    I needed an experienced technician to properly program my infinite variable speed Lennox XP-20 HVAC because the original installer clearly didnt set it up right. It kept cycling on and off instead of varying its output.Wesley - who I believe is their senior tech - came over and within moments identified the incorrect setting, made the adjustments, and validated the output, amps, and pressures.I signed up for their Platinum maintenance service plan on the spot because this the most important system of my home and there is no doubt this team is going to keep it operating as best as it can.Thank you!

    Heard some unusual noises from my air conditioner unit so started doing some research on the life span of any A/C unit. The answer was 15 to 20 years.Since mine was already 23 years old instead of just doing some patch work to eliminate the noise I figured it was time to replace and not wait for the inevitable of it failing when needed most.Not wanting to use some corporate company I did some research on the best A/C units and looked at reviews of local companies for not only sales but any follow up servicing after the sale.The answers for me were a Daikin unit and the Rohde Air Conditioning and Heating company.I called to get an estimate and was told they would have that employee call me to schedule it. In a very short time Ronnie called and we scheduled it for the very next day.I planned ahead to make it easy to get access to what I thought would need to be seen, (Inside unit, attic space for duct work, and the outside unit.)After reviewing my current equipment Ronnie confirmed with me what I was looking for in the replacement unit. The one thing he can’t control is on demand availability of units so he would have to get with the company he gets units from and call me back with the estimate.Ronnie called me a couple times with updates and when it became available we scheduled an install date.The day of the install I met the technicians Jacob and Corey and though out the process I was very pleased with their professionalism and insuring I understood the new control panel.Before they left they provided me the manuals for the new equipment, answered the questions I asked and volunteered to clean my driveway where some dirt had transferred from my backyard.Don’t know about the service after the sales yet but based on the interaction I’ve had so for with this company I would recommend them for anyone to consider for your A/C needs.

    Ac stopped cooling on a Friday in July. unlike others who advertise after hours service they truly are, even offered tips we could try to get it going ourselves over the phone. Nathan showed up the next day as scheduled and on time. He was EXTREMELY professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and quickly had our unit running...it felt more like a family friend came over to help out. We were so surprised by the final bill because we expected double what we paid! This is an amazing company that I will fully recommend to anyone. Thank Yall again for helping us out.

    Wow is all I can say ….. on a Saturday and Sunday answered the phone quickly and called back within 10 minutes to schedule to come out … ON A SUNDAY arrived in 45 minutes to repair our companies unit !!!!     I cannot praise this company enough. I am so glad a friend recommended them to me when our a/c kept going down and we got ripped off by some other companies. This company is amazing and their technicians are truly the best. Amazing customer service, they are always so accurate when they come to check out what the issue with your system is and kept break it down in ways you can understand. This company will always give you the best deal and help you save money . Everyone I got to interact with was incredibly kind and the work they did was so amazing and looks great!     Rhode AC did an outstanding job. I cant say enough good things about their professionalism, quality of workmanship, and value. Our original AC that was 30 plus years old went out and Rhode came and bid the job. When the installers came back they found that the inside unit wouldnt fit as the original unit wasnt installed properly. Not only did the owner come out and and look at the problem but he also found a new unit that would fit and got it to us quickly. We got a new outside unit, inside unit, ducts, and even a new thermostat all at the originally quoted price. The workmanship was flawless as well as very quickly done. Folks you just wont find many places nowadays that do that kind of business top to bottom with a high quality workmanship as they provided. I would recommend Rhode to anyone at any area they service. If we ever need ac work done again it will be by Rhode ACEdit: Dustin came to help us just a while ago and got us going again. Pretty sure the drain going outside was clogged.     Rohde Air Conditioning & Heating was a joy to work with throughout the entire process. Ronnie came out to quote me for a new system. Ronnie was a pleasure to work with and listened to my concerns with the previous unit. I received the quote same day and scheduled installation. Three crew members came on Wednesday to install our new HVAC system. They were extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the equipment. I am currently enjoying our new unit and am very thankful for Ronnie and the install crew at Rohde.

