We recently had two service calls with Pro Tech Air and was thoroughly pleased with their professionalism and honesty! We just moved into our new home knowing that the home inspection report identified an issue with one damper zone in the heating and cooling system. The home inspector recommended that a certified technician evaluate the problem. The upstairs zone was not blowing cool air. Although cool air was blowing upon re-inspection prior to closing, the dampers stop working after we moved in. We called our home warranty company and they sent a technician and a salesman who tried to sell us a whole new system, but our current one is only four years old. We called and asked for another HVAC company to come take a look at our problem. Well, Pro Tech Air sent just a technician and he identified the dampers as the issue and replaced both on a second service call within 30 minutes. Our system is working properly now! We are very happy with Pro Tech Airs service and highly recommend them!

I have Fidelity Home warranty and when one of my units would not shut off I called and they assigned Pro Tech. The first thing that I did was go to web to check them out. I found good & bad comments, but more bad than good so I was concerned. However when they showed up, the tech asked me some questions and then checked out the thermostat & filter first, I had turned off power at breaker & this was turned back on. The compressor was running and cooling properly but when the compressor shut off, the blower continued. He went into the attic and found the problem, a bad circuit board. he tried to by-pass the board with the switch but a no go. he said would need to order the part. This was Monday morning and Tuesday they called to set up a time for the tech to return & install part. he came as scheduled and took him less than 20 minutes to install new part, checked out the unit to be sure working properly. I would have given them 5 stars but I had to contact Fidelity as had not heard from them Monday AM and when called got answering machine, left message but no one called me back. Anyway Fidelity had another number made the call & they were out at my house within the hour. I was totally pleased with the techs expertise & people skills.

This company was my saving grace! After having 2 other HVAC companies come out and not fixing my AC problem, I must admit Pro tech is your go to!We purchased our first home and came with home warranty. Our AC wouldnt cool and started to leak into pan. Our tech, Edward, fixed the problem right away! He unclogged both units drain line and replaced our capacitor. I couldnt be any happier! He was friendly and explained everything to me.He did arrive late but the company gave me a heads up. I didnt mind as long as my problem was fixed and it was!I was very concerned due to the bad reviews on here, but Im glad I experienced the complete opposite. :)

When I first read the reviews on Pro Tech Air, I must admit I was concerned that they were chosen by my home warranty company to perform our repairs. But, we decided to roll with it (after 18 hrs+ no A/C). They called us promptly after receiving the work order, their tech showed up early within the window of time they specified, he quickly located the problem, and fixed our A/C within ten minutes.Kudos to Laura and team for getting our air fixed on a very hot day!

Problem:Our unit (in the attic) had a primary drain that was plugged causing condensate to overflow from its vent and run down between the wall into our home. I tried to clear it, but couldnt. I had to cut the drain line from the unit to utilize the secondary drain to the pan.Solution:Our home warranty company sent Pro Tech out. We were contacted swiftly by their customer service and were told they were working us in to to their service calls that day. A very polite young man (Edward) quickly cleared the line and reassembled the primary drain, revising the plumbing so the secondary drain will function if the primary ever plugs again.Though this was a minor A/C issue, we were extremely pleased with the speed in which they acted and specifically with their courteous and professional service tech. We would highly recommend this companys service to anyone.

Tech came out to the house exactly on tiem, diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes, ordered some parts, returned the next day, on time, fixed the unit and the price was reasonable. Thats how these transactions are supposed to go.
