    Awesome company and customer service. Aaron came out in an emergency on a Friday night and did everything he could to get my senior parents up and running. He worked the problem and gave them options. Came out the next day on a weekend in extreme heat to get them back on their feet. Great service and the price was way less than expected. So grateful!

They are very responsive and will schedule same day appointments to get you fixed up and suffer in the summer heat! Best company Ive ever used!     Pro Heat and Air provided A+ customer service from start to finish. We had Aron out for an estimate on a new system and he gave us all the options and worked hard to get us what we wanted at a great price point. Installation was prompt and our new unit has been wonderful! So glad to have chosen this company to do business with! We cannot recommend this business enough!

    Just had a new AC unit installed in my house by Pro Heat and Air. The price was right and the installation was excellent. The quality of workmanship was very high. The installer was very knowledgeable and explained questions I asked him during the installation. I am extremely satisfied with the AC unit and the service that I received. Will be recommending Pro Heat Air when and to whoever I get a chance to.

    AC was out for about 2 weeks waiting on warranty service. Ended up calling Pro Heat and Air to replace my outdoor unit. Austin was out that day and had a brand new unit ready to install within 2 hours. He went to go check the rest of the system to figure out why my 5 year old unit died, and found the fan had seized within seconds. He pulled the fan, replaced it, the outdoor unit, installed a new outdoor pad, and surge protector all while barely noticing he was there. He used a lot of big words that I pretended to understand but also dumbed it down that even my kids could comprehend. His truck looks awesome and his service exceeds the industry standard. I can actually think straight again and can already see the horns on my kids heads going away. Thanks for everything

    Aron was awesome. I had an issue with my ac unit gave him a call on a Sunday morning and he was out within 2 hours. He is very honest and straightforward he had the part and we were back up and running in no time. I would highly recommend him for any problems with heating or Air.     The customer service with Pro Heat & Air is outstanding! From the moment you call and when they leave your house. Aron was great! He provided additional information about what to expect from our unit, what can be done, what shouldnt have been done, and did not rush to the next job. He took his time to make sure we were taken care of and had no other issues, concerns, or questions.

    I was needing an A/C cleaning performed as mine had not been cleaned in 7 years. I made an online appointment and Aron Clubb from Pro heat and air arrived in a couple of hours. Aaron was very friendly and very knowledgeable on my A/C unit. He also gave me some tips about my dryer vent being close to my unit! Great experience and will be hiring them again for my A/C needs in the future!

    We had our unit go out in the middle of the night on a holiday weekend and they got a technician out within 30 mins, repaired our unit and completed some much needed maintenance within an hour. Even put my new nest thermostat up for me! Phenomenal service, Pro Heat and Air has a customer for life with me and I will recommend to all my family and friends!!

    Pro Heat & Air is Amazing!!! Came home from a 3 day getaway to a house that was 83 degrees!!!! They came right out and had the problem fixed in no time!! They didnt try to upsell us on parts we dont need, just took care of the issue and educated us on filters and other maintenance we can do ourselves. I highly recommend!!

    We had a new heat pump system installed by Aron of Pro Heat and Air a few years back and we have had no issues at all with it. A sign of a good system? Yes! Also a sign of a great install. Thank you Pro Heat and Air! I find Aron to be a very personable guy, easy to talk to and will take the time to answer any questions you might have. He is also respectful of your property when they are there working, which is a big deal for me. Keep up the good work Aron!

    Very professional. Needed service late on holiday weekend. Tech was here with in an hour. Needed a new unit. Offered loaner window unit for use overnight. Aaron arranged for fiance and installer was here next day. Less than 24 hours later the new Trane AC was installed and my house was cool again. If I could give 10 stars I would.

    Aron with Pro Heat and Air installed a brand new air conditioner system in my house in 2023. The service was fast and professional. I have had zero issues with my new air conditioner. I also have saved a couple hundred dollars on my electric bill every month since installing the new more energy efficient system. I will forever be using Pro Heat and Air for my home and all of my rental properties as well. Their service plans are excellently priced and service is top notch.

    My AC stopped cooling and I was looking for a local company that would be more dependable than the company I had been using. He was here way sooner than the appointment time and had my AC working in no time. The fees for service were reasonable and no more china parts!     I thought I had an issue with my system, and Aaron was out within 30 mins of my call, even on Super Bowl Sunday! He was super informative, and ended up suggesting some things I could do to my system, but said overall it was fine, and that was that. He did not try to sell me on a bunch of stuff, or scare me into doing certain things etc, which is what a lot of companies in any industry do. In addition, their service fee was very reasonable. I will be having them back in the near future to do some improvements to my current system. Highly recommend this business!

    Aron came to do a springtime service for me today. Great guy, very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing and what everything did. He did a great job cleaning out my out side compressor, it was full of leaves and crp. He told me all the weak parts that may need replacing in the future. I found my AC guy for all my future needs.

    This company is amazing, reliable, knowledgable, efficient, top notch. They installed a whole HVAC system & recommeded & added a UV light that helps with allergies. We have had no problems with it at all since it was installed several years ago.     Pro Heat and Air installed my system over 5 years ago and I have had zero issues. Thier techs are very knowledgeable and respectful. I have had contractors in my home before and I always have to come behind them and clean up, this was not the case With Pro Heat and Air. There service contracts are also very competitive. Dont spend your money elsewhere!