    My air conditioner had went out on Thursday (6-15-23) morning and unfortunately I wasn’t able to call as I work odd hours. On 6-16-2023 around 3:30, I called Rohde AC after I had done all that I could do. Marci answered the phone and was nothing but helpful and did her best to answer all of my questions. Before I got off of the phone, Marci advised that a technician would be by after 5:30 P.M.When Jeremy arrived, he was cordial and immediately went to work. After a short while, Jeremy advised me that there was defective equipment. Believing that the part had to be ordered, I lost hope in having air conditioning during the heatwave. However, Jeremy once again went to work and retrieved the equipment. While he was installing the equipment, he engaged in conversation with me and still completed the job in a timely manner. If I could give Rohde more than 5 stars I would.

    Triston was the technician that worked on my mom’s furnace in Temple, Texas. Mom raved about how nice he was and very efficient about his work. Showed up on time, and worked steadily to find out the problem with the furnace. I would highly recommend him and the company he works for Rodhe Air Conditioning and Heating.

    10 stars for Jeremy and Triston and give those boys a raise! After the longest, sweatiest day of my life, Jeremy came after hours to diagnose everything. He has a kind spirit and explained everything to me in a way where I could tell my husband. I could tell that Jeremy was honest with everything he was telling me about our a/c. So kind! He recommended getting a window unit when something like this happens, and we did. Triston came the next day with the part and was in the heat for hours. He was so pleasant and kind and even cleaned out the unit. Patient and nice from the very start.The secretary who I spoke with on the phone was ON IT!!     Unfortunately our AC system quit working during this extremely horrible heatwave so we called Rhode AC and they came out the same day and we were told that our old unit was not repairable, which we dreaded to hear but we knew it made a terrible noise and blew nothing but hot air. Rhode AC helped us through the process of getting a brand new unit. The installation crew Jacob, Jason, and Kyler were awesome !!! They came earlier than expected, removed the old units and replaced with the new units quickly and efficiently. After they got the new unit up and running, Jacob was very helpful and patient explaining how the new thermostat and everything worked and answered our questions. We are truly grateful and appreciate Jacob, Jason, and Kyler with Rhode AC and from now on Rhode AC is the one to call.

From the moment the very responsive Fred got here to analyze my A/C debacle, to the very excellent and professional salesman, Ronnie, who provided a plethora of options to the drama of my A/C loss during this horrid 2022 summer heat, I was assured I was in good hands!!! My final bonus was the tenacious workmanship of the two A/C installers, Brandon and Mark, who worked efficiently to get my entire installation done in an extremely timely manner. The office help from Sarah and Marcie was outstanding as well!!!     Fred Rhode is a life saver! We utilized his service for an emergent repair to our HVAC when our AC went out on a 100+ degree day. We called after hours and was able to have him come out first thing the next day. He was professional and very kind. He explained the repairs that needed to be done and was able to fix the AC quickly. We truly appreciate the work that he did. I would highly recommend his service to anyone!

    My air conditioner was not cooling well and I did not know who to call as I have not lived in this area very long. I looked at the online recommendations of various companies and found that Rhode Air was highly recommended. I gave them a call and they came out the same day.I received a first time customer discount which was great. The technician was Donnie Jordan and he was fantastic. He quickly fixed the problems and answered all my questions. He really knew what he was doing. I am thankful for finding Rhode Air, and will be using them from now on.

    If you are looking for great customer services in a timely manner and honesty.. then Rohde is who you should call. Eric came out and educated me about my unit and replaced a coil. Two weeks later Mr. Fred came out because my defrost board went out. I called super early due to a hot night. He came right out and once again Mr. Fred took the time to educate me. Then Raul came out to give a quote for a unit in which he never pressured me to buy, but educated me even more about my unit. The BEST service I have received when it comes to my ac unit.

