    After receiving a much higher water bill than normal, I called my regular plumber to see if they could come out. However, they were taken over by someone else and no longer served my area, so, I started looking for a replacement. I remembered a company that took care of my dad before he passed as well as my sister so I looked them up and gave them a call. We were able to schedule an appointment and Philip came out and assessed the situation. He was very knowledgeable and gave me several different options that we could try. However, with my home being more than 100 years old, I knew that there might be other issues hidden somewhere so we decided to replace the main water line from the city line to my house. I thought this would be the most cost effective in the long run. We discussed different materials and methods and then Phillip up wrote up a quote. It was less than others I had spoken to but more than I was hoping to spend. He then offered several financing options. I decided on an 18 month no interest loan. The cost was pretty steep, but with the quality of the materials that were installed being so much better than what was there, I know I made the right decision. It has been upgraded to an insulated pex pipe. There is now a shut off right at the house instead of out in the alley. I also have another main shut off for just the outside faucet in the back. I will be able to turn that off at any point. Actually I will be able to turn off either one at any point without any problems. No more trying to find the key that goes to the padlock and the back gate and struggling to get the cover off the city main and then turning it off there. I am very pleased with the work. One thing I did notice though is Philip did say it would take about 6 hours to dig out. It only took about two and a half. Their digging crew knew exactly what they were doing. They came in, got to work, and completed the job in a fraction of the time that Philip estimated. They were followed by Bobby Joe and one of his helpers. Philip estimated it would take about 4 hours to replace the line during which time we would have no water. However, Bobby Joe was able to get it taken care of in about 2 and 1/2 hours total. We were without water for maybe half an hour during this entire time. One thing that really please me on top of everything else, is that when they reconnected the new line they prefilled it so that there was very little air in the new pipe. I saw no dirt whatsoever coming through when we turned the water back on. I am very pleased with the quality and workmanship and professionalism of every individual that I have encountered with Rescue Plumbing. I think that I have just found my new plumber. However, with the quality of their work, I may never have to call them again!

    Rescue Air & Plumbing came to my rescue this week and installed a new furnace and air conditioner. The installation team, Alex and Adolfo, were skilled, efficient, hardworking, polite, and respectful of me and my property. I asked them to mask while they were inside my home, and they cheerfully complied. I would 100% recommend them.

    Its easy to understand why this company is highly rated by customers! I called Rescue to get a quote on duct cleaning so I could compare it to another company and I received same day service even though a snow storm was starting. The technician showed me how every vent was clean and that I didnt need that service, saving me $2,000! After discussing my system, I decided to add an air purifier which the technician installed on the spot in 30 minutes. I was particularly impressed with his technical knowledge, professionalism, integrity, competence, kindness, and courtesy. I will definitely call Rescue Air whenever a need arises in the future.

    Overall great experience with RescueAir and their tech. They were very accommodating to our schedule. Tech arrived as they stated and was very respectful to us and our home. He was very informative and kept us updated throughout his visit. He was able to diagnose the issue and clear on the process to make proper repairs.     Technician was extremely customer friendly... fantastic service. Polite, knowledgeable and thorough. Only issue was the sales approach at the end of the service call; which, sadly, all home repair companies do now! Not a hard sell but suggested 3 extra services that, IMHO, as a homeowner for 35 years, were absolutely not necessary just fluff to generate additional fees to the firm. Sad that our service industry has become a sales industry. I blame corporate greed. Its definitely not the technicians fault.

    Every time I have called Rescue Air, they have always been available to help me with my issues, even last minute. Today was no exception! They sent Cole and Roman who were both very professional and explained everything clearly what was going on with my unit.No one ever wants to hear, your A/C unit should be replaced. I made the decision to have it done now, rather than wait any longer knowing it would have to be at some point and the fact itā€™s 28 yrs old.The number one reason for picking this company, is their stellar reviews, which says it all.

