I had the pleasure of working with Wesley and Kim and couldnt have been happier with the experience and timeliness! They are very personable and very quick to respond to texts and phone calls, fair pricing and no surprise fees at all. I was quite surprised with how fast they were to get everything on the books and schedule the install before the snow storm and colder weather. The technicians were very efficient and did a great job with the post-install cleanup to look like they were never even there, unlike a lot of other contracting services leaving screws and trash behind. 10/10 would absolutely recommend these folks to everyone, thanks again guys!!

Dave came out and quickly diagnosed my furnace. After repairs, I was shocked at the bill. It was half of what I had expected!! I highly recommend this company!! I think they are a Christian company considering my Tech was definitely a Godly man!!

Hard to find an honest and knowledgeable service company. We have had the pleasure to have the company service and upgrade units at our Frisco business. I hope one of my reviews sees the light of day on Google because this was why I called your company. Reviews from other satisfied customers. Thank you for coming to our rescue late on a Sunday night on a holiday weekend no less. Thank you for bringing a portable AC so we did not have to suffer longer while waiting for installation. From discovering our AC was out to the new install was less than 48 hours. Had it not been a holiday, I have no doubt it would have been even faster. Thank you, Wes and the entire Rapid Response team!

Our A/C went out early Sunday morning. After waiting until 6pm Sunday for another company to check it out and not showing up, we found and called Rapid Response and they jumped on it. Had Roger show up within an hour and a half. Roger was able to diagnose the issue quickly. Rapid Response and Roger had the A/C up and going again Monday. We had a great experience with them. So thank you Rapid Response and Roger.

A/C stopped working on a Thursday morning. After Custom Air was a no show for their 2-5pm time frame (I called asking for an update on their eta 3 times and they said they were coming), I called Rapid Response and they arrived within the hour. That night they discovered that the compressor was shot (after 10 years of good service). They arrived the next day with a new unit and installed it. If you need prompt, professional service, look no further than Rapid Response. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Rapid Response AC Services - why? When our AC unit ceased cooling, searched for AC services. Their 5 star review is legit. Dave called back at 8:28pm, made appt for next day. Dave arrived 5 minutes early. Assessed the situation, explained in detail the solution. Friendly, professional, answered all questions. Need Service? Called two other companies and both couldn’t get back quick enough. So I had to reach out to Rapid Response and they definitely fast and reliable. They visited us same day and check the entire system for issues. We ended up with a new unit for both heater and cooler at the best quote you can get in the market. Jimmy was very prompt and explained everything to us. The office rep was super responsive when we call. The technician Omar was super helpful and did a complete walk through of the full system and clean up afterward. He also changed a new light bulb in my attic because it went bad which is so thoughtful! I highly recommended this company they treat you like family.

What a terrific experience! Our AC went out in the Dallas area one very hot evening. I put a call in to Rapid Response and Dave was the tech assigned. He showed up that evening and took a look at the system. He explained what was going on with it and his recommendation. We ultimately decided to go with a new unit ( both heat and AC) after reviewing his bid. They began the install one day later and completed the install the same day. The reps onsite were polite and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend them- in fact, I have already told many ppl about them. The cost was fair and service was excellent!

It is hard to find quality service backed by loving employees. David came to my parent’s house and was just exceptional. Rapid Response is going to dominate the DFW HVAC market! I called out of frustration with my current HVAC provider and the owner answered the phone directly himself. Robert and his team were substantially cheaper and infinitely more profession than the three other companies I called. I would highly suggest Rapid Response!

Best HVAC company I’ve ever used. When returning to my home after a long time away, we discovered that neither of our 2 HVAC units were working. With one call, the owner Robert, assured me that they could handle the job quickly. A storm knocked both of my units out and extensive work needed to be done. The on-site manager, David, went out and bought at the company’s expense a portable air conditioner so my wife and I could be comfortable until the needed repairs could be made. I’ve never had a company provide service like that before. They not only get the job done but they care about their customers as real people. To top it all, the price was more than reasonable. This was a first encounter for me but they will be the only company that call for all of my HVAC service in the future. Thanks Robert, Dave, Frank and the whole team that helped get us going.
