Oh man! It was 3 o’clock and my walk-in refer was at 40 degrees!Not exactly a problem but the temperature was a little scary plus I had a ton of stuff in it and couldn’t afford for it to go bad.How the heck can you get some thing like this fixed at 3 PM?I was really scared that it would get warmer overnight and I might lose products!!I called a couple of places, and everyone said tomorrow or next day.I called the restaurant repair company. They said they could be there in one to two hours and that scared me too because if they can get there so fast that either means they’re the worst in the world and have no customers or it means they are the best!They sent Dean.Long story short, Dean was a genuine worker. Turns out they are one of the best! I recommend them they will get you going and take your stress away. Just to make sure you should ask for Dean!When I called their customer service representative was so polite and helped take this stress away.I will be use them for my 10 other restaurants!Thank you Dean you’re awesome! -