    Rescue Air & Plumbing have been great to work with - Starting with the prompt confirmation and scheduling and helpful customer service of Naomi and Carolina to the professional service provided by Roman and Conner. From beginning to end, everyone was courteous and kind and ensured I had top notch service and my questions answered and issue resolved.Additionally, this company works 7 days a week so I was able to talk with the company on phone and via text on a Saturday for a Sunday appointment. This is great for those of us who work M-F 8-5! They keep you updated about your appointment time and provide notice within an hour so I was able to carry on with my day until they were ready for me, which was a nice change opposed to the 4-6 hour window range like many companies do. Another added bonus, once your technician is dispatched, the office staff sends you a text with the name and a photo of the technician who will be working with you!Once Roman and Conner arrived, they were professional and courteous. They had the uniforms and name badges clearly visible. They wore the protective shoe covers as needed for entering the home. They had to go into my arrive so they took photos of the equipment and were able to give me a good explanation of my issue, show me what they saw and were able to clearly explain my options and the cost for resolving. I appreciated the transparency and their ability to explain and answer my questions.Top notch professional company all around. They will definitely have my business as an ongoing customer and I highly recommend!

    Wow. Just wow.Weā€™ve had many plumbing and HVAC companies come through our home, unfortunatelyā€¦ and none have been as wonderful, efficient and thorough as Rescue Air!Weā€™ve have received excellent customer service from this company.     David Kim and Tyler Konopack were really great! Explained everything in detail and gave me the best options for my repairs. They donā€™t push excessive amounts of repairs or make them seem like your house is going to fall apart if you donā€™t take care of them immediately. Most companies use the scare tactic but not rescue air and plumbing. They provide you knowledge and best practices. This allows the customer to decide what you want to tackle as a priority. This also allowed me to feel not overwhelmed financially and budget for work needing to be done at a later date. Great company and services techs.

    I love the crew at Rescue Air. I was in a sticky situation with an HVAC system that was very poorly installed by another company. Rescue Air came out and did a free evaluation. Andre was thorough and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Joe came out even when it was a Sunday to discuss quotes and payment plans, he really spent the time to help me understand my options. He was a great teacher and I appreciated his honesty & candor. Randy and Melvin did a fantastic job installing a new Lennox system and i finally have heat! What a dream team. Im so happy i went with Rescue Air this time.

    I had some very specific and detailed questions about installing a particular thermostat and Andre understood what I was wanting to do and provided not only information about that, but he also included options for other ideas, listing the pros/cons of each. I learned a lot and he was patient, always asking if I had other questions and giving me the details I wanted.Ultimately, I doubt that I will go forward with Rescue Air and Plumbing, at least not at this time, but I can foresee using them in the future, especially if I could expect the level of service that Andre provided.

    AC went out and required replacement of coil and condenser. Joe provided a ton of info and answered all of my questions so I could make an informed decision. They were able to install the unit next day. They took care of all permit requirements and kept me up to date on all progress. Definitely pleased with the level of service I received.

    Roman and the team were awesome. They were extremely punctual, even early and kept in touch with us the whole time. Roman was extremely helpful, sorted out our issue quickly and efficiently and even went above and beyond to try and help us lower our electricity bills also!     Great response and service out of the gate, but has now become an ongoing saga of me having to contact them several times a day. Definitely not a good experience now trying to get the work completed and proof of payment which I made before the work even started.Fernanda is simply amazing! She has been in constant contact with me today and is pulling all of the resources together and coordinating the effort to get the project closed and finished, including dealing with a city inspector.

    We were so lucky to find Rescue Air. If we could give them 10 stars we would. We needed to replace our 2 A/C units and so we called Rescue Air. Jeff Payne came out and explained all our options.     Ive dealt with a lot of contractors over the years fixing and improving my aging house. AC system was on the fritz, Roman and Andre came out to my house until early evening to troubleshoot my issues... which stemmed from 15-20 year old system. Was able to get a entire new system installed the next morning.The crew was very professional and hard working. Best experience I have had with a residential trade.

Tyler came out today since our AC was out since Saturday and he was super knowledgeable and got the job done. He was a great guy and my dog loved him which adds points in my book.

