    Amazing service! At first I was looking for quotes and this company went above and beyond on explaining the differences between all types of systems, cost vs benefits. Ricky and his team were diligent in getting us taken care of in a timely manner, even though we had a tough install.     West has been a god send for our household. We had a Super V installed incorrectly and had a very hard time getting the installer to fix it. We were told to talk to West. He came and fixed the issue immediately. He was honest and dependable. I have even recommended him to service my mom’s AC because she was told she needed to replace it. Again, West was honest and dependable and looked at my moms AC free of charge. I only recommend Redline when someone asks for an AC company.

    I have been using Redline AC for years. Brian Smith and his crew have always provided me with excellent service at an affordable price. Brian Smith is always friendly and is good at working around my schedule. He helped keep my old unit running until I was ready for a new one, all at a reasonable price. He never tried to price gouge me like some other companies. When they installed my new unit several years ago, they did a nice, neat and professional job.     We’ve used Redline twice, once when each of our AC units went out.The first time our main AC went out on a Friday and Brian got us in first thing the following Monday when three other companies were telling me that I couldn’t be seen until end of the next week. The technicians showed up promptly and were professional and friendly. They quickly assessed our issue and actually took the broken part of our AC and repaired it instead of trying to get a new part and potentially having to wait weeks and spend a lot more money. The AC was back up and running later that afternoon!The second time our upstairs AC went out at 6pm during the week, I was able to get in touch with Brian and he had his technicians out the next day! They repaired the AC within an hour.We definitely recommend Redline for your AC needs!! We will be replacing our system in the next year or so and will definitely be doing our business here. Great communication, professional, and fair pricing!

    I was very impressed with Redline. They were very professional, courteous, friendly, and quick! They ran some new wire from my HVAC system to my new thermostat and installed the thermostat. Since it was a smart thermostat, they even connected it to the wifi and made sure it was working correctly before leaving. I liked them so much that Ill be using them to maintain my system. I highly recommend their services! From the very first phone call to the completed job - these guys were amazing!

    We just had one of our air conditioning units replaced by Redline and once again we were impressed with the thoughtful, professional service from Brian and his family. We have used Redline for years to service our homes air conditioning units and trust them unequivocally. There are few repair firms youd be willing to leave alone in your house--the Redline team is one of those wed do so without any reservations.The 5-star reviews you read on all the various forums are there for a reason: Brian and his familys operation does quality work at a fair price, the communication is excellent, and they just plain care. There is no push to get repairs you dont need or replace an air conditioner when you dont have to. They give the status and advice and you decide what you can do at that point in time. Redline is simply one of those firms that you find once in a blue moon: Fair pricing, professional, always on time, and just great people. They are keepers and highly recommended.

    Outstanding service, from my first visit/estimate with Redline to completing their work. Brian and his crew are knowledgeable about what is needed ( I needed an entire new HVAC system for my old house, and the Redline crew also added insulation at the completion of installation), respectful of my time and my 83 year old home, and professional in their work.     Once we decided to replace our working our system (which was at least 15 years old), we did a lot of research. After speaking to several professionals, we ultimately decided to use American Standard equipment, and had six companies provide us with bids. While Redline was not the absolute cheapest for the equipment , once all the other costs were factored in, they were the lowest price. But we were looking for more than a good price, and we got a knowledgable person, with integrity who provided honest answers to our questions, and that made our decision easier. The removal of our old system, and the install of our new system (including some duct work and more) was completed in 1 1/2 days. They were quick to respond to our follow up needs as well. Based on our experience, we gladly recommend Redline Air Conditioning & Heating to anyone looking for a good price, honest answers, and good service.

    West came to our home when expected and did a system check on our AC units and looked at our water heaters and verified that there was a clog or leak in one of them. He provided contact info for a good reasonably plumber. He was efficient & price was great. Hell be back to put in new filters that he had ordered. Well definitely keep using Redline!

    My 11 year old heat pump finally stopped working. I asked five Installers to check out the system and make recommendations. The system used the old R22 freon which is being phased out so I decided it was time for a new more efficient system. Redline Air Conditioning came out the same day and checked the old unit. The owner, Brian Smith gave me a couple of proposals for American Standard, both of which were very reasonable, especially when compared to the other four installers.Brian and his team were professional, courteous and efficient. They arrived on time at 8:00an and did the total removal of the old system and installed the new one and had it cooling in about four hours. They knew exactly what they were doing and wasted no time. We love the new system, its quiet much more efficient, and we can adjust the thermostat from anywhere. Brian handled all the manufacturer and CPS rebates and warranty paperwork.Brian Smith and his team are great. This is a local company that specializes in air conditioning and heating systems. You can expect them to do the job right the first time. I highly recommend them for all your AC and Heating needs.

    I have had the fortune of finding Redline Air Conditioning and Heating several years ago. Since then I have had excellent professional service. Every service member has been on time and respectful. They have come and maintained my 15 year old system both on my bi-annual check ups but on several occasions that the system went down. They have repaired the units each time explaining what went wrong and what it meant for the future of the unit. When the others try to sell you a new unit i am guessing that it can be fixed for a reasonable/fair price by Redline.

    Were basically clueless when it comes to maintaining our HVAC system, but Redline makes it so easy! They service our AC systems every summer and winter, and they just cleaned out our dryer vent - apparently that is something homeowners are supposed to do on a regular basis. They are prompt, friendly, and always go the extra mile! This summer our kitchen AC went out when I was 8 months pregnant with TWINS, and the heat was sweltering. Redline came over, investigated the issue, and fixed it all the same day. I cannot recommend them strongly enough! Do not hesitate - call Redline ASAP!

    A little over a year ago my drain line for my AC clogged and the pan started to fill up with water. Being new to Texas, I didnt know who to call but found Redline was nearby and had strong reviews. I called and within 2 hours they had someone out to clear the clog and get us up and running again. When I asked for the price, I was shocked at how reasonable it was, especially considering they came out in such short notice.Flash forward 1 year and I just used them to replace our 15-year-old central AC and furnace.     We found out about Redline through our neighborhood Nextdoor app. Another AC company wanted to charge us over $2000 to address our AC issue. Brian came out and quoted us a way more affordable price. When he came back to complete the work, he said it actually would be cheaper since he was able to figure out a different solution. Here we are over two months later with the problem 100% fixed. We couldn’t be happier after living with this AC issue for over a year (especially my daughter, since the problem directly impacted her room). Highly recommend Redline.
