    Jacob and Johnathan fixed my friends A/C unit while under extreme warning while my friends went on vaction. I felt the heat blow down while I was standing under attic ladder and my first thought was, im not going up there I have A-fib and that heat would have made me pass-out! They were dry when they got here, looked like they had been in a sauna after a full body workout afterwards. Very professional, friendly and knew exactly what they were doing, also they answered all my questions. They did a fine job under grueling hot conditions! Good Job!

    Our AC went out and Samuel & Sons was recommended by neighbors, we called them, set an appointment and they sent Mark and Michael early this morning, they were able to fix the issue and even gave us a quote on a new hvac system, they went above and beyond and we’ll definitely m recommend them to any of our friends and family!

    I just had the most wonderful experience with service personnel since I purchased my home. For the past few years, I have struggled with my AC and earlier in the spring I had several people give me quotes and this company was by far the least expensive. Not only were they the least expensive but they were also professional and timely. My AC is running wonderfully. The space inside and outside are both cleaned up. The service contract includes a year of upkeep. They were understanding with my technology difficulties. And on top of all that they went above and beyond when they noticed a water leak on the side of my home and fixed it. They werent plumbers but they helped this single mother save a little more money on her monthly bills. If I could give them ten stars I would.

    My husband said it best, You couldnt ask for better service, Jacob and Mo came out this week and spent most of the day correcting duct work that was poorly installed before we moved in. Jacob took pictures of what had been repaired, he provided a detailed written explanation of what they had done, and answered all our questions.This was the second time Mo had been here and he is always so friendly and works so hard. Once again, we received excellent services from this company. Thanks guys for a job well done!!

    I called this company as my AC stopped working this morning and I tried troubleshooting and was at a loss. They came out within like an hour !!! Mark the technician showed up and was incredibly helpful and quick to fix our AC. He had amazing customer service and we felt at ease with him. He went through and checked everything .. we do need some re wiring and within 30 min of him leaving, we got a call with a quote and set up to replace tomorrow! No worries we do have AC until then as well. To Samuel and Sons .. Thank you so much !! You will now be the only company for our AC and who we will recommend.     Well it’s been one week since Kaden and helper was here to replace ac unit with heat pump and air handler and they did a great job with the installation of the inside and outside units. I very rarely get online and take the time but I feel that I needed to give credit where credit is due!! They were very respectful of my house meaning that they did not leave any mess whatsoever and there plumbing shows how he knows what he’s doing I still walk by the air handler inside and look at their work and it looks so much better than what the builder did when they built the house. They both were working whenever I happy to look at what they were doing and he didn’t mind answering any questions I had.The unit keeps the house cooler than the original unit did when it was brand new. I could go on about the work that the two guys did that day,Lastly I would also like to tell Cody thank you very much for getting myself on the schedule quickly just before another heat stretch hit.     Great experience... Mr Caden & Mr Jonathan installed a complete new system today despite outside temperatures soaring near 100F and 2 of the 3 components needing to be installed up in the attic which had to be 100F + up there. Additionally... they and Mr Cody exercised infinite patience and took the time to answer all my many questions consciously and thoroughly. I judiciously chose Samuel & Sons after getting 3 estimates from companies as far away as Temple. Very impressed with the professionalism and skills of this local, family business.

    Mark came to my home to repair my AC. It was 98 degrees in my home due to it being summer Texas heat.     These guys were recommend by my home inspector. Had a whole house dehumidifier put in. They communicated well and the price was right. They were on time. They were half the price that the company that put our HVAC in wanted to install the dehumidifier. Caden and Daniel were the two that came out and installed the unit.     I have to say I was really impressed with Samuel and Sons today. I woke up to the dreaded why am I hot feeling and discovered my AC was not working. I quickly started calling around and no one was available in any reasonable amount of time. I left message for Samuel and Sons and received a call back within 10 minutes and they were able to come out within hours. Cody showed up and quickly diagnosed and fixed my issue.     I called on a Saturday. My ac decided to arch and blow a whole threw the freon tank causing a leak. Harley was great. He did a full diagnosis of the system. He found the problem and fixed it. Very fair price and great work. He was polite, professional, and respectful. I have a new ac company for any other future needs. I Very much recommend this company to anyone in need or service.