    Very helpful and offered suggestions.Calendar is pretty full at this time.Will be in touch with an electrician soon. Was quite surprised at the door with no notification call. Was told by office dispatcher there would be a call 1 hour before arrival. I would have liked to greet my service men in the light and with expectation. No worries, they came in and went right to work on the problem. Cant ask for more than that. They were both very curios and polite, knowledgeable too. Nothing but good.

    Philip was absolutely fabulous when he came to my home to fix an outdoor water hose faucet leak. He immediately knew what the issue was when I described what was going on and fixed the problem quickly.     Our Rescue Air technician Bryan came out to troubleshoot our central cooling system after it stopped blowing cold air on two separate occasions. Each time he came out he was extremely thorough and pleasant despite our being a bit grouchy that our practically new system has required a handful of service visits within the first year. Bryan excels in communication. He did a great job of explaining what was going on and why some problems can develop. On the second occasion that he came to troubleshoot our unit which was once again not functioning properly he did a careful diagnosis of the system and found a faulty part which he was able to replace on the spot, staying late into the evening to ensure we did not have to endure a hot, sleepless night. We are extremely pleased with the service that Bryan provides and we cannot recommend him enough as a technician.

    We had a cooling emergency and were able to get service the same day. Roman was very courteous and professional and diagnosed my issues quickly. There was a safety issue with exposed wiring on my old unit that i didnt know about as well and I was thankful he pointed this out. He presented options for the repair with straight forward pricing that allowed me to make a decision quickly and confidently, and the crew did the work the next day. He even did a temporary fix to keep the house cool overnight.

Roman and Cole came out twice to make sure their assessment of my system was correct and offered flexible options on how to address issues head on.     All in all my experience with Rescue Air has been positive. Working with Alex & installation team (Adolfo & Julio) was a seamless process and I cannot say enough great things about my experience with them. I appreciated that they offered valuable insights on the best location / approach for ductwork and supply vents. Alex also walked me through the work at the end of each day to keep me in the loop.Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience working with the original sales representative, Jeff Payne. Jeff pushed me to start a sizable project next day by offering a discount, which I ultimately agreed to. The agreement was to map all supply vent locations the next morning, so the quote was intended to cover the entire project (never based on a specific number or location of supply vents). Long story short he tried to charge me an extra $729 based on my desire to have 2 supply vents in master bedroom vs 1. If this discussion had occurred before agreement on price, I would understand. However, this occurred after the fact and was ultimately a result of him cutting corners to rush into the job. While I tried to reason with him, unfortunately we couldnā€™t come to a mutual agreement so I got in touch with Alex (owner) who was able to complete the job to my specifications for the agreed upon price & provided excellent customer service.Aside from this incident, everyone I have worked with at Rescue Air has been great. I would also like to acknowledge Dean, who came out as Quality Assurance to inspect the work and provided great customer service.

    Call this company immediately - you wonā€™t regret it. I scheduled a service call and a tech was at my house within 2 hours yesterday. Joe K. was honestly one of the best technicians I have ever had at my house of any trade. He was so incredibly knowledgeable and gave me an in depth education on the multiple AC units in my house, options for a path forward on maintenance (not just the most expensive), and was completely straightforward in his professional recommendations. He even comped my diagnostic fee when he immediately realized the problem was not as extensive as Iā€™d previously been told and didnā€™t need a complete unit inspection. He is the third HVAC professional I have had at my property this year and the only one who showed patience to teach me some important things about dealing with rooftop townhouse AC units even and genuine care for me to get to the right solution for my house even though it was close to 6 pm and probably the end of his day. Itā€™s worth noting that the call team and office staff who I scheduled with were so friendly and communicative as well. Thanks Joe and Rescue!

    Andre was great! His helper was awesome too, and I would like to give Jason in the office a shout out as well! Andre completed a ton of work in a couple hours and was very communicative and thorough. I would highly recommended him for everyone in need of troubleshooting or maintenance. Was happy to explain everything he was doing and how it affected the systems. He did not push us into any unnecessary work. He was great with our pets as well and was very considerate of them. Our cat may like him more than us.

