Prestige had serviced my AC unit a few weeks ago with Freon. The pressure readings suspected a possible leak in the AC unit. It was serviced and drew up a plan to return to check the pressures in a few weeks. They returned and hooked up the equipment and ran it. Pressures were spot on from the last servicing so no leaks and AC performance is great. Technician came inside and measured the temperature of air coming out of the air ducts and air going into the return and were optimum. If this kind of customer service is what you’re getting now congratulations. If your NOT I highly highly recommend you call Chris Martinez at Prestige AC and Heating team and let them show you how they take care of their customers. Thank you Prestige!!!

After no responses from 4 other companies, Chris immediately answered my call for “help”. He scheduled an appointment at my convenience, followed by emails and texts to confirm and remind me of the appointment date & time. He even texted when he was on the way to my home. Besides being one of the most personable repairman I’ve had in my home, he was also the most knowledgeable. He went to great lengths to explain the cause and resolution for the issue with my AC. He even used an app to send me pics since I’m unable to safely climb the attic stairs. I can’t say enough about how professional he was and how pleased I am to have found a reliable HVAC company here in Wylie. Crazy but I’m actually looking forward to my next maintenance checkup!Just received my first gold maintenance check and it was so worth it. Chris sent pictures during the checkup for both the outside unit and the component in the attic. Additionally, he alerted me of possible critters in the attic eating the insulation and I immediately called All Pest Management! Chris said he will return to repair the duct insulation when my critter issue has been resolved. I can’t say enough about my local Wylie support and care!

Chris was not only extremely professional and on time, but he also was very upfront and honest about what was going on with our system and what needed to be done. He was very reasonable on price, and I didnt feel that he was trying to sell us on more than what we needed. There was absolutely no sales pressure at all! The day of our installation, which they did on a Saturday morning, they showed up at our house at 7:00 a.m. on the dot, and were done in less than 4 hours. His people were efficient and very respectful of our home and our property. I cant say enough about Chris and Joanna. Hes a great contact and more than EXTREMELY responsive for services for me the last several years at my house in Plano. Since its relatively older, things are starting to need attention, including the HVAC. I would recommend Prestige to all my friends and family. From the biannual inspections to the service on the exterior unit; he and his team quickly diagnose any of the issues that can come up with the mechanical parts of HVAC equipment and give you the estimates you need to make your decision. With all the changes in temperatures and the extremes of Texas summers, Chris is a phone call away for HVAC service. He recently changed out my exterior unit for me after I experienced hot air and the fan running but the exterior unit was not, and I cant say enough about how quickly and efficiently he and his team work to ensure you are comfortable, provide you the best options you need to service the equipment and help you through the process.

With summer about to really heat up we were just gonna wait a whole year and duke it out with portables.
