This review is long overdue, but we had issues with our air conditioner for about a year plus on and off with significant leaking. We had called our warranty and roctex was the provider who we worked with. The folks were nothing but professional and indeed just as respectful as they were professional. Scott was the name of our technician who we came to know fairly well as he would be stopping by trying to fix whatever it was on the leak. He even went as far as working to replace piping that he could in our attic within his reach hoping maybe that would help. Come to find some time later our actual unit outside just flat out broke and our house was using the wrong size air conditioning unit for the home which turned out to be the entire cause of the leak. Fortunately our warranty was able to cover it, but just a huge credit to Scott for his professionalism, customer service, continued willingness to help and really explore every angle to find the issue at hand. Since then we have had our unit replaced with the correct sized unit through warranty and no leaking since. Could not recommend this company enough - great people.

Updated Review: Had another opportunity to try RocTex. A VERY different experience this time. I placed a claim through my warranty company and within 6 hours I received a text message directly from my technician giving me a clear time window for the next day. Time was mid morning to afternoon, which was a lot better than the last ETA they gave me, which was all day long. My technician, JT, came in diagnosed the issue and had me up and running in less than 1.5 hours. Lastly, JT gave me a hand written thank you note and verbally thanked me for the business. Consider me a happy customer! Updating from the original 1 star up to 4, still had the really bad experience before but this last time balanced it out. Thanks JT!This review is only for the scheduler of the appointments. Unfortunately, I never got to the part where any technician came to my home to fix the AC. Upon receiving the call from the scheduler we agreed on setting the appointment on a specific day. My only ask was if they could narrow down when the technician might be here so that someone could be close enough to the house to let them in. The scheduler said they cant give any kind of time frame at all, just a day. I asked if they could try and narrow it down to either half of the day and that I really needed to know to plan the day and be available. The scheduler literally told me that I should call my warranty company and tell them to find someone else who could give a timeframe thats narrower than a day. Ok then, fair enough, will find another company.

HAd a great experience with RocTex this morning. After coming home from the movies to a puddle of water on the kitchen floor., we were left without AC for a day. I submitted a request for Service from my Home Warranty Company and got a text to let me know Roc Tex had been assigned to my ticket, and I should heare from them within the next 24 Hrs. They called early the next day and had me scheduled for service on Tuesday. Service Tech J.T. texeted me later in the day that He would be at my house sometime between 6 and 10 in the morning. He showed up AT 8:30 and had me back in business in short order.
