As a locally owned business owner, I couldn’t be more impressed with Rocket AC and heating. I own a print shop and clothing store, and these guys have kept both my air conditioning units going! They also have installed a new 16 seer unit in my home, complete with UV light! They’re honest, on time, and their pricing is more than fair!! I’ve also taken advantage of the corona virus disinfectant fogging for my home and business. I can truly tell a huge difference in the Indoor Air Quality after they complete their process! Eddie, Chris, and Dave the techs are amazing! Dustin is so informative, and Vanessa in the office is extremely caring and professional. My experience with Rocket AC was truly 10 STAR! What a team! Dustin and his crew were very thorough and professional through the entire process and evaluation of my HVAC system, including my attic and duct work! Other AC companies have never went into my attic, since my AC unit is in a closet in my house, Im guessing. Rocket AC was truly passionate about my indoor air quality and efficiency of my system, and it shows! Great Price! Great Service! Great job guys! You have a customer for life!

These guys truly left a great great impression on myself and my wife! As small business owners, we were amazed with the friendliness of the technicians and the 5 star quality of service, displayed by Rocket AC and Heating. Weve had them service our units at our home and our businesses, and their craftsmanship is unwavering every time! From Juan at the office, down to Armando, Chris, and George, the kindest and most informative techs! Dustin the general manager, treated us with the utmost care, and explained things so we could actually understand the functionality of our system, and prolong the life of our AC unit!! Its not often you find a company, that you feel comfortable, as a man, not being present, when they are at your house, where your wife and kids are, but I trust this company in my home, even in my absence. I don’t know what else to say except that the entire experience was perfect. I was taken advantage of by another contractor but Dustin and his team came through and resolved all of my A/C and ducting problems. Great value in comparison to what these other so called AC companies charge! Trust me I know, I shopped around! This is truly the best Air Conditioning and Heating Company in all of Texas! They also provide Corona Virus disinfectant fogging, which I definitely took advantage of. Thank you Chris, Ervin and Luis as well, for doing a great job with all the labor!!

Their crew worked diligently to complete the work, and was very respectful of our time and home. After shopping around their prices proved to be more than competitive. They effectively communicated a timeline, process of work, and price which they stuck to with no gimmicks. They truly know how to make their customers feel like family.

Justin was amazing air conditioner broke down and came out quickly to see and resolve the issue he was very helpful and I would recommend him highly. Nothing better then to work with a person who takes pride in their work and willingness to take the time to explain what is needed for the AC to be fixed. Im definitely gonna use them in the future if needed.

Honestly good working people. Don’t let first appearances fool you, these guys work and they know their stuff! Our place was one of the hottest upstairs 24/7 and the day after they came in, was the best nights rest I had in such a long time. Good work guys.