    We bought a house with an older heat pump in the summer. I first called them because it wasn’t cooling. They came out and got it working, very responsive and very professional. Months later the coil went out. We purchased a new system and they got it installed and working great. It had a programmable thermostat and every question I had, I reached out and they answered it right away. I think we will be lifelong customers as long as they keep up the great service, professionalism and quality equipment.

    Just moved into a home in Belton and the A/C wasnt cooling. Outside fan was on but the air handler wasnt cooling. Spent a very sweaty first night and got in touch with Rohde. I had called several other companies (Lochridge-Priest and Airheads) to try and get emergency overnight service. I got on their wait lists and no one ever showed up. Got a hold of Jeremy with Rohde and he came in about 30 min notice on a Sunday. Very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced the air handler capacitor and was in and out in under 30 minutes. Fantastic company. Would definitely recommend! Great work and thank you to Jeremy!

    Responsive and supportive! Our AC Condenser failed unexpectedly and Rohde was quick to respond, diagnose and provide solutions. That said, I can’t fault their lack of available warranty replacement parts as it is an external vendor issue of which I trust Rohde to act as an advocate on my behalf. Will use again and would recommend.

    The folks at Rhode AC & Heating were great from start to finish. I just booked an appointment online. The sales person “Ralph” love you man, came by and surveyed my home. We spoke about what my family needed and disliked about our current system. The sales team contacted me within about two hours by phone and email with an estimate of what it would take to give my family an updated system. We set a time mind you this all happened in about two days. It was awesome. The guys came in and removed my old system and showed me some of the design flaws in the older system and how the technology has evolved to be more efficient. So day one the Rhode team removed my entire system ac unit outside, all duct work in my attic, plus the furnace and air handler in my attic space. On day two they installed the new system outside and inside my attic space. Plus, they did this right before our major snow / ice storm hit on February 11th. It was great! The new system was installed just in time before the temperatures fell. The new heat pump system worked as designed. Things froze over outside. I just selected the option on my Ecobee thermostat inside to go to auxiliary heat and the system never missed a beat. My family and I felt very fortunate that the Rhode Team came when they did. I highly recommend these guys for anything you need done regarding your AC or Heat concerns. I am a fan of quality work. I will only do business with Rhode AC & Heat going forward. Just to give you some details we have a small home only 1275 square feet 4bedroom two bath. The system we got is a Carrier Performance 16 SEER / 3 Ton Heat Pump two stage system with a new Eco Bee thermostat plus all new air duct work. It performs like a dream. Even in extreme cold temperatures.

    We needed to have an entire new unit installed because ours was almost 20 years old. Ralph, the gentleman who was the sales rep, was awesome!! He came the same day I called. Got a quote emailed to me later that day, then a week later we got everything installed! Jacob and Ethan did the installation and they were also awesome! They explained everything and were asking frequently if we had any questions to make sure everything was okay. Ralph also came by a few times to check on the progress.I could go on for hours just talking about how great this was for us. Truly the five-star experience that Ralph promised.     So thankful for this company!My ac quit working on. Friday evening at 8:30.They answered my call…I did not even have to leave a message. They were booked for the evening but were at my house before 9am the next day. They got my old unit running and I am planning to have them replace my unit. I received a call from them At 1 pm with info on a new unit. No way was I expecting such fast service in the middle of the hottest summer we have had in quite a while. I will continue going to them when I need service. They are Very informative and respectful.I highly recommend them!!

    Dustin came out a couple of hours after our Friday afternoon call that our a/c unit not blowing cold air on a day that temperature was 106 deg.F outside and Inside home temperature at 84 deg.F and getting warmer. Dustin found the problem and had our unit blowing cold air in 30 minutes time. We are impressed and have found our A/C and Heating Company! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

    I had a great experience with the company. My HVAC Technician, Fred (an Army Veteran), was phenomenal, and a model of professionalism and expertise. He walked me through the whole process as he worked, explaining the things he was doing as he went along (Which was very valuable to me as a first-time Homeowner). Although he mentioned the annual service that was available, it was not in the vein of a pushy salesman. You can tell he wasnt being obligated to sell you extra services, which made the experience all the more genuine. It was evident, that he cared greatly about giving the best possible service, which made me trust him and the company to be honest brokers.I highly recommend Rhode Air Conditioning for HVAC Maintenance and services, and I will definitely re-use the Company in the future.... and will be getting their Annual Service plan (when I rent out the house after PCSing here shortly).

