Dirk is such a pleasure to work with! It was quick to set up an appointment for our needs. He’s great about communicating with the customer about arrival times. We’ve had multiple AC techs come and spend 10-15 minutes and tell us they can’t help us with our issues it’s just an old house. Dirk is very thorough in his work checking that everything is in order in order to diagnose the issues. He even was able to fix a problem our last tech created when installing a new system. I thoroughly appreciate his work and would recommend his services to anyone! -