    Roman came by on a Sunday after us not having cold air consistently for over a week, diagnosed the unit indoors and outdoors with multiple tests was very knowledgeable and walked me through every step he was taking to narrow down the issue. He was persistent and my grandfather who is elderly has been dealing with the lack of cold air in the house and my brothers kids as well. Roman was super friendly and was able to determine the cause of the issue in a timely manner while also educating me on different causes of the problem to make sure we werenā€™t going to overpay for the repair or end up not having cold air at all during this hot month of July.     We realized our AC was on the fritz on a Saturday afternoon. Joe was able to come out that evening to take a look at everything and determined we did need a new unit and he also clocked some issues left by a previous company.     Kyle Verburg was very thorough and helpful when inspecting my unit and sharing his findings. Not only did he call out items as needed, he explained the importance of each need as well as how he would prioritize them to repair. Wasnā€™t trying to strong arm me into ā€œgetting it done todayā€ either, which I also appreciated.02/08/25 update - Tyler S came out to give me a 2nd opinion after City line told me I needed a new unit (home warranty required them). Tyler not only explained the repairs needed, he proved it by changing out the compactor to show that the circuit board was not fried. The fan that had previously not worked immediately kicked back on. When he recommended refrigerant, he pumped some into my system to show how much cooler it would run with it and recommend resealing it. All in all, I spent 13% of what the other company quoted me as needed repairs and my unit runs better than before.

    I recently had Joe Kronenwetter from Rescue Air come out to repair my AC, and he was awesome!! He gave me a free diagnostic/estimate and quickly identified why my thermostat wasnā€™t working and that the AC fan was stuck.He was professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable. He fixed the batteries and opened up the unit and found that a screw was out of place, causing some things to get lodged inside and stop the fan from moving. Despite unfortunately nicking his finger on the ac cover while opening it up, Joe identified and fixed all my issues very quickly and professionally.Joe gave me excellent recommendations for future upkeep, fan replacement, duct replacement, complete with an estimate of costs depending on what we decided to do further.The customer service person I spoke to was also very responsive when I initially called late at night to schedule a diagnostic and they instantly sent out an email confirmation. The scheduling and text updates were very prompt and helpful. They sent me a name and picture of the technician beforehand and called me when he was 30 minutes out.10/10 serviceā€” I would highly recommend Joe and will definitely call these guys again for any future HVAC needs!!

    Rescue air consistently sends over polite clean articulate techs. They take their time to diagnose properly. I signed up for their maintenance program and I get 10x my moneys worth out of that, they do maintenance on your hvac and pipes for 15 a month. When the tech comes over he spends hours looking at everything and provides an in depth report on your systems. I highly reccomand

    Jeff @ Rescue Air was excellent. I donā€™t leave very many reviews but he and Rescue earned one from me! Jeff diagnosed the leak on one of my condensers in a few minutes. Gave me realistic options for repairs and explained the process. I agreed to the price and he called and had the install crew install and test the unit that afternoon. System now runs great and the install tech showed me what was done, made recommendations, and cleaned everything up. Iā€™ve owned many homes and had dealt with dozens of HVAC crews and I have to say this was the best to date. Highly recommend!

    We had 2 back to back home emergencies so far in 2024. In January, our 31 year old furnace finally stopped working and we had a full HVAC + duct work install done. This happened 3 days before going on a week long vacation before the coldest week in January. Rescue Air got our install done quickly and we have no complaints! Very professional and great customer service!! Forward to February, we discovered a slab leak and the plumbing crew came out same day to diagnose the issue. Within a week, we had a full repair done. Again, great customer service. The only negative is now they have all my $$$!! Luckily good financing available and good warranty. Thanks again Rescue Air & Plumbing.

