Did great work for me. Vacuumed out ancient insulation, sanitized attic, foam sealed gaps, installed soffit vent baffles and blew in new insulation. Also significant duct renewal. Hoisted and secured HVAC ducts per code.Kept me involved in the process. Documented each item with photos and shared with me for my record. Treat their crew humanely. Sales guy Moses visited frequently during the install. Did not up sell and advised against unnecessary repairs. All said, I’m quite satisfied.

I had Joe and his team remove the junk insulation from my 1962 house attic. They removed all that and all the garbage people have left up there for over 60 years. I also had them install attic flooring for storage and add soffit vents to exterior that had nothing. His team had alot to do and they worked very hard, I dont even recall seeing them take a lunch break. Look, redoing your insulation isnt cheap, but its a great investment in your house if you plan on staying in it for awhile. The updated insulation and the amount that they put in is going to be so much better than what I had. Im looking forward to better climate control in my house. Joe is a man of great character, I really liked him. Hes straight forward, gives you options of what can be done, doesnt pressure you at all. Hes very concerned about safety and responds quickly to any of your concerns. They did an awesome job, and Im so glad I used them. Thank you Joe and to your team.

Pro Attic Insulation delivered this job in October 2024. I waited a month to test if Insulation would be effective once weather temperature dropped. Well Thanksgiving week in November 2024, the weather dipped into the 60s and my house definitely benefitted from the insulation job. For example, last year, i would have had to turn on heaters but this year, after insulation job, it wasnt necessary. My home was cozy and comfortable. One of my visiting guests complained it was cold but he didnt say anything about turning on the heat. Everyone else stated they were fine. I turned on the heat but one of my other visiting guests turned it off complaining it was hot, considering it was 65 degrees outdoors.I also checked my Reliant Energy account to compare 2023 Energy usage to 2024 Energy usage. I believe Reliant is F.O.S. There Energy measuring tools shows no difference in Energy usage. They will be getting a call from me next weekThe Pro Attic workers sealed gaps in the attic. I have not seen anymore large roaches. I have that sticky stuff that i use to catch them and havent seen any more crawl on the sticky glue since the insulation.They also sprayed chemical solutions in the attic to repel insects and other intruders.They cleaned the attic and hauled away a trailer nearly full of debri and trash.Customer Service was prompt in answering my questions. I did request photos of the job and they sent someone elses attic photos. The photo of new insulation is not mine because I dont have ducts in my attic so still waiting for correct photos.I received a couple photos where gaps were sealed. I know those were mind because Electrician covered exposed wiring with blue boxes the day before.Overall, i am pleased with the job.

They came on time and did an amazing job. Jake the technician was very knowledgeable and showed me and explain everything well. my insulation was really poor and he offered to take care of that as well with an estimate very compatible. I decide to go ahead and they came the next day on time wrap up my house did a fullA/C duct Cleaning for me and some Fiberglass blow in insulation job . They finish quick. Incredible company with incredible people. The Pro Attic Insulation LLC was the most professional and easy-to-work-with company Ive dealt with. Intuitive and their knowledge within their profession of how they are going to approach each project is what any customer needs with a specialty company such as Pro Attic Insulation LLC. My place has also reaped the benefits of better insulation by the immediate drop in electricity usage in the first month AFTER their insulation and new ductwork. I am on pace to save $200 to $300 on my next electricity bill already. It was money well spent and you should consider Pro Attic Insulation LLC for new ductwork and insulation.

Pro attic is exactly that, professional in all aspects of the job. Moe was courteous and responsive on all aspects of the job. Three young, courteous men with a spectacular work ethic did a better job vacuuming the old insulation out of my 52 year old attic than my maid does in the living space. And when it came time to reinstalling the insulation they went above and beyond. Sealed all the vents and fixtures, installed soffit baffles so the attic would still breath and even installed a zipable cover over the folding attic stairs. I highly recommend these guys.

These guys were quick and very efficient. They were honest about the cost and the process. After they sealed the cracks in the attic, they added 14 inches of foam insulation. After letting the air conditioner run for a few hours, I could tell the difference. The air was not escaping and the house stayed cold and comfortable. They did a very good and thorough job. I’ve used Proattic in the past and immediately called them when my clothes dryer wasn’t drying properly. I called on Monday morning at 8AM and the team arrived to my house at 2:30PM on the same day. Immediately Jacob and Orlando knew the problem. My flexible pipe and dryer vent that goes from the dryer to outside the home as clogged. They quickly disconnected the dryer and began to clean all parts. They even cut the flexible pipe to better fit the dryer area. Both Jacob and Orlando were efficient and explained the “dos” and “dont’s” going forward. I will always use ProAttic for my services in my HVAC and appliances.