    Our AC was having issue in the midst of the Texas heatwave. We had a company come out to access our system, and they swore that our compressor was out. My heart sank as I knew all my summer plans to get out of the house with my kids were going to be canceled so we could pay for a new AC unit. Something didn’t settle right with their assessment and prices. My brother-in-law urged me to get a second opinion and specifically named Samuel and Son’s since he had worked with them previously and vouched for their honestly and work ethics. I’m so glad I did! Not only was my compressor working just fine, but Cody (the technician who worked on our system) had everything figured out and working within 30 minutes. This company literally saved me thousands of dollars and were completely honest about what the issue was with our system (a little bit of operator error on the thermostat and an $80 part). Thank you, Cody! You’ve gained a forever customer, and I will always suggest your company to everyone who will listen!

    Had no Ac for 4 days. Called around and every other company was busy BUT the lady who answered here was so nice and said YES We can get someone out today it just was gonna be the end of the day. Harley was our tech. He called before coming, and quickly checked everything and diagnosed it quickly. Luckily the blower was under manufactured warranty. Since it was late, he would have to come back the next day (today) after getting the motor. Mid day he had called and was here to fix!! Thank you for your professionalism and quickness!     Samuel & Sons is absolutely amazing. They provide professional, high quality service. They are knowledgeable and kind enough to explain and educate as they go if you have questions. They worked very hard to keep us in our old ac (not sold or installed by S&S) and when the time came to start new they installed our new air conditioner without any hidden costs or fees and left a very clean workspace. They installed a new thermostat as well. They offered a generous warranty and we couldnt be more satisfied overall. And, we also appreciate they were kind to our dog. :)

    Great customer service! Of the companies that were listed as 24 hours in the area, they are the only company that actually answered their phone in the evening. We opted to wait until the next day because their after hours fee is really, really expensive so just be aware of that. They showed up on time the next day and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in about an hour. The technicians were very friendly and professional. Will definitely be using them again if needed!

    I had several different contractors come in to give me a diagnosis for our situation and a bid to fix it.Samuel & Sons was the highest but also the ONLY one who suggested a slight modification to the system because during a remodel before our time it was done incorrectly. None of the other contractors ever mentioned that fact. Many of the others made the standard suggestions of adding more insulation into the attic (a service they provide and one that nets them more profit than a new HVAC system)Without the extra cost of the modification, Samuel & Sons would not have been the highest quote so I figured they were right in the ball park.In the end, it was their professionalism, honesty and integrity (in addition to the fact that their suggestion made more sense to me than anything said by the other contractors) that made me decide in their favor.Installation was scheduled within days after we notified them of our plans.On installation day, the crew arrived on time as scheduled and began work immediately to remove the old AC/Heater. Even though the crew had not been in the house before, they knew exactly what to do to get started right away. All I had to do was stay out of their way.After they cleaned up and left, we started noticing an immediate improvement - especially in our problem cooling areas. The modification they suggested was correct and without it I doubt that any system we installed would have worked any better than the old one.I am extremely pleased to present this review. It is one hundred percent honest and If I were to need any more HVAC work done, Samuel & Sons would be my only call.UPDATE: Obviously, the above review was written during the cooling season. Weve now had an opportunity to use the heating side of the unit. Im pleased to say that our heating costs this season - especially during the cold snap, were significantly lower than last year. It makes it a lot easier to make that loan payment for the new unit when we can actually see ourselves saving money each month.

