Our experience with Polar Air was excellent! From the initial service check to the purchase of a a new interior unit, Johnny was friendly, able to understand the problem and explain what was needed. When the new unit arrived, they did a quick and efficient replacement at the quoted price and left us with all the necessary warranty papers and information for the unit. They also cleaned up the small amount of trash and debris generated by the new install and carried off the non working parts. I would absolutely recommend Polar Air to anyone in need of HVAC services.

Secretary was super nice and helpful, very attentive. Repair man was very nice and personable, able to get parts same day, fixed same day, and ensured that we were happy. Affordable, punctual and attentive, will use again!

Johnny was great! Very professional and showed up very quickly. He was also very responsive each time we contacted him. He did everything he could to fix the issue. I would highly recommend his company.

Ryan came out to repair our refrigerator after a competing company (H&H) could not find a model number on our built in refrigerator and told us it was a throw away. Ryan had it diagnosed and parts on the way within the first hour. He came back and installed the parts and even followed up with a text to make sure we had a cold fridge. We will only use Ryan and Polar from here on out. Thanks Again for everything!

Johnny Cheever’s and his wife have taken excellent care of my parents for years. My Mom is alone now and Polar Air has been a blessing to my Mom. Thank you for taking such good care care of Gwen!