    Numerous neighbors recommendations led us to Rohde air conditioning & heating!! The technician, Ted Reynolds with Rohde came by to diagnose what Jam Air did to our condenser unit. They were able to get the compressor running again & put freon in our unit at NO CHARGE! While Jam Air was trying to take our perfectly fine unit & sell us (According to Joe with Jam Air) the cheapest available unit for $1,750.00 & in his graciousness, Joe stated that he would let us pay him on payments. Plus I paid him $250 to clean inside coils and almost burn up compressor outside! Beware of Jam Air if you value your money and your home and you dont want a sauna for a home! Rohde air conditioning & heating charged us nothing for the call & for some freon! Rohde air conditioning & heating has restored my faith in ac companies! They are the company to call for sure! Very nice and professional - Very knowledgeable technician with Rohde air conditioning & heating. Thank you to Rohde air conditioning & heating for saving us $1,750.00 plus $111.00 in court costs! Upon the following day they were able to do a Spring Cleaning and replacement on the defective item. Everything was resolved quickly and happy it wasnt a long back and fourth conversation.     AC stopped working over the weekend. Called Rodhe based on the great Google reviews having never used them before.Called first thing Monday morning. Technician (Waldemer) came over and had it fixed by late morning in about 20 minutes. Works great now. Will definitely be using these guys for servicing our properties.

    Fred came out within 45 minutes of calling Rhode. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem within in just a few minutes, showed me the issue and explained the cause to me, then completed the repair. The whole process took less than an hour to complete. He was very thorough in checking out the AC unit, ensuring there were no other issues. This was our first time using Rhode but we will use them from now on.

    I don’t post reviews often, but this is one I am very happy to write since it’s been a bit since my service. I met Mr. Donny in the store while I was looking at AC window units because my central air in my house just went out. He was very polite, talked with me about what it was doing and referred me to this company. I called the next day to schedule an appointment with him. He came out, took his time to look over my whole unit (inside and out) he didn’t rush his way through the job and looked for every cause of my AC going out. He got it running again and in the end gave me some advice to help me out through the summer until I save a little to replace my unit! Very very happy with this service and will use again should something else go wrong! Highly Recommend!

    After putting of getting a maintenance plan for my AC. I decided to go with Rohde Air Conditioning and Heating since my mom would not stop bragging about them. Donnie showed up right on time. He took the time to show and explain everything he was doing. He did not rush the job, he made sure that everything checked out.     Fast easy professional! Gave me 1lb of refrigerant and some great advice. The new washable permanent metal air filter i bought could be restricting air flow. Switched with some cheap ones and viola. Ac started blowing normally again. Thanks for the help!

    AC went out yesterday around 6:30 pm. Temperatures are forecasted for 100+ for the next few day, I was in a real jam. Called Rohde Air at 7pm, scheduled a service call and had a technician at the house by 7:30pm. Tech was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Thirty minutes later I had cold air blowing through the house again. Thanks Rohde Air!

    My coils froze Friday night, I called at 8:30 Saturday morning I was given a quote without asking for the service call and had a tech at my house in 2 hours. They were very thorough and checked all of the unit and topped off the refrigerant and it was back to blowing cold before noon.

    We were having a freon problem with our central ac unit. We called a bunch of places, before deciding on rohdes a.c. Our tech, Fred was very professional, honest and very nice. He also educated my husband on a few things when dealing with our a c. and we didnt pay a fortune either. Will definantely call again if needed and would recommend them.
