    Danny and his team far exceeded my expectations when replacing my current ac system. I bought a house back in April and the existing unit was undersized but 50%. I found Danny on a Facebook group and called to schedule a walk through appointment. He was very knowledgeable and personable, very professional. Life got crazy and I prolonged my replacement for a few months. We kept in contact and finally in October 2022 I was ready to move forward with the unit swap. My job was a bit more complicated because they had to run new copper to support the new unit and they had to relocate the unit outside which involved many extra steps. Throughout the whole process Danny was very kind and informative of what what going to take place and what steps he was taking to ensure I had the perfect installation. He was very patient and answered all of my questions that helped me to alleviate any concerns that popped up. Danny is a man of his word and will do whatever it takes to make sure his clients are comfortable with the process. His attention to detail was like none I have seen in the trade business. He wants to ensure his work is done properly the first time and if that takes 2 extra hours thatā€™s ok. Danny does it right! He even laid out drop cloths throughout the entire interior of the house he needed to access and even went above and beyond by sweeping the inside of the house after he was complete with the work. In addition to this, Danny is just a really nice guy and easy to talk to. He and I could easily carry on for hours if we had the time. He shared stories with me about his family, vacations, kids off to college, etc. You can tell he is just an honest, great guy. I have been incredibly pleased with my purchase and am so blessed I found him. I highly recommend D&E Heating and AC for any HVAC project, big or small. I havenā€™t had any issues so far, but I have no doubt that if I called him with a problem, he would be here as quickly as possible. Danny earned a customer for life and I hope that he continues to find success by treating clients honestly snd fairly. If you are needing any HVAC repair or replacement work, save your self the time and energy and call him now. There is no need to shop around, you are going to get the best quality system / install for the most fair price. Nobody out there will come close to the price, value, and service you will receive.     If I could give these guys 6 stars, I would. Danny and his team are absolutely awesome. He reached out to me directly as soon as my landlord called them to come look at my AC and was incredibly friendly and communicative throughout the process. He kept me informed, was very timely, and replaced my entire AC system (outside and attic unit) in just a few hours once he got the green light from my landlord. He went above and beyond, following up with me after the system was replaced to make sure it was working properly. These guys are professional, trustworthy and take great pride in their work. I couldnā€™t give a stronger recommendation than Iā€™d give these guys! Thank you Danny and D&E for all of your help.

    We noticed a rising temperature situation the night before. In the morning I called D&E when the thermostat was struggling to maintain 8 degrees above thermostat set number. The technician came out asap to inspect our old Rheem unit and diagnose the issue. The technician was on-time, professional and very thorough upon his diagnosis. One of the heat pump lines had spring a massive leak and would require a repair to correct. After being informed the cost of the repair and giving us options to save money we inquired about the replacement of our almost 9yr old heat pump/air conditioning unit. The replacement unit was a far better value to replace then to repair. Now the question was logistics and parts availability and when could the company come back to replace it. We have elder family members close to 90yrs old in the house and currently in Texas the daytime temps approach 100F easily. The office was able to expedite the quote, secure highly rated Carrier unit AND install it the same day! They advised us they would give us priority status due to the occupants in our household and the fact we our a single unit home (only 1 A/C unit). The technician Danny came out at 7:00pm and stayed to the completion of the job until 10:30pm at night!!! This type of service and professionalism cannot be more appreciated. They even followed up with us the following day to ensure all was well. They also sent us emails regarding the warranty registration they would fill out for us with Carrier to make certain the 10yr warranty was taken care of. In the middle of a early summer heat wave in Texas to get a HVAC company to come the same day is amazing let alone diagnose, secure parts and replace/repair the same day is unheard of all at a super competitive price. We thank D&E for keeping my family cool and my abuelita safe. Keep up the amazing work. You guys earned a customer for life

    Danny came out to one of the properties I manage, and after doing a thorough investigation he determined that it was best if we change the AC System as it was 23 years old and was not working properly anymore. He installed a brand new 3 ton Trane Gas System for me. The installation crew was very professional and worked diligently to get my system installed 24 hours after my old AC stopped working. I could not recommend Danny and his team more. It is obvious that he has over 20 years of experience working on AC based on his expertise. I have been in property management for the last 7 years, and it is the most invaluable asset one can have to have a reliable AC Company that is truthful, prompt, and willing to do whats best for the customer. I look forward to continue using them on my future AC needs. Highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of AC help! Also a bonus, D&E is a small business that is family owned and operated. I used him for an AC blow out this past storm we had in Texas and he not only got my whole unit changed out ASAP, he did it at a reasonable cost and got it covered by insurance. Top notch service.