If you only read the first sentence of this review request Moses as your estimator/project Leader.Review: I have had a few companies come out for quotes for my job which included re-insulating my attic in my almost 100 year old house. Out of all of the companies that came Moses with pro attic was by far the best. He is very experienced and knows what he is talking about and can break it down into bite sized pieces of information speaking objectively about budgets, recommendations, options, and even phases to be even more cost conscious. This included my batt insulation, blow in insulation, and significant duct work which needed to be replaced as well as the insulation. His insights and knowledge were the reason I went with pro attic.They scheduled the job just days out which was great and just in time for our cold front. The team was 4 led by Moses who oversaw all of the work. As with almost all of my house projects there was at least one surprise which was an issue with my plenum box that needed to be sanitized or replaced. Moses always showed pictures, clearly stated the issues as well as options and even timelines if I needed to have the work done later to save money. It’s a breath of fresh air to have honest and trustworthy contractors. I did end up having the plenum box sanitized and added a UV light as a future preventative measure. Moses even had to make multiple stops back to their office for supplies given the surprise but made every effort to have the job all done that day.The team did cover everything in my house in plastic around the vents to ensure that no insulation got on my furniture and cleaned up everything once the job was done.The job and quality is top quality and I would highly recommend the team to anyone who needs insulation or ductwork. The difference was immediate the next day after the cold front and was everything promised. Ask for Moses!

I recently purchased a 57 year old home and the temperatures were not consistent from room to room. I noticed that the attic insulation was compressed below the rafters. I called Pro Attic Insulation Services and was impressed from the start. The person that answered the phone was understanding and helpful. She scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out and give an estimate two days later. After the technician ,Joe, looked around the house and attic, he gave me a fair price. He then explained all the extras that came with the service. I went ahead and scheduled the service and to my surprise Joe was able to complete the job in the same week. Joe and his crew came in and got the job knocked out in a matter of hours. They were very professional, on time and worked very efficiently. Not only is the temperature more consistent in my home now, but the small cracks and crevices where moisture and rodents could enter the attic are now sealed thanks to Joe and his crew. Michael came out for the estimate. The price was fair and they were able to give me discounts for being a first responder. He went above and beyond for me. Joe and his crew arrived on time and gave me notice. They explained the process, sealed, and cleaned up in the attic before blowing in new insulation. It was a smooth and painless process. The crew was nice. After they were finished Joe asked me to check up in the attic and urged me to call the office with any questions or concerns. The photos attached are before the work was done. Now there is 13-14 inches of pink insulation everywhere.

I had three separate houses chimney swept and inspected. They showed up in a timely manner. My only complaint is that at my house, there is carpet near the tiled fireplace. They put their dirty tools on my carpet and then stepped on the tools. They attempted to clean the carpet but ended up just smearing it in worse. There wasnt enough drop cloth for protection. Also, they made a huge dusty cloud. I will be wiping soot off of every surface in the house. The lesson is that you should hire someone whos main skill is in the area of the needed job. In this case, the contractor stated up front that chimneys were not what they specialized in.

This company is incredible I suggest everyone should call them if they have issues with insulation in their attic. My house was built in 1971 that’s it never had any new insulation so my electric bill is sky high. I had a local company come in and do all new ducking and when pro attic came they noticed that the previous company did not fully tape up the ductwork and had leakage. They not only fix that problem but they went over and above sealing all the outlets up in the attic putting four corners in the attic for breathing etc. and all this for the price of less than $4300 I had a big attic. The owner is A very special person and we hit it off right away. I am a spiritual person and my connection with him was unbelievable. So please try this company before going anywhere else you will not be disappointed

After the Great Freeze in Feb 2021, I was looking to have the insulation in my attic replaced, in the hopes of preventing any pipes from bursting in the future. Pro Attic came out to give me a quote and said my duct work was against current codes and that they wouldnt be able to do the insulation without replacing the duct work (which, to be honest, I expected - my house was built in 1984 and everything is original).After getting the quote for the entire project, we agreed on a plan of attack and, over the course of two days, they removed and replaced all the duct work, making the entire system more energy efficient, and removed and replaced all the insulation in the attic, including that around the walls of the vaulted areas of my house.I am beyond pleased with the job they did. Everything is so neatly and cleanly done and I swear the house feels cozier, even when the heating/cooling isnt on! They left no mess behind and everyone was so friendly and professional. Hopefully, I never need my attic serviced again, but, if I do I know exactly who I will be calling!Thank you!!

