lower and more reasonable than another company I called first. They sent someone out the same day, (within 3 hours of my initial call to them). The tech was super friendly and professional. He tested electrical components of my outside unit, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in about 10 minutes. (He made it look easy, but Im sure its because he is very knowledgeable about what he does). He didnt try to upsell me anything I didnt need or tell me I needed something I didnt. He fixed it the first time. It has been running great with no issues since he worked on it. Super honest, fast, fair pricing. I will be using Shelburne Heating & Air for ALL of my HVAC needs from here on out. Do yourself a favor and do the same. -

During this pandemic, it is normal to feel apprehensive about having someone out to your house. My furnace was not working correctly, so I had to bite the bullet. Shelburne was quick to come out. The twch wore a mask and was quick to fix the problem. I was not overcharged. I have used their service more than once. They do a great job. -

I just happened to be getting gas & grabbing a snack this morning at one of Durant’s most popular gas stations. I couldn’t help but notice two of Shelburne’s Team. They stood out with their bright-colored, clean & polished uniforms. Then, their friendly and considerate manners were quite impressive, while inside the store. They seemed super-excited to start their day! Upon returning to my car, I wasn’t at all surprised to see their work truck was clean & neat, as well. I thought to myself, if these guys take that much pride in their appearance, attitude & attention to detail, it’s a good indicator of Shelburne’s service...they are MORE than a 5 Star company!!! (I found out later that these two fine Representatives of Shelburne Heat & Air were Ross & John) Keep setting the bar High—Gentlemen!!!!! -
