I am very pleased with the great job by Avery and Nick with Primary Air and Heat . I got quotes from a number of companies to replace my AC system. Primarys pricing was very competitive, but just as important, I felt like they would provide a superior installation and then stand behind their work. Their installation validated my decision. Im one of those guys that likes to understand the how and why of a complex job so I observed much of what was done and asked many questions. They not only took the time to answer all my questions they seemed genuinely happy to do so (clearly, they like talking shop lol). They are experts in what they do and they take pride in doing it . Bottom line, I feel they went above and beyond to ensure a top notch installation and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing AC/Heat repair or replacement.

I could not recommend more using Jett and Primary Air Conditioning & Heating for any HVAC needs. Our AC went out with no notice when it was 103 degrees out. Jett responded quickly to diagnose and eventually had to replace our unit. He went over the install and components once complete. They were also very courteous and polite personally and in how they treated our home and time. Cannot say enough good things about the service we received!!