    HUGE shoutout to Samuel and Sons Heating and Air Conditioning they knocked it out of the park today and then some!Our old HVAC equipment finally kicked the bucket (after a short 21 years of service 😝) and I needed a replacement stat. Cody got us on the books the next day and got our entire system replaced with no issues! Customer service was absolutely TOP notch. In addition, I know the “trades” get a bad wrap but the team who installed our equipment were VERY professional, and VERY clean and tidy! Couldnt recommend them enough and will, as always, shop nowhere else but Samuel and Sons for all my HVAC needs! Thanks again gents!! 15 out of 5 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    These guys are as professional as it gets. I had another company come to my house and charge me $1,000 to fix my heater and it was still not working. The other company came two more times and still couldnt fix my problem, and only gave me $100 back. So I decided to try someone else and cut my losses.I had Samuel and Sons come out, and TO THE RESCUE! Literally, within 30 seconds these guys figured out the problem with my heater. They were very polite, professional, to the point, got straight to work and knew what they were doing. I had Cody and Harley come to my house and these two gentleman are welcome back anytime. I highly recommend giving this company a try if you are needing hvac work done. They are also locally owned and family ran.Five stars guys!!!!! *****Thanks!

    So far we are happy with their work. They came out with our warranty company to fix an issue with our AC. Then we hired them out of warranty and added a UV light to our vent for cleaner air/bacteria control. I was going to buy the Air Scrubber and install it myself, but I decided to give them the business. Their pricing was right and lower compared to others in the area. Sophie was very helpful with my wife, and gave us the options to research the products they carried. The technicians were professional and did a good clean job.     Our home warranty company selected Samuel & Sons for a service call, and I was skeptical. But, they arrived same day, on time. I couldnt be there, so I explained the issue over the phone to the tech, Cody.     Harley was professional and honest. He went above and beyond to help me get AC again. He was thorough and also found that my breaker was bad in my house, although he couldn’t fix it he found it. Praise the Lord! When the electrician came the breaker was already melting. My house could have burned down without him.

    The motor to the inside fan on my AC went out. They diagnosed it very quickly and replaced it. My AC still was not working so they came back again. They diagnosed the problem within a couple minutes. They did have to go pick up supplies and come back but they got it fixed fairly quickly. They told me the pricing along the way and made sure I was okay with it before repairs were made and explained what they were doing as we went along. I am very happy to have working AC in July during a heatwave.

    We called their dispatch after hours on a Wednesday and their dispatch made an appointment minutes after leaving a text message that we needed service.They showed up right away in the morning, diagnosed the problem within a few minutes.     As a military family with no roots, we often struggle to find honest repairmen. Whether it be our car, appliances, or more importantly here in Texas, our HVAC system. We were referred to Samuel and Son’s after receiving disturbing news that our 6 year old AC would need to be replaced by a technician from Sadler’s Heating and air. Since the system continued to cool our home efficiently we waited until it stopped cooling. That day was today. We contacted Samuel and Son and they were here in just a few hours. They were friendly and informative as they went to work and immediately found the problem. It was a faulty capacitor which was easily fixed at a VERY reasonable price. I cannot express how refreshing it is to find a company that provides stellar service with such solid integrity. Thank you SO much!

    First Cody came out and tried to get the ac unit up and running took care of the capacitor and fan. But the compressor overheat valve would not close. Cody walked me though all my options and let me decide what we where going to do.Harly and Caden came out and installed the guardian 407 refrigerant unit. Both techs had great attention to detail. Harly did an excellent job of walking me though the process of what they where doing and check details of what caden was doing.I had purchased a capacitor from the DIY store in cove across from the German restaurant. The mom did a great job of answering my questions and if she did not know the answer she was able to find it or contact someone who could get the answer.This company is a family business that show a Dad who has trained his son up right to do quality work and a mom who can run the shop and communicate with the customers. I can say I have found someone I can trust and being a retired military veteran trust means alot.

    I would like to start off by saying that I wish I could give more stars. I used to think that customer service was a thing of the past till this company. I did not know what part I needed and was lost. This place walked me through all the symptoms and got me the part I needed, and did not try to just sell me any ol part. Then when I got home and realized I am no HVAC tech, and had no idea what I was doing he stayed on the phone with me for over two hours walking me through everything. I even asked at one point how much for them to just come out and do it, and the guy said that he wanted me to save my money and that we will get it going. He was right. He walked me through everything step by step, and now my AC is back up and running. Thank you so much for everything.