Pro Attic just completed a job at home I recently bought. The home had extremely old and minimal insulation. As soon as I requested a quote, they promptly called me to schedule. Michael, the technician, was on time for our meeting, explained the entire process, and was extremely caring about our concerns. Pro Attic and Michael went above and beyond to make sure our home was properly insulated. The day of installation, Michael and his workers immediately went to work and busted their butts! They removed all the old insulation and debris and turned my attic into a beautiful cloud! I HIGHLY recommend this company and I cannot thank them enough for getting this done in a timely manner!

I had an event in which my hot water heater in my attic had erupted subsequently causing water damage and a ceiling collapse in two bedrooms in the home. Pro Attic did an amazing job remediating the damage and rebuilding back the damaged areas of the home as if nothing had occurred. They had worked alongside my insurance company and the claims adjuster in providing them detailed invoices and assessments along with taking upon the hassle of the back and forth negotiations on settling the claim. They were extremely attentive in detail and patient with the run-around my insurance company was putting us through. Though I hope I would not need them for the services rendered again, they would be my first referral if anyone is in need of remediation and remodeling due to any incurred damages. Additionally, they do provide maintenance services such as duct / hvac cleaning and dryer vent cleaning at competitive prices.I would strongly recommend to anyone in the greater Houston area to use them as their first choice. My experience with Pro Attic was great, and I would highly recommend them. Several months back, we had a raccoon get in our attic. After it was removed, we noticed that the insulation around the ducts was torn up and the ducts were dripping water, which is obviously a problem. Prior to calling Pro Attic, Id called a couple of the larger AC companies in the area and they came out and said they couldnt do anything because there wasnt enough crawl space in our attic. One of the companies mentioned tearing out our ceiling to get to the ducts, and said even then, they wouldnt be able to get to it for a couple months and couldnt even tell me how much it would cost until they started on the work.When Joe came out to look at our situation, he was very thorough and discussed our options for replacing the ducts and also discussed replacing our insulation. Since we previously had rodents in the attic, and leaking water, this made sense. Joe explained the pros and cons, but in no way tried to sell me, and in the end I decided to do this as well as replace the ductwork, and got a nice discount for doing both.The folks at Pro Attic worked with my schedule to come do both jobs, starting within a few days of my initial contact. Manny was my contact on each occasion, and he and his crew were great. They were on time, the job took as much time as theyd told me upfront and after they were done, they cleaned up and everything was done exactly as it had been discussed.When I called Pro Attic initially, we were in a bit of a jam as July in Houston is not a time when you want to have issues w/ your AC, and they really came through. The cost was about what I would expect, but when you own a house, you know that you get what you pay for, and these guys delivered. I would recommend them to anyone having HVAC issues that needs a company that will get the job done.

