Tech came out today (on a Sunday). Our air conditioner stopped working late last night. I called Shains Service first thing this morning and within 2 hours my AC was up and working. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Out of 3 service shops we called Shains was the only one that would come out to our shop on a Saturday. We have a business that we have to store parishables and if he would not have showed up we would have lost $1,000s of dollars. We are so grateful to him. Shain Services went above and beyond to fix my AC Unit. He made sure I had my AC fixed on a Saturday He is very knowledgeable and explained everything so I understood what needed to be repaired. I recommend him and I will use him going forward. Shain Services cares about their customers. Great Service!!

Shain Services went above reasonable expectations to get my HVAC issue resolved at one of my rental properties. They returned to my property free of charge and addressed problems with the electrical system which was not their responsibility to ensure the AC unit was up and running. I have been dealing with contractors for many years and service like this is very rarely found. I give my highest recommendation to Shain Services.

Awesome company! My 36 year old heating system finally kicked the bucket just in time for a winter blast. Shain services came out next day, system ordered and replaced immediately. I have been using Shain Services for about 5 years. I have always found them to be honest and professional. I recently had a new 2 stage A/C unit installed and I could not be happier. It was a somewhat difficult install b/c the compressor is on the 3rd floor deck of my condo and they had to hire a crane to get the unit lifted onto the deck. Nevertheless, Nick and his crew finished the job in a timely manner and everything works great. He also installed a UV light cut down on allergens. After about a week, my wife says she can already notice the difference. I have recommended Shain Services to several people and will continue to do so.