    We had to replace our AC system after buying our house in 2020. We had problems with that system partially replaced under a home warranty and the other half by One Hour Air. We had constant problems with the system for years.D&E Heating & Air came out diagnosed the problem as a leak, which was missed by One Hour Air twice, and fixed the system for us. They then recommended just replacing the whole system. After years of struggling with the AC repairs and high electricity bills ($500 in August) we were ready to rip everything out and replace it.D&E made this process incredibly easy. The technicians were experts and most importantly honest. There were no high pressure sales tactics. He was transparent about financing and additional costs it brings. Switching to D&E Heating & Air was truly a Five Star experience. I cannot recommend them enough.

    D&E is honest, reliable, responsive, and fairly priced. They took the time to explain everything to us that we didnā€™t understand, and did not try to sell us things we donā€™t need. I told them what I was trying to do and they came back with options and explained the benefits and drawbacks of each which allowed me to pick and chose the components at the pricing levels that made sense for me. They also assessed where my system was inefficient and offered suggestions on how to help it operate more efficiently. In a business that is littered with companies trying to upsell or sell things you donā€™t need at exorbitant prices, D&E is trustworthy and will do exactly what they say, when they say, at the price they quote you. We will be using them for all our HVAC needs going forward.They installed a new condenser and coil, and installed radiant barrier and new insulation in the attic in just 2 days. They also put in a new larger return as the returns we had were not efficient. .

    So glad I called D&E! My usual A/C guy was slow at responding and showing up (days or weeks later) and Danny showed up same day within hours of calling him!!     So glad I called D&E. One of my units bit the dust and the other units needed their yearly servicing. Robert and Judson were able to come within a day or so, do the servicing, and order the new unit. They thought it would be in the next week, but it came in days early. They got right on it and got everything working again that day. They were so professional and very courteous. They worked their behinds off in the heat without stopping, except to get lunch. I am very happy with not only their work, but how they worked. 11/10 would recommend.

    Danny with D &E hearing and air showed up same day and on time. He just left and itā€™s 10:33 pm he was professional and new what he was doing . He figured out the issue advised of the charge which was less than what I anticipated and fixed it . We chatted about kids and grandkids and he was very down to earth , friendly and easy to talk to. He will be the new Ac guy for this house hold. If you Ac is acting up or needs a good cleaning or replacing I suggest you reach out to D $ E heating and Air for all your AC needs. Donā€™t fall for the other guys charging a $199 emergency fee to show up. He had two more jobs after leaving my house .     Being in Texas its HOT and when our air condition when out almost two weeks it wasnt a good day. Temperatures were in the upper 90s last week and we called our warranty company they sent someone out but they never turned the paperwork back to the warranty for their approval to start the job. So now its a week later we decided to have them call someone else out and Im so glad they did! The people at D&E Heating and Air were here in and 2 days later we have a new air condition and are very cool! The individuals I worked with were all very polite and helpful. The girl in the office called each time there was an update as did the gentleman who came out. Im very pleased with their service and will recommend them to my friends and family.

    Definitely recommend!! My A/C stopped cooling around 2 in the morning, messaged Daniel around 7 in the morning and responded right away that he will arrive in about 30 minutes. As soon as he arrived, he figured out the issue. Fixed the problem in an hour or less and handled other problems that would have created a more expensive trip for a really cheap price. Having a home around this 100 degree temperature with no cooling A/C is definitely not suitable for our small children. Great A/C specialist, excellent service, quality work and reasonable prices. Canā€™t beat that.