UPDATE:After seeing my review, ProAttic reached out to follow-up on my concerns. They agreed to schedule a time to come back to address my concerns. The crew came today and it was like night and day. They addressed all the issues and even went the extra step to make sure things were finished at a high quality. I appreciate them responding to address my concerns and feel the job is now finished satisfactorily.----I needed our attic cleaned out of old cellulose insulation, as well as some significant junk and garbage left by the previous owner. I also wanted some plywood laid so that we can safely store a few things in that space. Manny and Joe made a hard sell and we ultimately selected them versus the other bids we received.(I will note this was after some hesitation, because ProAttic was the only one of three companies who recommended additional duct work which would have doubled our final cost. Based on information I received from other contractors this work was not necessary. Add in the fact that ProAttic was the only company that does ductwork, and that multiple other reviewers were surprised to learn they needed ductwork when working with ProAttic, and its not hard to figure out their game. We did not get the ductwork.)It turns out, I should NOT have overlooked this warning flag, because ProAttic is all sales and no service. On the day of the job they told me theyd arrive at 8, but didnt call until about an hour later and finally arrived after 9. I gave explicit instructions that I wanted everything removed from the attic and disposed of. I was assured they would and told we had paid the disposal fee, so it didnt matter how much they hauled off. I also requested that they take measurements so we could lay the plywood ourselves. I knew once they blew the insulation in we would not know where to safely step, and I didnt want to have any difficulty.They were in our house till nearly 7 pm. It was a loud, stressful day, and the door was open throughout, so it was cold too - but to be fair I imagine that is just the process. When they finally left, I was so drained, I made the mistake of not going up to inspect the work. Joe assured me any piece of plywood would work and did not provide measurements as requested. Again, I made the mistake of not pushing back in that moment to insist that he deliver. Instead, I foolishly believed we could trust his word.When I did go up to see their work, I discovered that 1) they did not haul off all the old junk as instructed and agreed to and 2) there was a brace between the attic and the ceiling that was now snapped clean in half.I called to ask why they did not haul everything away and to inform them of the broken brace. I called on a Sunday and spoke to Manny who said he would call me back. I hadnt heard anything by Tuesday, and called again. He said he would send Joe back out but he wasnt sure when and would call me by Friday. Another mistake - I should have insisted then to schedule me.By Friday at 2, I still hadnt heard anything. I called a third time. He said he could not get me in until the following Wednesday. By this point, I was very angry and frustrated to have been kept waiting for a week only to be pushed off again another five days. I expressed my frustration, and Manny loudly objected, rudely talking over me and arguing with me and claiming he was doing everything possible and that I was being unfair.Today, Joe came back. He denied everything, including having broken the board (his crew most assuredly did break that board) and left without removing the trash as agreed upon, fixing the damage he did or providing the measurements.These guys are terrible. Unconcerned about customer service and completely unaccountable. Unfortunately for me, theyve already got my money and have no incentive to make things right.TL;DR - avoid at all costs or proceed at your own peril.

They worked with me on price and financing and were great in their communication, customer care and follow up. Pro Attic was great from start to finish. I highly recommend using them! Before beginning the work, they took the time to lay floor protection, including on the wooden stairs. Moe was very knowledgeable and did an exceptional job running the team. In one days time they replaced all of my attic bat insulation with R-38, installed two turbine fans and also added an attic solar fan to vent out the heat in the attic. Regarding the R38 bat insulation, they strapped all of it in place to ensure it would not fall and create a hot spot. They did all of this work with ease and an impressive amount of efficiency. But, I was particularly impressed with Pro Attic after it completed the work in the attic. Rather than simply leave, they took the time to thoroughly clean up, including vacuuming 2 flights of stairs as well as the second floor landing area and first floor foyer. Moreover, when one of the guys didnt have anything to do for a little while, Moe had him clean all of the air returns around the house, including vacuuming in side of those returns, at no charge. I can be a demanding and critical customer, especially when it comes to work done on my home. But, these guys were fantastic in everything that they did, and I walked away thoroughly impressed by their work and the ethics they exhibited. Again, I cannot recommend Pro Attic enough to others. If you are looking for attic insulation and ventilation work, you need only call Pro Attic. They will take good care of you and, importantly, your home.

ProAttic upgraded our attic insulation in our 1960s home. Shaggy was the foreman on the job. I would recommend him to anyone looking for insulation work. He was honest, dependable, clear, and did everything he promised up front. We had ALL of our old/decrepit insulation removed, all of the gaps in our drywall sealed, and new blow-in/batt insulation installed in our attic.The crew was efficient, responsible, and cleaned up after they were done. There were a few areas the crew missed, but Shaggy gave me multiple opportunities to survey the job and made sure I was 100% happy with the work. I made several requests day-of that went 100% answered, no questions asked. Overall I honestly cant say enough.As far as the results - we used to see a 7 degree temperature differential between upstairs and downstairs in our home. We now average about a 3 degree differential - thats a HUGE improvement in an old home (that still needs lots of TLC).

This week Pro Attic came to my home and completely rebuilt the attic structures - removed insulation, replaced all ducts and vents, created more efficient venting, sanitized all surfaces, balance the entire system, and replaced new insulation up to code. Moe was excellent as salesman and job supervisor. His entire crew was professional at all times. When we bought the house it came with an older hvac unit along with its original ducting. The rooms didnt seem to evenly distribute and had pro attic take a look and we ended up replacing the old metal ducting along with cleaning up the unit and replacing a drip pan. Couldnt ask for a more professional team that always wanted to do the job right and was always communicative about every procedure. In the end the rooms now distribute great and my airflow has definitely improved. I plan to use them in the future again.
