After being ghosted by another HVAC company that left me without AC for 13 days in 90°F+ weather, I called Refined Air Cooling & Heating. They came out on Wednesday to confirm the blower motor needed to be replaced and were back on Thursday to install the new parts. I am incredibly grateful for their quick response to my call and for getting my AC back on and functioning perfectly! Highly recommend!

My air conditioner recently went out. I had several bids but Refined Air not only had the better price but also very knowledgeable and friendly. I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of. With Samer, I didn’t feel like I was just another customer but a friend that was going to be well taken care of, and I was. The crew arrived on time, very polite and professional and were done with the install in 3 hours. Samer is very honest and professional. I will be referring him to all my friends. I cant say enough good things about this company and Samer. My experience was wonderful. I called at 6pm on a weekday after coming home and discovering my AC was not working. Samer tried to troubleshoot the issue over the phone to save me money. It turns out it needed further investigation, so he came over immediately to resolve the issue which he did not have to do since it was already later in the day. I can always tell when I am working with someone who has integrity and honesty. Samer took the time to explain what he was doing throughout the troubleshooting process. He stayed late to make sure my AC was back up and running again and charged a more than fair amount for the repairs. He will be my go to for now for any HVAC needs. I highly recommend him, and his company!

We needed a 2nd opinion for what was a suspiciously expensive quote from another company. Samer came out and evaluated our equipment,gave us his honest opinion (everything was fine) and gave us a very reasonable estimate if we chose to have the work done anyway. Samer was honest, he explained everything, and even uncovered an issue that will be fixed under our home warranty. We are more than pleased with Refined Air.

This company was sent out by my home warranty company (210 home warranty) for a second opinion as the first company informed me that I’d need a new system. Granted, the system is 13 years old and I expected some maintenance issues to be popping up at this time. However, Samer, with Refined Air Cooling and Heating, was fantastic! He explained everything to me and informed me about things I can do to enhance the maintenance of my HVAC system to extend the life of the condenser unit! He even texted to make sure everything was functioning properly today (the day after).

I live in League city Texas I had an AC unit that was not working in June of 2021. Refined AIR cooling and heating came and fixed our AC very quickly. Absolutely professional and competitive price. Samer was very nice and respectful. He checked all our system and made sure everything was working. What is really nice about Samer is that he called us the next day and made sure the unit is working properly. I strongly recommend if you had any AC repair needs.

Great Company , We had our business AC stop cooling , spoke to Sam and explained that it is a business and needed repair done asap . He did show late at night tested and determined AC needed replacement . By end of the following day a new ac system was installed . Really impressed with this company and how fast i was up and running and the best part was there pricing were very competitive with other companies. Will use again if needed

Refined Air was assigned to us via our home warranty for an ongoing A/C issue after two other contractors had not worked out. Due to a previous misdiagnosis of the problem with our system, our home warranty initially denied coverage, but Refined Air was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the appeal process and eventually our claim was covered. Refined Air installed the new unit the day it was available, even though it was raining slightly throughout the time they were at our home. Their technicians were responsive and professional, and answered all of my questions. After what was altogether a terrible experience getting our system replaced, working with Refined Air was just about the only truly positive aspect of the ordeal. If anything further happens with our system, we will contract with them directly.

Compare all other services I had used, Refined Air Cooling & Heating is the best. Mr. Kayyali is very professional and patient. His service exceeds my expectation. My home warranty company sent him come to fix thermostat and compressor contactors, the home warranty company forgot to order one part, Mr. Kayyali had to come back to installed the 2nd contactor, but he didnt charge for the 2nd service. Highly recommend.

I called, explained the situation and someone was there when I got back from the doctor. Unfortunately it could not be fixed that night but it was up and cooling my house the next day.