Their customer service is superb and they have been very flexible working with me - initially helped me repair really old units, but then helped me out to find a really cost effective, functional and high quality solution for my HVAC needs. Not only that, byt the supervisor was always on point with communication and helping manage the entire thing while I was out of town, and the crew was just terrific and flexible to accommodate really weird time windows to work, and even deal with crazy tenants that threatened them twice! despite all that, they never lost their nerve and helped out get the work done, in exceptional time, in the middle of the heat season, and at really reasonable prices.     Im selling my home and in the contract phase. As part of the buyers inspection, they asked me to have the A/C serviced and cleaned. D & E was referred to me by my renovation & repair team.They were professional & personal... Ask me about IT Program and Project Management, I can share a thing or two. Ask me to diagnose my A/C and Heating, ehhhhh... its not my forte. However, when someone comes in and delivers solutions that are affordable and honest, it feels like a godsend. My A/C is running more efficiently now and the price was so reasonable, I said, Well how much for the other work? lol... I know I should have had a poker face... I even had some extra work done for the buyer (always pay it forward and the universe, will bless you).I would definitely suggest giving D & E an opportunity to evaluate your unit(s), especially if you get an outrageous quote. My unit is electric so its used for heating and A/C and its running better than ever.

    Only good things to say about D & E Heating & Air. The dog days of summer are upon us. This week every day hit over 100 degrees. We were given this companies name from someone who had just had their unit replaced. So were hoping for the best with this company. Sometimes these contractors will take advantage of females. Sad to say. But Danny was courteous and respectful to us. D &E Heating & Air came, did the job and even cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend this company.

    We have used D & E Heating & Air in the past. Each time weā€™ve called they are always quick to respond & very reliable. With the unbearable Texas heat D & E has always made sure we are always back up & going in a very short amount of time. We recently had to replace our entire AC unit. It went out on Tuesday evening, contacted D&E that night, they were there the next morning & was able to give us some temporary relief.     Danny with D & E was a life savior. We had went about a week with our upstairs unit not working. We had search for a good reputable companys to use in the area. When dealing with A/C companies it can be very difficult to trust some companies. I called Danny on Sunday and told him my situation, he warned me that he only had a couple r22 units available and they go fast. We set a time to meet on Wednesday he called me Wednesday morning early to confirm he said he would be out at 2pm and would text when he was in route. Danny did exactly that. Danny arrived and he was going off what I had told him over the phone, he said when he got there that he wanted to run some test to make sure it was what I explained to him over the phone. When he checked it out it was something totally different then what we diagnosis on the phone. The fix was simple and saved me hundreds of dollars.Danny was great , and needless to say he could have fixed something that didnt need fixing and ran with the money and I wouldnt have evet known.     I was recommended by them by my parents who flip houses, Iā€™ve had so many other AC people come to my house to look at my unit (which is older) and literally every time they ā€œcleanedā€ or ā€œfixedā€ my unit.... it ran worse. So I called these guys and they were at my house the next day.... comes to find out I have a Freon leak and what those guys before them did was just add Freon... charge me and leave...so when they got here they were straight up honest and said you have a very old unit then found the leak and we need to see how bad the leak is, so we are going to add Freon and go from there... a few days later I called them and said it was getting hot in my house... thatā€™s when I knew it was time to just go ahead and get a new unit... they were straight up honest with me and said it will take a few days to get the new unit and parts ( I told them on a Friday it was getting hot) the owner sent a guy over to overcharge the unit with Freon so I wouldnā€™t be hot the whole weekend until Monday when he got the parts ( by the way he didnā€™t charge me for them to come out and add Freon to the unit). Then on Monday they came and installed the brand new unit and then they have even checked up with my since to make sure everything is still working great... I am a no BS guy and these guys literally go above and beyond to get the job done

    Great experience. Came home from work and A/C was out and the temp in my home was 85 degrees. called a friend and he referred me to D&E. Called them at 5pm expecting not to reach anyone but to my surprised someone answer but not just answered but was given the best customer service by a lady who was very professional, considerate and compassionate. She stated that she would have one of her techs give me a call with a eta and not even 10 minutes later received a call from the tech letting me know that he was on a another job and as soon as he was done that he would head my way. Tech Called twice with eta and even arrived 30 minutes prior than expected. Tech showed up and was very professional wasnt here 10 min and diagnosed and fix the issue. I am so grateful for D&E and have found my new heating and air company. Thank u D&E for everything.

The best thing I find in this company is the girls that answer the phone communicate with the customer. They call to say if the technician is running late because the job before is taking longer. They call ahead to let me know they are on their way. They follow up to make sure everything is working. Being informed rather than wondering if I was forgotten really is great customer service. Will use them again.