    After taking care of kitchen and shower issues, we were talking about noticing washer was sometimes emptying into sink and dripping under sink. Jesse and Victor decided to check our clean outside clean out valve. Since auger wouldnā€™t go very far, they scoped it for video and there was a build up grim at what I call a U joint. Possible corrosion of cast iron pipe. Again we were scheduled next to dig and fix U joint. Jesse and Victor replaced the damaged drain. They also showed us the damaged pipe with nice size hole and almost completely blocked. This was all completed in 1 day with minimum disruption to our dayā€™s schedule. We have had numerous plumbing issues over the years, this was the Best service we have used. Reasonable, Reliable Responsive

    I contacted Rescue Air to have my 24 year old Lennox system replaced. They sent out Jeff to do the estimate. Jeff was very professional and straight forward. At no point did he have anything negative about the other HVAC vendors in town. His sales tactics were low-pressure, stressing the deals he had available. The calm confidence in the service in product he was selling was apparent in his presentation. He even handled my rushing through the estimate gracefully. This was the main reason that I decided to purchase RescueAir services through Jeff. They were able to do install the system less than 12 hours after finalizing the contract.They sent a 2 person crew out at 8am the following day to perform the installation. My crew was Saul and Austin. Much like Jeff, they carried themselves in a professional manner, and quickly got to work. It was obvious that providing quality service and installation was their priority. They were very friendly, and worked surprisingly quickly. Any issues that my old house threw at them, they surmounted much more quickly than I could.RescueAir is definitely a company that I would recommend for sale sand service of an HVAC system. The lack of high pressure sales tactics and talking badly about others vendors or products, was what really sold it for me.

    Chase and Alex were the techs on our job, and I cannot say enough great things about them. We live in a townhome, so not only were there lots of stairs for them to navigate all day, but they were there from 9am-7pm and never once complained.     Rescue Air and Plumbing is a great company! I had many interactions with them in the past 48 hours as my air conditioning system broke in this Texas heat. I worked with Courtney to get my appointment set-up, Cole who quickly came out to assess and fix my system, Roman who assessed a long-term solution, and Ed and Alex who came to install my new system. Here are some things about the individuals above that made me appreciate all their efforts even more:Cole was an amazing technician! My air conditioner broke and so we hopped on the schedule at the last minute. Although it was towards the end of the day, Cole had a positive attitude and quickly worked to find a solution. He was knowledgeable of each option offered and allowed me to consider which route Id like to go without any pressure. Once I picked the right solution for me, he made sure I had a professional to quote me for the next service that night! Fair and fast, I appreciate all the work Cole did!Roman was awesome! It was pretty late when Roman arrived, as we had a last minute break down in our air conditioning system that required immediate attention. Even though the hour was late, Roman took the time to ensure I had full understanding of all the options available and the quality of each option (all top notch!). He was patient as I flip flopped between my two final options and once I made a final decision, he quickly got us on the schedule to get it completed. The quality of service and patience throughout the process were unmatched, and Id be happy to work with Roman again (although I do not want to buy a new air conditioning system any time soon!). Thank you, Roman!Ed was incredible! Ed and Alex arrived early in the morning with such positive and professional attitudes. Not only did they get quickly to work, they helped me get a clearer understanding of how my house works. As a new home owner, I am still discovering different aspects of where things are located, and both Ed and Alex patiently worked with me to ensure not only they knew where things were located, but that I would know in the future as well! They were also very efficient with the tasks at hand. I was impressed that they were able to remove my old system, take care of all the trash, install my new system (hvac, coil, furnace, and touchpad!), clean the walkways, walk me through the new touchpad/app, and show me all the new installed items, all in under 8 hours! And throughout those 8 hours, Ed made sure I was updated on what they were doing and available for me to ask questions. The amazing thing is that the positivity and professionalism that Ed and Alex had at the beginning of the day, went all the way to the end of the day. Which is no easy feat in this Texas heat! I would gladly work with Ed and Alex in the future!And to top it all off, I had an issue with one of our toilets, and Matthew, a plumbing technician who just recently rejoined this great company, was able to come out and quickly fix the issue.Truly this company has great Customer Service and hospitality, and I will be using them in the future for any air conditioning or plumbing needs.
