    We have spent the last 3 months trying to get someone to listen to our concerns about our A/C and just kept getting a run around. Finally our issue was sent to Ricks and they called the same day, had a technician at our house in the time period they gave, and most importantly listened to us. Within a few minutes he verified our concerns where a legitimate thing and fixed our A/C and have been cooling properly ever since. Without any doubt Id recommend these guys! They listen, they care, they get the job done!

    Amber was amazing! I called and talked to Amber who was very appreciative for the call and excited for my business. The next day Rick came to my house, he was very professional, and by the end of the day I had my quote. I approved of the quote so he could get my new unit ordered. It arrived within a couple of days. Amber contacted me to set up the appointment for the installation the next day and their team showed up on time and completed the installation in no time at all.     Hands down the best place in town! The AC went out at my business and the landlord called several different places in town that all said they would come by and never showed. I called Ricks and they came by within the hour! Diagnosed the unit and got the parts ordered within 24hours. Will recommend them to everyone!

    I’m a cool air girly, and get super grumpy when it’s hot. Rick’s team responded to me after hours, got me on the books for less than 12 hours later, and had my house fixed and cooled off quick! Rick is VERY kind and knowledgeable, and was patient with my ignorance about air conditioners!! Great company!Updated to add: I had some leaking that lead to flooding while I was out of town! They had someone to me within 5 hours, fixed the problem, but had more issues overnight. Manny came to my house the very next day and was INCREDIBLE. He was patient with my many questions to understand, thorough to check every possible thing to make sure no more issues arose, and was above and beyond friendly while helping me. I will never call another AC company!

    Best company! We had issues with our AC for over a month and we found Ricks comfort solutions they lady in rhe office was so helpful and made sure to answer all questions we had since another company we used never fixed the problem. This morning I had the pleasure of meeting Kisaac, very polite, professional and explained what the issue was and was able to get it fixed fast. If you need help with your AC, heating, refrigeration or ventilation please call Ricks you wont regret it. If I ever need help again I know Ill be calling them! And personally asking for Kisaac.     Can’t speak more highly about Rick’s! This is the second time we have had them out for routine maintenance on our HVAC. They are very easy and quick to schedule with!     Cant recommend them enough! When our unit first went out, I put in a service call, and they came out same day-even though it ended up being after hours, they came out! Unfortunately, my unit is over 30 years old and had finally met its end. Their price for a new system was way better than competitors, so I ordered it from them, and they just installed my system yesterday. I have an attic unit, and it was 100 degrees yesterday, but they worked thru the ridiculously hot attic temperatures and stayed late in the evening to make sure we had cold air and could sleep comfortably! Its freezing in here this morning! Everyone we worked with was great, from the office staff, to the service/install guys, to the owners. Highly recommend!

    These guys are amazing. Very professional, extremely friendly, and courteous. They were pretty sure what the problem with our AC unit was before they laid eyes on it.     So...at first I was prepared to come on here and give this business a much poorer review due to the tech we were first sent to look at our HVAC unit. Thought a visit that brief and simple made me seem like I had zero idea what I was thinking. Yeah, a brand new filter can go bad in 10 days sure. We live in a dustbowl and people think Im a liar.     The heater in my sons rental went out yesterday and he put in a work order last night to the property manager. They called Ricks at 8:20 and it was assigned to a tech. I called Ricks to check on the status, she said they had received a whole lot of calls and she only had one tech and if he didnt make it today, it would be first thing in a the morning. Manny called at 3 and said he was on his way because he remembered from the last time he came that my son had a daycare and he wanted to make sure we had heat for tomorrow. Manny is very friendly and professional and had the heater fixed and even took time to explained to my son what was wrong. I highly recommend Ricks because Manny went above and beyond to help my son out so he could open the daycare tomorrow.

    We first used Rick when our motor in our HVAC was going out come to find out it was also the squirrel cage Dave came over found everything that was wrong. Give us a surprise. Had it fixed real quick you could not ask for a better company also the second time we use them, we found out that we had a vent pipe that was broke in the HVAC, which could’ve caused carbon monoxide poisoning this time. Amber said Nick and Nick fixed it replaced all the parts with brand new parts and he was very pleasant to work with we want to thank Amber and the whole crew. Y’all are the best

    Our HVAC was totally dead and two other plumbers just ghosted us. Ricks Comfort Solutions sent out technicians immediately. Skylar, Kelly, and Justin had our new unit installed in just about four hours, showed me exactly how everything worked, cleaned up neatly, and were SO friendly, polite, and sociable while they worked. The new unit works beautifully, and instead of stressing during the install I could relax -- it was clear that these techs were extremely competent. I also enjoyed good conversation during the install and learned a lot about how my HVAC works. Absolutely terrific service, I recommend Ricks to anyone who needs plumbing or heating/cooling work.(The week before the install a technician named Manny came out to get the old HVAC temporarily working. He, too, was competent, personable, and quick. Great work!)

    Called the shop Thursday morning with AC issues and was told they could have a tech out that afternoon. Since I was heading out of town that afternoon, I asked if I could get someone out Tues after the Memorial holiday. As promised Tues morning, Dave showed up. He was very professional, explaing what he was checking and what the problem ended up being. I thought it was a compressor issue and had said as much. Instead it was a small resistor in the fan that had gone bad. He replaced it, tested everything and told me it was good to go. Thank you Dave.     On Saturday night lightening caused a brief power outage causing our air conditioner to stop working. Knowing we would have to wait until Monday to get it looked at we called Rick’s Comfort Solutions to arrange for a Monday appointment and left our name and number with their answering service. Monday morning they called and set up an appointment first thing sending out a technician to evaluate the issue. Thirty minutes later our problem was fixed... lightening had interfered with our control panel...our unit was inspected and found to be in good working order. We were relieved as we didn’t know if our whole unit had quit. We have had other heating and air places in Clovis come out to service our unit in the past and have been told that our unit needed replacing. We have never needed anything other than a freon boost so to be told our unit was bad was surprising. We are grateful for the honesty of Rick’s Comfort Solutions and their quick response and excellent service. I highly recommend them for all of your heating and air issues. Thank you to the tech who was thoughtful, respectful and honest!

    We live on Fairway Terrace and have a sizable home, our old system was 20 years old and Rick came out and gave an honest and fair estimate on a total new HVAC system. We asked our friends at Caldwell Banker who they use for repair and replacement and Rick’s Comfort Solution was their go to guy. We were very pleased with his honesty and workmanship. His whole crew was very professional and Rick stopped in routinely to check on progress between jobs. The new system works very proficiently and our home is quite comfortable. We probably won’t need Rick for repairs anytime soon but if we do we would call him and we recommend him for him for anyone who needs heating and A/C needs.

    Our ac went out mid July & the original company we were in contact with left us hanging for 3 weeks - absolutely horrible customer service! We decided to call Ricks & they were amazing! They came out the next day to diagnose the problem & ordered our part the same day. The part came in & they came out right away to fix it - after over a month with no air we are back in business! We will only use them from now on. They are very professional with awesome customer service!
